FEC Commission Chair: Trump Campaign
Has Legitimate Claims of Election Fraud

While some in mainstream media have attacked the Trump campaign and Americans raising questions about voter fraud and/or irregularities in the election, the Federal Election Commission Chair Trey Trainor said that the Trump campaign is bringing “legitimate accusations” to court in the form of affidavits of credible witnesses and other evidence in their challenges in various states. From Just the News: Trainor said his review of evidence, including numerous affidavits claiming voter fraud and a sworn statement by a prominent mathematician flagging up to 100,000 Pennsylvania ballots, met the first level of legal scrutiny under what’s known as motion to dismiss or “Rule 12(b)(6)” of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,

Unfortunately, however this turns out, those who supported the side which does not take the oath of office in January will believe the election was stolen. The press has spent so much time claiming there is no evidence of fraud that, if the courts rule in Trump's favor, those who believe the press will shocked and will believe the courts stole the election.

The anti-trumpers have now shifted from saying there was no election fraud to saying there is insufficient fraud to change the election. But the latter is pure speculation. Fraud was committed, and is a felony. Whether or not there are sufficient numbers, each and every case should be run to ground and prosecuted if warranted. Then every individual who was convicted of voter fraud should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, including prison time. Relentless investigatons leading to prison sentences would be a significant deterrent to those who might consider whether or not to commit voter fraud in the future. In the upcoming Georgia runoffs, democratic activists and even a NYT columnist have publicly urged people to "move to Georgia and vote", even though doing that could be prosecutable, with penalties of up to $100,000 in fines and 10 years in prison. Maybe those who "aid and abet" could be prosecuted also. Voter fraud is not a trivial thing; it is a threat to our democracy, and should be treated as such.

The proof was in the creation of the mail-in ballot system and we've known that since around July. Once the ballots are out of the chain of control, they are not legally ballots. Trusting democrats to do the right thing is absolute lunacy. We knew they were going to cheat, we know they cheated and we know the dems and the media are pushing Joe as the legitimate POTUS in the thinnest propaganda campaign we have ever seen.

Atta boy, Mr. Trainor. And we see from a few days ago that Dominion skipped out on a public hearing in PA, has since "lawyered up", and is in hiding now. Hmmm...and so just who in the dim party were they taking their orders from to invoke their vote-switching algorithms in those swing states? Where to start.

Time is the issue. Any fool can read the hundreds of affidavits and court filings and conclude that massive fraud took place. Trouble is, time is short. Since the fraud involves thousands of people across at least the half-dozen swing states, it was centrally planned and executed. That reality is demonstrated in the similarities of electronic fraud in every state (e.g., Trump was leading in all swing states when they all shut down at 2:00am, only to open at 7:00 am with Biden in the lead: 35,000 counts added to the tally of every democratic candidate on the ticket in one mysterious installment: Benford's law violated only by Biden's tallies, and only in swing states). In most such cases, such as a crime syndicate or a corrupt political machine, the prosecution would start out at the lowest levels, filing charges and turning the lowest-level grunts to squeal on their bosses...a process that time has proven to work well, but takes time. While that approach would work on the election fraud, it won't happen in the remaining two weeks' available before the state certifications are due. And once the fox takes over the hen house, you can bet that all investigations will get buried.

Trump won in a landslide so huge the Dominion voting software algorithm used to flip votes to Biden could not keep up with it without making it obvious what it was doing, so they had to shut it down and stop counting during the night and frantically manufacture fake paper ballots the old fashioned way to jam through the counting machines while keeping watchers away. It happened in every state where Dominion was used. And own-ballot Democrats also benefited from manufactured votes for them too. Trump Landslide 2020

I accidently paused on Fox and Heraldo, or however you spell his name, claims Trump has kinda given up and has come to the realization that he lost. While on another program, some other no name joker claims Trump lawyers have admitted in court, there was no fraud. REALLY? Who admitted that? Cause from what I'm reading from the lawyers themselves, it's full steam ahead with lawsuits and gathering even more evidence that there was massive fraud all over the country from using those voting machines and stuffing the ballot box with phony ballots.

