Dominion Voting Systems Thursday night abruptly backed out of attending a fact-finding hearing that was set for Friday morning with the Pennsylvania House State Government Committee.
At a press conference Friday morning, State Govt Committee Chair Seth Grove said the 1.3. million Pennsylvanians who used Dominion’s voting machines have been “hung out to dry and slapped in their faces.”
Pennsylvania lawmakers had scheduled the hearing with the voting machine manufacturer “to help identify and correct any irregularities in the election process,” according to the House Republican Caucus.

An honest company would have taken full advantage of the nationwide coverage they would have gotten at this hearing. An honest company would have jumped at the opportunity to clear its name. An honest company is not being discussed in this conversation.

Does this mean they won't be suing Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani for defamation? I'm shocked!

This is BIG! It means now the light is shining bright on Dominion Machines. Now there is doubt that this was a fair election. Everything that Rudy and Sidney Powell said yesterday will come tumbling out and it will be there for the world to see. This Election was a set up, by the Biden Team, the Democrat Party and the Deep State! Sidney has her work cut out for her! Hang on, this is going to be a wild ride!

The statements by PA officials are spot on! Now they need to increase their resolve to determine the answers to their questions.
Subpoenas must be issued and enforced as well as an independent investigation by state and federal judicial organizations.
It is obvious that election reform is required in order for Americans to have confidence in election outcomes. Although our federalist system gives states great leeway in determining how elections are conducted, there is precedent for the federal government to become involved:
* Congress passed the Voting Rights Act in 1965 and revised and updated in 1970, 1975, 1982, 1992 and 2006. The act was designed to enforce the voting rights guaranteed by the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
* In the 2000 Bush v Gore case, the US Supreme Court ruled 7–2 (Justices Stevens and Ruth Bader Ginsburg dissenting), strictly on equal protection grounds, that the use of different standards of counting in different counties violated the Equal Protection Clause of the US Constitution. Additionally, the Court ruled 5–4 against the remedy, proposed by Justices Stephen Breyer and David Souter, of sending the case back to Florida to complete the recount using a uniform statewide standard before the scheduled December 18 meeting of Florida's electors in Tallahassee.
Biden is unlikely to support laws that guarantee fair elections but Congress must begin the process regardless of who is President.

The biggest crime in US history. Will anyone besides President Trump and his team (oh yeah, and 75-80 million voters) do anything? This is where the Supreme Court, that's SUPREME (as in Marbury vs. Madison) Court must rise to the occasion.

Chances are, like the man said, they got caught. If they were an up and up organization they would have been cooperating from the get-go!

A couple of Canadians form a U.S. Company? How's that possible? This company and their enablers are stunningly stupid.

Well, of course they did. If they had nothing to hide, they would be happy to testify and present the facts.

For some reason I get the feeling that the CIA played a bigger part in this fixed election than anybody realizes. They have been known to side with the democrats once or twice.

When you have a massively used (US elections)hardware and software platform and it's in QUESTION in a US presidential election you defend its integrity to the end. Otherwise your machines end up in the bin and you are, what's the phrase OUT OF BUSINESS

Is it true that this questionable company counts American votes in Venezuela like they do in other countries using their Dominion machines to get other socialist leaders, 'elected,' including Hugo Chavez and others, ...disregarding the actual vote count by the citizens? Former Pres. Clinton monitored many of these elections in other countries, apparantly along with Soros. Report about this was featured on Joe Paggs show today. It seems that it would be easy to check out that company.
