Apparently unable to come up with any alleged high school hijinks or embarrassing yearbook captions, Democrats have decided to make Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination all about Obamacare. Good luck with that.
It didn’t take long for Democrats to settle on their messaging plan for Barrett’s confirmation. If confirmed by the Senate, she will cast the deciding vote to overturn Obamacare, they say.
“It’s no mystery about what’s happening here. President Trump was trying to throw out the Affordable Care Act,” Joe “Big F-ing Deal” Biden said over the weekend. “The Republican Party has been trying to eliminate it for

Democrats cannot stop lying about many things. I have to remind myself everyday to "let my faith be bigger than my fears" and know that God is bigger than all of this corruption, lying, faithlessness, greed, idolization etc., etc. Truly, we are getting a glimpse into the dark side of the Democrats.
Unfortunately, there is a mindset out there right now stating "it doesn't matter who we vote for" and I beg to disagree. These people forget about the Old Testament times. It did matter who was king because some kings were more evil and corrupt than others. There were also kings who were very faithful to God and His ways.

Obamacare caused my work place health insurance premium to double from $400 to $800 a month for my husband and me. With all the extras they now had to offer (even if the coverage did not and would not ever be needed by you) it simply became to expensive. We could not afford it and dropped the insurance. This is what Obamacare offered us. Premiums of $1600 a month with a deductible of $12,000 a year before even one cent would be considered for coverage. we went for four years without insurance. Luckily our physician had a list of providers who offered lower costs if you did not have insurance. We never paid the penalty. That was the only thing the SCOTUS got right. The IRS could not hound you for payment. The only way they could collect on the penalty was if you volunteered to pay the fine and from a tax refund. We have made sure that we never get a refund. And we sure as hell are not going to volunteer to pay. They do bill us once a year to remind us of our duty to America to pay the fee. It's a scam and if the dems get in it will be even worse. They will destroy our health care system by taking it over.

Obamacare began as a lie and continues to exist as a lie. They speak of it as Zero's big accomplishment and will be thoroughly embarrassed when it is finally struck down so they are dreading that day. When the Trump administration unveils simple medical coverage that will control Big Insurance and be one fourth the price of Zerocare they will go through their usual antics of criticism, ridicule and apoplectic anger. Psychiatrists could make a mint treating these damaged individuals.

They destructed the whole health market to help a few, and there's still many uninsured. Most everyone else saw huge increases in premiums and loss of doctors. It was an underhanded dumb idea.

The Dem's "health care" is a cruel joke.
I barely managed to get into a "pre-ZeroCare" insurance plan to bridge from my company health insurance to Medicare for two years after I retired.
For two early 60s adults, the cost for ZeroCare was going to be $30,000 in premiums, and each person had a $5,000 individual deductible that had to be satisfied before they paid ANYTHING. The plans included 3 "free" doctor visits per year. So, for the two of us, $40,000 had to be spent out of pocket before ZeroCare paid ANYTHING. Don't get sick at all in a year--- pay $30K, and get NOTHING. One person get sick, $30K + $5K, THEN they pay 80%. HIDEOUS.
I had been telling the BC&BS rep, as we discussed available options over several months that I had finally decided to go without any insurance at all, betting that any health problems would cost out of pocket less than $35K. She finally mentioned, when she thought she was going to get NOTHING from me, that there was a rapidly closing window of two weeks where I could still get a "non-compliant" pre-ZeroCare plan thru BC&BS. They couldn't guarantee that I could "keep my plan", regardless of Obama's lies. Coverage cost $600 per month (for two people), $2K deductible on each. So, annual cost of $7200 instead of $30K, and $2k deductible vs $5K. Easy choice.
We got the non-compliant, non-ZeroCare and were perfectly happy for two years.
ZeroCare is a cruel joke, even on low income where the heavily subsidized cost is $125 a month or so. People think "I have health care" and get 3 free doc visits.....and a $5,000 or $6,000 annual deductible.
For many of those low income folks, coming up with $5,000 for the deductible is literally impossible, they have zero savings, none. So, what they really have in their "health care plan" is 3 free doc visits and an imaginary, unusable "health care plan" for anything more, because they can never pay the deductible, so the insurance will never pay anything at all.
ZeroCare is a cruel joke on low income folks, and an ultra expensive joke on middle income folks. Hideous disaster all around.

there is a specific legal question to be resolved.
chief Judas John Roberts, n his drug induced haze, ruled in the first Obolacare case that the penalty was not a penalty - that it was a tax. And since Congress had the power to tax, everything that flowed from the tax was constitutional.
Now that the penalty/tax has been eliminated, the logic of john Roberts and his peculiar brand of legal reasoning should require him to declare Obolacare unconstitutional.
However, Roberts, in the second Obolacare case, ignored the clear language of the statute, and also ignored the legislative debate prior to passage of the abomination of a law, to conclude that congress wanted to create health insurance, not kill health care insurance, and therefore, the exchange language included federal exchanges, no matter what the language of the law was.
I suppose Roberts, in the next Obolacare case pending before the court, could twist and turn his way to a nonsensical ruling just as he did in the first two cases.
He will lack a liberal stooge in doing so, though, with Barrett replacing Ruthie.

Since the ACA was an expensive, miserable failure, I would think everyone would be thanking her.
