During a BLM “peaceful protest” in Omaha, Nebraska, on May 30 (over George Floyd’s dying of a heart attack while in police custody in Minneapolis), James Scurlock was peacefully protesting by breaking into an architecture firm — hoisting an office chair and hurling it into two computer monitors, then ripping a phone from a desk and throwing it against the wall, as his friend shattered another monitor — all of which was captured on video.
Nearby, Jake Gardner, an Iraq War veteran and Trump supporter, was keeping watch over the two bars he owned,(Snip) protesters soon made their way to Jake’s bar, where they hurled a street sign

It's entirely possible that Floyd actually died from an overdose of illegal narcotics.

Horrifying!
This country is in serious trouble if President Trump is not re-elected.

#3 -- Even if President Trump is elected.
We need law enforcement from the officer walking the beat to local, state, and federal prosecutors, judges. and legislators and everyone in between to protect the innocent and bring the criminal element under control.
It's not looking good.
So many to choose from. Malcom X. Al Sharpton. Johnny Cochran. Barack Obama. But my choice for the individual most responsible for the chaos on the streets today is Lyndon Baines Johnson.
I don't know how we can dig ourselves out of the mess we've created over the last 50+ years. The problems are pretty intractable.
We can do our best. And reelecting President Trump will help. But only God can save us from the current predicament.

The democrat DA DID NOT appoint a special prosecuter!!!!!!! A leftest district woman judge brought a retired racist bigot special prosecutor, Fred Franklin, into the fray to take it to a grand Jury and do the bidding of the street mob. The DA even came out after the death of Jake to say he was correct in his first decision not to prosecute. Some where in there is a law suit for Jakes family. So far the Omaha city cowards are placating the street thugs. The Gardner family has tried to have a memorial but the city caved and asked them not to because their masters, the street thugs , told the coward city wimps they better not.

Brianna Taylors family settled for $14 million, quickly I might add, so Gardner family needs to sue everyone involved, no matter how long it take. Take it to the SCOTUS if need be!

This case is an example of something that cannot be said on the air, even on FOX News:
A few days ago Newt Gingrich, speaking on Harris Faulkner's program, Outnumbered. Marie Harf, liberal refugee from ex-Secretary of State John Kerry's State Department, was in the studio.
Gingrich was discussing the fact that in the Democrat run cities with "peaceful protests" the local prosecutors almost always let rioters, arrested for violently attacks on innocent citizens, threatening to kill them or attempting to actually do so.
Newt appeared to be trying to point out that in many such cities, George Soros has contributed very huge sums to get "his" prosecutors elected.
For example, Soros contributed $1.45 Million [some reports say $1.7M] to Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner in 2017. Krasner and similar city officials financed by Soros have openly joined the defund-the-police movement and routinely arrest rioters with at most a slap on the wrist, more often just release them, but at the same time prosecut their victims if they attempt to defend themselves, especially if they defend with a lawfully held weapon. [example the couple in St. Louis]
Newt may have been trying to point out the obvious, but "conspiracy theory" fact that as the "peaceful protestors" move into the suburbs before the elections, as they openly say they intend, homeowners who defend their home and family have to fear being arrested 2nd Amendment be damned.
The instant Gingrich mentioned George Sorus, Marie Harf yelled, "George Soros has no place in this conversation!" and Harris Faulkner cut Gingrich's feed before he could respond.
A lot of us have be wondering why FOX has been leaning way left of "Fair and Balanced" in its straight news and the opinion show hosts have said almost nothing about Soros, despite the fact that almost every serious domestic threat to the US as a Constitutional Republic seems to have Soros backing.

The prosecutor is a criminal, and a total coward. He is responsible for this man's death.

#2, "entirely possible"????
That is what the autopsy says. Not "entirely possible", proven, scientific fact. Floyd died of a fentanyl overdose which apparently triggered cardiac problems on top of the severe breathing problems that the fentanyl was causing.

Tucker Carlson has had plenty to say about Soros lately. Evidently he's not afraid of FNC's bosses.

First they need to make public the Grand Jury evidence and the complete transcript of those proceedings. Chances are from not knowing the case, a lot of evidence that would be completely inadmissible at trial was probably presented to the Grand Jury, bringing forth the old adage that a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich!

It could have been a pretend heads up from Gowdy and intended as a trial balloon to see how the pubbie base would react to it. As another commenter points out, a deal may have been struck between Trump and the dims. No dim indictments. In exchange, Trump wins on November 3rd and there will not be another impeachment scam afterwards. In any case, if the dims skate, it is over for rule of law in America.

This is what happens when stupid voters voted for the Soros funded DA. Voters are gullible and easily manipulated. This stupidity comes from propagandized public schools indoctrinating students into their dogma.

Ann gives us the whole story, in detail, that I have not read anywhere else. It is heartbreaking. For those who don’t know, Jake Gardner, after defending himself, his bar and his father against “peaceful protesters” who had heaved a large sign through his plate glass window, was finally charged with murder by a black prosecutor and ended up committing suicide in Oregon. Facing 95 years in prison, having lost his businesses, he had had enough. Everyone’s stress level is different, the amount that they can endure.
