There’s some debate going on in conservative circles about whether Biden will show up at the debate and, if he does, whether he’ll be an incoherent mess or unexpectedly competent.(snip) On the farcical front, Joe seemed a little unclear about how old he is. We know that, if he were to win, he be the oldest person ever to become president, but this is ridiculous:
Well, in all fairness of COURSE he’s exhausted. I mean, 180 years in the Senate. C’mon, man! That’s a lot of work.(snip) MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle just had to help Joe Biden remember what he’s talking about after he loses his train of thought

Doesn't seem to me he can make it till election day. What happens when he has to step down before the election.

As I have previously opined, at Trump's first utterance of the name "Hunter," Dementia Joe will suffer a complete meltdown, and it will be all downhill from there.

Or are they playing the part to have some October Surprise?

The “180 years” comment was meant as a joke but it fell flat because of all of his other frequent verbal screwups.

Oh, he'll show up for the debate. He will be rational (well, as rational as he has ever been in the last few years) and will spout the same lines several times - those line that his handlers have been drilling into him for month preparing for this. He'll have four or five attack lines down pat, and the memorized answers to obvious questions. Heck, they may have the questions already - remember, Ms. Brazile works at Fox now. I'm sure his handlers have prepared him on answers for anything Hunter with some kind of way to turn it back on Trump. He may try to goad Trump into getting mad and saying too much, but I don't think he'll be able to do that.

Be sure to check his ears for tiny speakers. I put nothing past the rats and their lying media sycophants.

Since Biden mentions Goebbels, let's talk about the Big BIG Lie: the "Russia collusion" amalgam of lies, half-truths, accusations, innuendos promulgated in order to attack candidate, and then to overthrow, President Trump.

I think the last sentence is something that we need to make a mental note of now, and be ready to see happen in the debate.
".....will enable Trump to poke Joe in ways that will make Joe, who’s always had limited self-control, reveal his most ugly qualities."
Yes, Joe is was never bright, he is a ridiculous braggart, apparently unable to stop inventing fake exploits which are easily debunked, and I think that Trump will have a good chance to get Biden to just destroy himself with his own ridiculous statements, even if they manage to pump up Joe with enough drugs to make him seem almost normal for a short time. Joe was never very bright in his peak of mental health, and that passed some time ago.

All the rest, prep and drugs in the world are not going to be enough. Joe has to defend a lie. That takes cunning, intelligence and mental nimbleness he simply does not possess. Never has.

It's "Just Joe"
He has spouted stupid BS for 50 years now so we all know he has fumble mouth.
Make him president and let the fate of the nation depend on what some foreign language iterpreter thinks he said (theirs, not ours).

I believe President Trump should be a stateman at the start of the debate if Joe Biden goes braggart tough guy with a Nazi comment or the President called the dead soldiers 'fools' or whatever then the President should unleash on Biden about Hunter, Ukraine, China and Benghazi until Biden get flustered. Biden might then challenge him to push up or a fight in the hallway like the loudmouth braggard tough guy he isn't. I want President Trump to stomp Biden like a nuisance bug he is.

Watch older debates with Biden. He is vicious and shouts his opponent down. If Trump drops Hunter's name Biden will explode.

All PDT has to do is ask Fingers if he has met or even knows the name of his grandchild via Hunter and the stripper.

While I would love to see Biden explode over comments about Hunter, I don't think Trump should take that easy route because it would open him up to criticism about attacking a family member. There is plenty of other stuff about Biden himself, like publically bragging about getting the Ukrainian official fired to block an investigation. You don't even need to mention Hunter's name. There is lots of other factual material to nail Biden with. If he is hammered enough, Biden will explode into incoherence and Trump will have won.
