Do Trump’s Lawyers Know
What They Are Doing?

Original Article

Today several of President Trump’s lawyers, including Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, held a press conference in which they alleged that they have convincing if not conclusive evidence that the presidential election was rigged, and that in addition to garden variety voter fraud, hundreds of thousands of votes were added to Joe Biden’s totals through electronic manipulation. This is the familiar issue that involves Dominion and SmartMatic software. Here is the press conference; it begins around an hour into the video.

If I heard correctly, Rudy said yesterday they dropped MI suit cause they got a no vote for certification in Wayne County. Not true, Wayne Co certified on Wednesday. 🤔

On the other hand, there was an article in Gateway Pundit, dated November 19, 2020, entitled, "Joe Biden Struggles To Speak...After Meeting With Governors" and it has a video to prove that assertion. It is obvious to me that the author prefers that Joseph Biden be President of the U.S. I am not sure why, but I will bet on Sydney Powell and Rudy Giuliano any time because of what they have already accomplished defending the right and the just. Let's wait until they present their case in court; rather than attempting to trash them in the public square. We all have way too many examples of how some people ignore the truth.

But didn’t the two Republicans on the committee to certify the Wayne County (Detroit) election results ask to rescind their vote to certify because of accusations of racism and veiled threats against their families and a double-cross? There is a great amount of news-slanting abroad in America today. Think of the claim that George Floyd died of “strangulation” by a Minneapolis policeman instead of his suffocation as a result of self-administered drugs. I find that I simply have to ignore the “legacy” newspapers and the big network news programs to retain some degree of calm these days.

The new news out of Michigan is that the SOS decided that the Republicans cannot rescind their votes. So what happens now if the canvassers refuse to sign? Will someone in Detroit just forge their signatures? Why not?

Read the entire article. This author has a reader who uncovered an error in the data presented to show fraud in Michigan.Turns out the counties in question are from Minnesota (MN) not Michigan (MI). I have lived in both Staes and was stunned to read the list of counties presented in the charts, as I recognized immediately that they were from (MN), The person who did the original analysis is from TX. Is water wet? Is the sky dark at night? A case at law is argued in a court of law. Any person who tips their hand before the trail is acting foolishly. You don't show your cards in advance. Sidney and Rudy are performers. They know the rules very well. You hide as much as you can and look as foolish as you can before the trial. No advantage is to go to the other side. It is all about winning the verdict, you see. It is not about looking good before trial. Case in point: the O J Simpson trial. His defense team looked like a bunch of goofers before they appeared in court. During the trial they flayed the prosecution. Mark Fuhrman never was able to live down his destruction. And the glove that didn't fit was devastating. You look stupid. You let it be known that you are ignorant, foolish, and a pushover. At the right time the mask comes down and you go for the kill. That is what a trial is. THEN it is all on the table.

I am also discouraged and question Team Trump about the meaning of the georgia recount. No vote switching was done in georgia. Vote switching would be caught in a manual recount. Its not there in georgia and my understanding is the state is all dominion systems because team trump has accused kemp of getting rich from it.

Coerced agreement is not enforceable in any court of law, so I believe the Republican poll certifications can be rescinded, if coerced, as a coerced vote is invalid on its face. As for Powerline, they have nothing good to say about Trump ever, their premise always starts negative, then gets worse.

#12 you sure 'bout that? Rudy addressed GA as have others. Said they're just recounting the same contaminated ballots, which is superfluous. The story in GA is paused, not over. I am worried too but recall that dems are perverting the legal process to the extend that they can before abandoning it for more radical means. They were never gonna agree to an honest recount. We must account for it.

This article is no surprise, either from author or poster. You want real, on-the-ground, up-to-date, insider information on this situation? Watch Newsmax, specifically, Pandemic War Room with Steve Bannon. I never knew much about Bannon, except that I though he looked sloppy, and a lot of the erudite hated him. I happened upon his show a couple of weeks ago. I am astounded at the information, and his delivery of it. He’s very much like Rush, except that he has more inside information and connection because he worked in the middle of it. Everything is backed up with well-spoken, critically-thinking reporters, eye-witnesses and experts. He is positive, upbeat, and rock solid in what he and his guests present. I feel so much better every time I watch his show, not only because of his unwavering support for Trump, but because he backs up everything he says. All the questions that the above posters have on the electors were answered last night, including what happens with the rescinded certified votes. Do yourself a favor. Keep the doom-and-gloomers and arm-chair quarterbacks in the background, and find real information to feed your spirit.

These three legal giants are the public face of teams of lawyers and experts gathering and preparing evidence, writing briefs and complaints, and all else necessary to mount challenges. Mistakes are made. Better they be caught before hearings and decisions - but haste makes waste, and can lose a case by commission or omission. There are multiple lines of defense in play - election commissions, courts, legislatures, Electoral College and the House of Representatives. Four of the five are clearly political in nature. Proof is what these politicians say it is, just like impeachment was. The election commissions aren't wanting to get involved. The courts will be all over the place, and then there are the appeals, etc. Ultimately, as in 2000, expect the USSC to get involved. There are a half dozen potential cases...and what's the relief? At best there may be state-specific process type rulings, adding or eliminating ballots to count. State legislatures might take the Solomonic route of splitting the baby...just so close they will reason, and too late for another election. Or they may simply accept the results, some certified by a Republican Secretary of State (rememeber Soros and his SOS campaigns?) Ultimately, they certify the list of Electors who "decide". The Electoral College will vote as appointed, certified by the state they represent. Don't expect any "unfaithful" electors to make any difference. No one ever wants to cast the deciding vote, to be forever in the history books, responsible for the outcome. Will the House take up the fight? Will they challenge the authenticity of electors certified by their state? Turn this into a partisan fight? The UNIPARTY won't allow it, standing behind the usual patriotic platitudes of how the country would be torn apart, etc. We need to heal, come together as Americans. These are extraordinary claims requiring extraordinary proof. Maybe Powell, Giuliani and Lin can produce such proof. Maybe there is a Kraken. We haven't seen that, yet.