It seems to me that on one level the evidence to show what is needed to overturn "bad" votes lie within the sales demos for the blasted machine. Texas and at least one other state rejected the machines because votes could not be properly audited. Thus, how can the states that use it verify the votes - that is show one person/1 vote? What is being verified is that the machines, given what they have been programed to do, did so. So, if you have evidence showing incidents of fraud (hundreds of affidavits to that effect) and the machines cannot be properly used for an audit, as their sales pitches state, one person, one vote cannot be properly demonstrated. The BMDs are designed to keep voters complete and total privacy thus they cannot demonstrate compliance with the need to ensure each vote is properly counted and assigned to the correct candidate. Texas rejected the machines because of this "feature" which seems to be saying the states that used them bought them with this "feature" that does not meet the standards. It should be the burden of the states that used the machines to establish that the objectionable "feature" was overcome by some other method that does permit a proper audit.

The British government will reportedly introduce “freedom passes” and specialised passport certificates to people who have tested negative for the Chinese coronavirus, as Prime Minister Boris Johnson is set to announce further regional lockdown restrictions following the end of the latest national lockdown in December. The British prime minister will outline his plans for further localised lockdown restrictions on Monday, as well as a plan to introduce mass testing, in what the government is describing as a roadmap to some sort of normality next year. The new normal that the British government is set to outline will reportedly include “freedom passes” for those who have two negative coronavirus tests per week.

In a shocking parallel, a Florida-based Holocaust museum now features an exhibit commemorating George Floyd, a black man who died after being restrained by Minneapolis police officers in May and whose death set off a series of violent riots throughout the US. In a tribute to Floyd, the Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center introduced a new exhibit earlier this month titled “Uprooting Prejudice: Faces of Change.” The exhibit is intended to “showcase significant events in history and how they are relevant to us today.” “In the wake of George Floyd’s murder, we felt it was important to bring the meaning of the aftermath to our museum,” the museum’s site states.

In retrospect, I should have realized something was up from the absence of Democrats at my polling place, aggressively waving campaign flyers urging voters to vote for their candidates. There weren't any. We Republican poll-watchers had the usual candidate visits and their volunteers stationed all day at the election districts. Now we understand their absence. They weren't needed. Two days after the election, the mail-in-ballots we never requested, as reported in my article "Stealing Pennsylvania," arrived — without postmarks! They arrived too late for us to withdraw the provisional ballots we were forced to cast.

On Thursday, President Trump's legal team presented many pieces of information about the election that deserve to be investigated. But the media have no interest in that. Instead, they essentially black out the news and ask Trump to concede so they can crown their chosen king. Worst of all, they continue to falsely claim there is no evidence of fraud. The New York Times and others have written about the potential fraud on universal mail-in ballots in the past, as have other outlets, but now they call Trump a liar. The media outlets know that rules were changed to make verification of mail-in ballots less verifiable, but they don't care.

We’ve all noticed that, thanks to the Wuhan virus, the rich have gotten richer. By trapping people in their homes and destroying small business, Democrat governments have allowed oligarchs such as Bezos, Zuckerburg, and Gates, to increase their wealth by exponential amounts. What’s flown under the radar, though, is that for many months, government employees and politicians haven’t shared the people’s pain. In Buffalo, New York, beleaguered business owners finally had enough. Conservative publications have focused heavily on the fact that leftist cities used the overdose death of an ex-felon as an excuse to “reimagine” policing by destroying it. In 2020, a set of oppressive restrictions were imposed on the American people in response to COVID-19 that had never before been so much as suggested, let alone witnessed, in all of human history. Our businesses, schools, churches, and even doctors’ offices were peremptorily shut down by government fiat. We were forbidden from leaving home for activities deemed inessential and from commiserating with friends and family in groups deemed too large. When, after months, a return to some skeletal semblance of normal human life was finally permitted, for many it was only on the condition that they never appear in public with their faces unmasked.

Far-left actress and singer Bette Midler says President Donald Trump will execute six more people on death row before the end of his presidency insisting that the 258,000 people who’ve died from the coronavirus “isn’t enough” for a “sadist” like him. “The repulsive ugly vindictive nature of the most vomitous elected official in US history, #DonaldTrump continues his scorched earth policy: #undermininBiden [sic],” wrote Midler. “AND he’ll execute 6 people currently on #DeathRow; the sadist in him must be floating on air. 258,000 dead isn’t enough.” (Tweet)
