A few days before the first presidential debate, Fox News (where I am a contributor) released polling showing that the situation for President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign was so dire that he was down five points in Ohio. Ohio!
Trump won Ohio by eight points in 2016, but now he was down five with just over a month remaining in the race.
Liberal activists were thrilled:(Tweet)The result was major news, and journalists made sure to highlight the result. (Snip)
Fox News reported Wednesday that its polls showed a dramatic eight-point shift toward Trump and away from Biden. They say that their poll now shows Trump winning the state that Biden

I also want a congressional and senate victory. We need to get this country moving forward. If the democrats are elected, we hear the same old crap about Russia, Russia, impeach, impeach.

Great news. But, yes, must keep Senate control at a minimum. Currently, it is a toss up. Re-taking the House is a must. Can we do it?

The polls have already been proven totally unreliable. Small sample size. Sample population makeup tilted. Questionable question wording. Popular vote not equivalent to electoral vote. Thus, randomly swinging from week to week and place to place. Whether you like a particular one like this is irrelevant. Vote like it, in the only poll that really counts.

There is no possibility that many people changed their minds. This is just CYA to make people forget about the CROOKED polls that have been running for the past year. It was all to suppress Republican turnout.

C'mon man, it will be much more fun winning the election with Biden ahead in the polls. It drove Hillary to throw a bottle of champagne, it will probably scramble Biden's last two brain cells and send him home mumbling about Russians.

I believe, from what I have heard from friends and acquaintances, that there will be a lot of people voting a straight Republican ticket. Of course, that is from my area, but I think it will happen elsewhere too.
People want President Trump unleashed! No more democrats interfering with MAGA!

I live in Ohio and it looks to me like Trump will win by at least 10 points. Still not getting complacent, but optimistic.

Number one polling rule for the last 10-15 years: don't believe any of them! Also, if the polls are as wrong as I think they are, we will again witness a bunch of sore (evil) losers in action, only this time they will have already tasted rioting as a means of relieve their "frustrations" with the system. It will be very interesting to watch, including the law enforcement response (does anyone think Trump won't hesitate this time to use the military to put down this stuff?).

Take every poll with a grain of salt, but I do want to mention one poll. If anyone still checks out the Drudge Report, he always has a poll after debates. No poll last night or this morning, so that leads me to believe Trump won overwhelmingly. Instant polls don’t mean much, but they are kind of fun. Old Joe buried himself last night in more ways than just one.

The polls are garbage but Ohio is a bellwether, so it's always good to have the numbers on your side, because if Trump is up by 5 in a Fox poll he's probably up by 10 in reality. Go, Buckeyes.

The only poll that matters and is, by default, the most accurate is 11 days out. I really would love to see a blowout for Trump. That would decimate any of the dem plans for legal actions and claims of fraud. Margins of 10's of thousands of vote would be unassailable. I am also sure that a big win will keep the Senate and grab back the House and then we could retire Nasty Pelousy to eat herself into an ice cream stupor. I would be able to smile with ever media and Hollyweird whine. It will be endlessly amusing to hear the pollsters try to explain why they got it completely wrong, again. We can all chip in to buy Schiffty a slew of Matryoshka dolls so he can be surrounded by "Russia, Russia, Russia" every day.
Best yet, Trump will be unleashed to fight for this great Country and her people for another 4 years, mostly without the drag of the House dems, the deep state, and the vanquished and minimized media.

Perhaps even some democrats are starting to see that Biden is owned by some countries where English and Spanish are not spoken.
