Agitators for critical race theory have fanned out of academia into mind-hacking workaday Americans, trying to convince them the nation is unredeemably evil. They doggedly attempted to do this to federal employees as well as all big corporations.
(Snip) trainers for critical race theory (CRT) in the federal government are defying President Trump’s executive order to cancel their race-baiting training. In the State Department, for example, they are pushing a “’21-Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge,’ in which staff are asked to recite a racial equity ‘pledge,’ ‘select a different minority group daily,’ and engage in a ’10-15 minute challenge’ in ‘pursuit of racial equity.’”

The left is turning the workplace, schools, and social media into leftist indoctrination centers.

The best way to teach people to hate one another is to put them all in a room and listen half of them whine about how the other half has it better. If you point out how the whiners got scholarships based upon race rather than merit, beating out qualified white and Asian candidates, you will be called a racist and fired. The best course is to say nothing and sit there and take it. When you can't speak your mind, you have a steamy anger building up inside of you. You went in hating no one but left hating half of the people in that room.

If they want to create racism, they are doing a bang-up job. I'm pretty sure that the response of a normal, non-racist white person to this sort of haranguing and hate directed against them by a black "trainer" is NOT going to be to be more loving of black people.
This process is either intended to divide us by race, or they are stupid as hell and doing it by accident. This stuff is going to backfire. No matter how much people might go along with this garbage to keep their jobs, the great majority won't buy it, and will just get angry.

CRT is brainwashing, that's why dems take to it so well, there isn't much to work with.

and they typify "1984" as fiction. not so fast. Orwell was the harbinger of the future. we had ALL better get out and vote in person or else we'll all be in "sensitivity" training classes or re-education camps in Death Valley. our only hope is to re-elect the big man for another 4 years.

It is Communist Propaganda masquerading as teaching. There is no white privilege. What we have is civilization, an arrangement which allows us to live together peacefully and let each other alone. This civilization was not developed in China, India, Africa, or anywhere else. Civilization was developed in Europe. And the occupants of Europe were, at that time, white. Their skin color had nothing to do with anything except their latitude. You don't need much melanin where the sun is never directly overhead.
The places with lots of sun and lots of melainin did not come up with civilization. India and China came up with caste systems. Africa developed tribes.
Inventions, development of the harnessing of the energy of fire to replace muscle power (animal or human) happened in Europe. Development of chemistry happened in Europe. The use of electricity happened in Europe. Powered transportation, powered flight, powered sea travel, all happened in Europe and the U S.
Don't like that? Tough.
Go live in little villages in China and plant rice, fertilized with human waste. Go live in a little village in India and worship cows. Go live in a village in Africa and get taken and sold as a slave.
But don't give me white priviliege. I do not buy it.

It's time that some agency heads got their walking papers! You just don't defy the President without repercussions!
Next, move down to the assistant/deputy. Keep going until the agency falls in line!

This sort of re-education has been part of the Federal government program since at least 1976, through Democrat and Republican administrations. The worst was TIPOSH (Training in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment), which had all the trappings of a Red Guard camp minus a dunce cap. Generally it was a harangue by some "feminist", then a oral quiz to have you parrot or be subjected to another harangue. Seems that all happened during the Reagan administration.

Fire everyone who does this Marxist Communist BS.
There are millions of America loving citizens who will never turn traitor to our constitution and Bill of Rights by giving in to these Marxist Communist traitors to freedom who are trying to impose their Satanist evil onto everyone by force.

Yes, yes, yes! #2. I’ve been in those rooms and endured the nasty, condescending “facilitators.” I’ve heard the constant whining about virtually everything. These experiences go back fifty (50!) years—in the military, then later, in corporate America.
I was kinda liberal in college— profs, you know— a few of those garbage (being cool, here ) sessions irrevocably changed my mind.
Intelligent people are not favorably persuaded, when they are insulted.

When I was employed, I had to endure these sessions at least once a year - an AA dressed in designer duds, wearing lots of gold jewelry, lecturing us crackers on how racist we were and how hard it was for minorities. The women always had acrylic nails, and designer bags, the men wore expensive watches and rings. Judging from my colleagues' mumbles during the breaks, they weren't any more convinced than I was, and most resented having to spend a day (or more) listening to this tripe. People took their time coming back from breaks, and sometimes disappeared completely after signing in.

Man those Federalist Society dudes are really quick and sharp with their brilliant minds. The American version of re-education is also less bloody. And lots of the "educational" facilities have great playgrounds for the primary "students". And the teachers are great and do their jobs well.

I had to endure this Sensitivity and Race Training back in the 90s, in order to work in IT for a corporation. The most racist, biased and incompetent person I ever met was a black co-worker who was given free certification training by the state. She related, in front of management, what she thought was a hilarious story about how two of her gay friends made out on the bed of her christian roommate in college. The management guy (and no one else) didn't say a word. She was exempt: black, female and a champion of homosexuality. Defend Whites, western civilization, or christianity, and you are denounced as racist, an oppressor, homophobic and biased. This is all by design...
