President Donald Trump’s campaign has dramatically scaled back its federal lawsuit challenging the election results in Pennsylvania, dropping legal claims stemming from observers who assert they were blocked from viewing vote-counting in counties dominated by Democrats.
The retrenched version of the suit filed late Sunday morning with a federal court in Williamsport, Pa., withdrew the request for relief over the poll-watching allegations and now focuses solely on varying practices by county officials for handling mail-in ballots that lacked an internal secrecy envelope or otherwise ran afoul of the state’s election rules.

The article again misses the point of the suit. It isn't about the number of votes. It's about the violation of the Constitution's 4th Amendment that guarantees equal protection under the law. If the state officials violated their own rules then the fruit of the poisoned tree must not be accepted as certifiable. Also, this does not change any of the separate lawsuits going on in Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Nevada that are based on affidavits from poll watchers. If the legal team decides it has a stronger argument without the affidavits that's their call but in the end the vote count affected is only secondary to the violations of law.

Probably a smart move. I never thought the poll-watching allegations would stand up in court, anyway. He said, she said.

It’s Politico, people. There isn’t a word these outlets write that isn’t deliberately framed.

I'm listening to Boris Epshteyn, one of the President's lawyers, on Steve Bannon's War Room Show right now. He says the Washington Post reporting on this is not true. The lawsuit still includes the inability of observers to watch the counting, and the equal protection ability of Republican counties to cure ballots.

Why are we reading about this from Politico? Do we really expect the straight scoop from that left wing publication?

While I understand the 'equal protection' issue, there is a short election timeline here defined by the US Constitution which forces a limit on the number of legal arguments. So however disappointed, I get that Trump's legal team must focus their efforts even though there is an overwhelming amount of evidence of differing kinds of election fraud.

Wonder if people, particularly in many inner-cities, will realize things won't change when you're willing to allow, and tolerate, corrupt politicians and voting systems.

Poor Politico. Watching the wrong ball, as usual. The game has changed, and it's now with the wholesale fraud brought about by the deep state and computer vote manipulation. Keep up, guys.
And, Reply 1 is right, too. Constitutional issues prevail and are being targeted now.

Yes, just confirmed on PARLER via The Epoch Times: fake news.
I know a lot of you despise social media, but I think its important enough to at least support Parler. There's info there that isnt making it here on Lucianne...at least not in a timely manner.

Hmmm . . . I am surprised at the lack of Due or any other kind of diligence by Lucianne participants. No one expects Truth from media but C'mon Man!! If ya can't READ then it's not a great idea to broadcast your "inabilities" when you post a comment - NOTHING was dropped from the suit - it was tightened up.

“Politico” is a misnomer. “Fascistico” is accurate, but they can’t spell it.
