Tom Ridge, a former Republican governor of Pennsylvania and first U.S. secretary of Homeland Security, plans to vote for Trump’s Democratic opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, he announced on social media Sunday morning. This also will be the first time Ridge has ever voted Democratic in a U.S. presidential election, he told The Philadelphia Inquirer in an opinion column. “It’s time to put country over party. It’s time to dismiss Donald Trump,” he posted on Twitter.(Snip) Ridge currently serves as the chairman of Ridge Global, which provides clients with solutions to cyber security, international security and risk management issues. This guy is a true swamp dweller. He really thinks that Biden, embracing all the Chinese money he can get his arms around, is somehow superior to Trump, a true American who values our country and all of us lowly, putrid Americans, makes him as somebody we'd listen to... Hey Tom, move to Wuhan, that's where you belong.

I agree with all prior comments. Ridge is another wretched RINO loser. Biden's platform goes against everything Ridge claims to have been for so I assume he has absolutely no true principles.

Another useful idiot, Never Trump, Bush variant. I would have some respect if they said they simply couldn't support Trump. I would think them foolish but people are allowed to be fools. However, people that think the dems are a good choice, now or back in 2016 are dangerously misguided.
Trump dissed the Bushies and they will never forgive him for it. That's OK. We are better off without them. Trump has accomplished far more and far better in one term than the 3 terms of Bushes.

Meanwhile, thousands and thousands of Democrats, including minority Citizens, are leaving the Dem Party and coming over to the Conservative/Republican side, "walking away", having started to THINK. Many are fleeing the wasteland of the Left.
I'll quote Leo Tyrrell, a civil rights attorney, lately of the Left, who just within the last couple of months quit the Party. He said on Judge Jeanine's show last night, "There's so much hate on the Left. So much hate. I had to get out. So I escaped the asylum. And I'm NOT going back!!!" He's an eager Trump supporter. It's amazing to see the transformation in people when they actually start to think.
Candace Owens, is another. There are many stellar examples of people having gone through a thought-process. ratiocination.
As for Ridge, well, as of this moment, it's still a free country. He can choose a man who has a closetful of masks, suitable for whatever interest group he is meeting. He is, as we know, a practiced liar. He lies all the time. It's pathological. So Ridge apparently thinks that's a pretty good trait.

Tom Ridge was governor of Pennsylvania when Kermit Gosnell was operating his abattoir. Ridge was concerned about limiting access to abortion and took a hands-off approach to enforcement of standards and practices even as Gosnell’s activities were made known to the authorities.

Maybe this is a good sign. We always wanted republicans who stood for certain values... really stood for them... and hoped to either shake the party into honoring its values or entertained the thought of leaving it for a new, conservative, party. Trump has remade the party. Its conservative now. Trade, taxes, regulations, jobs, treatment of enemies, calling on friends to honor commitments...all changed.
Of course the jerks who lost control would leave.

Read his article and like most it is weak with any details of why he is against Trump ... sounds like he has fat cat Bush globalist attack syndrome ... Obiden appears senile like Peloser, they cant even make a complete sentence that makes sense .. and Kramula Harry is just plain scary, never heard so much extreme liberal BS in my life ...Trump is putting America first, he is for "all" Americans not just the rich like Ridge who I bet is in Soros pocket like Obiden, Ohellary, Ohell .. enough Dems Marxist BLM [Burn Loot Murder] and duhFA terrorism, Obiden actually said the riots would continue if he wasnt elected .....those in the deep state Ohell's failed coup must be indicted/arrested .. all must be equal under the law or this nation will fall .. it will not happen under Obiden/son who just got indicted in Ukraine for bribes ... Trump has proven to be fearless leader, promises made promises kept (almost all, never heard of in my lifetime) .. Trump nominated to get two Nobel award and he is slowly bringing the military back home from endless no end in sight wars overseas .. I could write a book on what Trump has done just for the economy.. but you already know that

Oh, please. As a Pennsylvania resident, Tom Ridge was probably the most ineffectual GOP governor we've ever had. The thing to remember about Pennsylvania politics is that the GOPes at the top are only in their positions because the equivalent ones on the Democrat side are filled. They are practically Democrats anyway and he may as well make it official. No one really cares what Tom Ridge thinks or his virtue-signaling vote. If you ask "Tom who?," you might be excused if you happen to remember Tom Corbett instead.
