Has Legitimate Claims of Election Fraud

While some in mainstream media have attacked the Trump campaign and Americans raising questions about voter fraud and/or irregularities in the election, the Federal Election Commission Chair Trey Trainor said that the Trump campaign is bringing “legitimate accusations” to court in the form of affidavits of credible witnesses and other evidence in their challenges in various states.
From Just the News:
Trainor said his review of evidence, including numerous affidavits claiming voter fraud and a sworn statement by a prominent mathematician flagging up to 100,000 Pennsylvania ballots, met the first level of legal scrutiny under what’s known as motion to dismiss or “Rule 12(b)(6)” of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,
Unfortunately, however this turns out, those who supported the side which does not take the oath of office in January will believe the election was stolen. The press has spent so much time claiming there is no evidence of fraud that, if the courts rule in Trump's favor, those who believe the press will shocked and will believe the courts stole the election.

It's very important that loyal appointees of President Donald Trump give him their unqualified and complete support.

Sadly, Fort Worthless Jim Wright wasn't voted out by his constituents. He resigned months after his crooked ways were revealed. Spokane voters tossed his successor out of office in 1994.

Nobody believes Biden actually won. Nobody. This is the biggest political crime in history. It’s still going on and if the courts don’t make it right, they’ll be aiding and abetting the criminals.

And not a peep from China Joe nor from Heels Up to get to the bottom of potential voter fraud. Why you may ask? Because CJ has already admitted that he has the put together the most extensive voter fraud organization in American politics. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGRnhBmHYN0. So CJ, let America see the most extensive voter fraud organization in American politics.

Here you go, poster #12.

He also told the cars that he didn't need their votes. Remember that one?

I know that there is fraud. Especially in Philadelphia. They wrote the book. I want the team along with AG Barr coming out explaining how this all occurred. I want republicans and democrats that were involved sent to prison.

The anti-trumpers have now shifted from saying there was no election fraud to saying there is insufficient fraud to change the election. But the latter is pure speculation. Fraud was committed, and is a felony. Whether or not there are sufficient numbers, each and every case should be run to ground and prosecuted if warranted. Then every individual who was convicted of voter fraud should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, including prison time. Relentless investigatons leading to prison sentences would be a significant deterrent to those who might consider whether or not to commit voter fraud in the future.
In the upcoming Georgia runoffs, democratic activists and even a NYT columnist have publicly urged people to "move to Georgia and vote", even though doing that could be prosecutable, with penalties of up to $100,000 in fines and 10 years in prison. Maybe those who "aid and abet" could be prosecuted also.
Voter fraud is not a trivial thing; it is a threat to our democracy, and should be treated as such.

The proof was in the creation of the mail-in ballot system and we've known that since around July. Once the ballots are out of the chain of control, they are not legally ballots. Trusting democrats to do the right thing is absolute lunacy. We knew they were going to cheat, we know they cheated and we know the dems and the media are pushing Joe as the legitimate POTUS in the thinnest propaganda campaign we have ever seen.

Atta boy, Mr. Trainor. And we see from a few days ago that Dominion skipped out on a public hearing in PA, has since "lawyered up", and is in hiding now. Hmmm...and so just who in the dim party were they taking their orders from to invoke their vote-switching algorithms in those swing states? Where to start.

There is no easy solution to this debacle... WE must trust God has a plan for truth justice and the American way...obama and his puppet stooge can monopolize the fake news with their efforts to shut US up... it will never happen....my black friend... who I never think of as "black"... but only as a dear friend... said... the black community knows in their hearts what happened and will never trust democrats again...so my friends... a victory of sorts has been won...one small step for US and a giant leap for America...

#15.......Maybe.AG Barr is being extremely silent during this chaos for a reason. Maybe he has been offered the AG position if the Liberal, biased Federal judges throw out everything filed by the Trump legal team. Maybe this is why Barr and his buddy Durham haven't called for indictments against known criminals. Nothing would surprise me any more!!!

Time is the issue.
Any fool can read the hundreds of affidavits and court filings and conclude that massive fraud took place.
Trouble is, time is short.
Since the fraud involves thousands of people across at least the half-dozen swing states, it was centrally planned and executed. That reality is demonstrated in the similarities of electronic fraud in every state (e.g., Trump was leading in all swing states when they all shut down at 2:00am, only to open at 7:00 am with Biden in the lead: 35,000 counts added to the tally of every democratic candidate on the ticket in one mysterious installment: Benford's law violated only by Biden's tallies, and only in swing states).
In most such cases, such as a crime syndicate or a corrupt political machine, the prosecution would start out at the lowest levels, filing charges and turning the lowest-level grunts to squeal on their bosses...a process that time has proven to work well, but takes time.
While that approach would work on the election fraud, it won't happen in the remaining two weeks' available before the state certifications are due.
And once the fox takes over the hen house, you can bet that all investigations will get buried.

Trump won in a landslide so huge the Dominion voting software algorithm used to flip votes to Biden could not keep up with it without making it obvious what it was doing, so they had to shut it down and stop counting during the night and frantically manufacture fake paper ballots the old fashioned way to jam through the counting machines while keeping watchers away. It happened in every state where Dominion was used. And own-ballot Democrats also benefited from manufactured votes for them too.

This should be an earthquake sized shock for the democrats. When was the last time the FEC spoke out publicly about anything the dems have done politically? I think that next week we could see a whole bunch of rats scurrying for cover after Sydney goes tough on the Swamp. I just hope she has decent security, hopefully US Marshal level.

I accidently paused on Fox and Heraldo, or however you spell his name, claims Trump has kinda given up and has come to the realization that he lost. While on another program, some other no name joker claims Trump lawyers have admitted in court, there was no fraud. REALLY? Who admitted that? Cause from what I'm reading from the lawyers themselves, it's full steam ahead with lawsuits and gathering even more evidence that there was massive fraud all over the country from using those voting machines and stuffing the ballot box with phony ballots.

Conspicuous in their absence, the "justice" Department is complicit. If they are not, where the hell are they??? An early mistake the president made was retaining ANYONE in the top three or four layers of the entire Executive Branch.

It seems to me that on one level the evidence to show what is needed to overturn "bad" votes lie within the sales demos for the blasted machine. Texas and at least one other state rejected the machines because votes could not be properly audited. Thus, how can the states that use it verify the votes - that is show one person/1 vote? What is being verified is that the machines, given what they have been programed to do, did so. So, if you have evidence showing incidents of fraud (hundreds of affidavits to that effect) and the machines cannot be properly used for
an audit, as their sales pitches state, one person, one vote cannot be properly demonstrated.
The BMDs are designed to keep voters complete and total privacy thus they cannot demonstrate compliance with the need to ensure each vote is properly counted and assigned to the correct candidate. Texas rejected the machines because of this "feature" which seems to be saying the states that used them bought them with this "feature" that does not meet the standards. It should be the burden of the states that used the machines to establish that the objectionable "feature" was overcome by some other method that does permit a proper audit.