Here is what I learned in the last 24 hours: you cannot trust "friendly media" to accurately characterize the press conference yesterday. Go watch it yourselves. I was doubtful about the evidence, but am no longer in doubt. They have *hundreds* of signed affidavits from direct witnesses (and victims) of fraud. Eyewitness testimony is direct (not circumstantial) evidence in a court of law. He even cited where you can go look at some of the affidavits yourselves. https://youtu.be/ChPZ8749oXo I took a look at fox news, cnn and usatoday this morning. The only articles I saw on their home pages (if it was mentioned at all) was how Romney says Trump has no evidence, or about sweat dripping down Giuliani's face. Active suppression. Go watch yourselves: https://youtu.be/ChPZ8749oXo

#16 vote switching is made electronically based on the paper whether it is legitimate paper or not. The true count is in the paper ballot. They counted the paper ballot and the paper count essentially matches the machine count therefore the votes were not switched by the machine or after the machine count they would have to destroy paper ballots for trump and create ballots for biden. According to sydney powell if it was 1.25 biden and .75 trump algorithm out of 5 million ballots split 50 50 they would have to destroy 625000 trump ballots and create 625000 biden ballots to cover for the machine count with vote switching.

John also forgets that Trump was mentored in the law during his early days as a builder by the impressive attorney named Roy Cohn. Remember Roy John? He taught DJT everything he needed to know about lawyers, and Trump learned his lessons extremely well. Probably why you didn't get a nod.

There is no doubt that there was a LOT of fraud, but I fear there is just not enough to change the outcome of the election. I DO hope this can ensure that we will never allow this kind of thing to happen ever again, however. We the People must demand that all votes can be observed properly from now on, no foreign entities or slipshod machines and software can be used again, and ALL voting (except requested absentee ballots with verified identification) must be in person with proper state or federal identification to confirm identity. No more last minute boxes of ballots may be dropped off in the middle of the night. No more shenanigans of any kind, including extended voting days. All voting must be done on ONE date, except properly vetted absentee ballots for the elderly, sick or traveling. That said, I will still pray that the lawyers can pull something off with the courts, but my faith is waning. Biden will undo everything President Trump accomplished and the country will likely be destroyed if we cannot win or redo the entire election (which I believe should be done). PDT should have won. It's clear he had everything on his favor except the fraud and the manipulative media/big tech complex. God Bless America. May she survive this horrible mess.

Here we are in the midst of a once-in-a-half-century pandemic, with the economy flattened, millions of people unemployed, and unrest on the streets of our cities. And President-elect Joe Biden says that one of his highest priorities as president will be to reenter the Paris climate accord. President Trump kept his "put America first" promise and pulled the United States out of this Obama-era treaty. Biden wants us back in. Why? Paris is an unmitigated failure. You don't have to take my word for it. National Geographic, a supporter of climate change action, recently ran the numbers and admitted in its recent headline: "Most countries aren't hitting 2030 climate goals."

Teachers unions have been instrumental in keeping American schools online during the pandemic. But some have escalated their positions on reopening to include an array of social justice demands. A set of demands from teachers unions in July, which addressed how to safely reopen schools amid a pandemic, was criticized by The Wall Street Journal editorial board as “political extortion.” The board argued that unions were taking advantage of a health crisis to advance their own ideological agendas and to eliminate competition from charter schools.

President Trump granted a pardon to Michael Flynn, his former national-security adviser, today. Flynn had pled guilty to lying to FBI agents about conversations, during the 2016 transition, with the Russian ambassador about sanctions. Flynn’s pardon should bring to an end one gross violation of the Constitution’s separation of powers, even as it gives rise to groundless accusations of another. Although Flynn had pled guilty, the circumstances of the case had raised serious concerns about whether the government had proceeded properly. The FBI, for example, questioned Flynn even though it did not appear he had violated any law. In May, Attorney General William Barr ordered the case dropped.

The Royal Family was left reeling this morning after Meghan Markle tearfully revealed that the stress of royal life made her suicidal when she was five months pregnant, claimed Archie was denied the title of prince because he is mixed-race and said Kate Middleton made her cry before she married Harry in a bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey. The couple also chose to reveal that they are having a baby girl to the tens of millions of people watching the CBS show broadcast in the US before accusing the Royal Family of racism and revealing the deep rift 'Megxit' has caused with Prince Charles and Prince William.

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. Rep. Steve Cohen vowed to renew the push to remove former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s name from the bureau’s downtown Washington headquarters, according to an interview released Monday. Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
