If people living in Trump country seem like they live in a different world from that inhabited by Silicon Valley executives and the editors of The New York Times, there is a reason for that: They do.
Before the election, I talked to Democratic partisans who were expecting a blue wave that would see Joe Biden winning not only swing states such as Florida but also Republican-leaning states such as Texas, and I talked to Republican partisans who expected Donald Trump to sweep blue states from Virginia to California. Neither of those things happened, of course. The run-up to the election — and, now, the disconnect between town and country

See what they are doing every single minute of every single day. This article is nothing more than a stealth article to set in people's mind that our President lost the election. The rest is BS pandering to President Trump's supporters. Typical that these media types claim they have spoken to de common folk around the country but they really weren't listening or attempting to understand the deep anger, disgust, rage, and absolute refusal by us to accept the corrupt status quo to be imposed on us by another attempt at stealing the election by the democrat communists.
Kevin D. Williamson. Wonder what the D stands for in this clown's name.

Well, brilliant observation, Captain Obvious Williamson. Back in Nixon’s day, it was called the Silent Majority. The Left is actually a small minority of national thought, but because they have all the major megaphones such as the media, education, etc. they make it seem as though it isn’t. The problem isn’t with us. It is and has always been with the Left, expecting us to bow to their worldview, instead of being “tolerant” of ours, as they never stop lecturing us about.

Once the Democrat Party decided to use the COVID pandemic fear to drive down in-person voting they realized they had a big problem. They understood that if they relied on mail-in ballots they would lose because there is a long history that shows there is a 3-5% rate of invalid ballots. They had to cheat by not allowing both parties to view the ballots so they could suppress the error rate. This is born out by the stats in GA that show only a 0.5% rejection rate despite a 5 fold increase in the number of mail-in ballots. The historic rejection rate is over 3%.
The counts from the states and counties where Republicans were denied access to the mail-in ballots is a violation of the 4th amendment equal protection clause because it disadvantages people who voted in person and were more rigorously vetted over those who mailed in ballots that were never independently examined for validity.

One more thing: Mr. Williamson’s last paragraph wants us to believe that the Left needs to learn what makes us tick to understand us. I would submit that they want no such thing. They hate us for all kinds of reasons, but the biggest is that we refuse to bow down to their supposed elitism and for us to think that they are our betters. They need that power fix and that’s really what it’s all about. So there will always be a divide. The only way that it will heal is if the Left develops a small sense of humility. But I don’t see that ever happening.

Not bad for Kevin until the last paragraph. Donald Trump was rejected by the majority of voters (though not by me). That's clear. All the fraud in the world won't close the popular vote gap. But in ALL downballot races this has been an absolute disaster for Dems - hopefully won't control the Senate, lost at least 8, maybe 10, House seats, NO Republican House incumbents thrown out, NH lost House & Senate to Repubs, only the very weak McSally & Gardner have been un-elected so far despite gazillions of dollars thrown at the Senate elections. The left was resoundingly refuted. With Trump it was personal - the very things I think enabled him to be productive also tended to self-sabotage him. It wasn't his politics though.

I hate the Wall Street, Silicon Valley, Democrat Party oligarchy. They intend to run everything, no matter what the people think. Silicon Valley controls what 50% of the people think, so it is a very powerful oligarchy. Those who cherish liberty are finding out how little our opinion is cared about. It has been amazing to me to witness corporations reject their customers, sports team owners not even consider or care about their customers and fans. The world is much more transparent, and we see can see it.
