Andrew Weissmann, former top prosecutor for Robert Mueller’s special counsel team investigating the president, lamented in an interview published Monday in The Atlantic that they could not do more.Mueller’s report, which came out in early 2019, said there was no evidence of criminal conspiracy, cooperation, or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia, and declined to make a judgment on whether President Trump had obstructed justice.Weissman said that the special counsel was hampered by internal divisions and that Mueller’s integrity allowed Trump to escape accountability. “There’s no question I was frustrated at the time,”

Trying to make it seem as if he wasn't the one in charge now, huh?
What came out was the fact that there was NO evidence of anyone in the Trump campaign who colluded with Russia.
In fact, there are 53 House hearing testimonies, which were under oath, by the likes of Andrew McCabe, Dan Coats, Evelyn Farkas, James Clapper, John Podesta(twice), Loretta Lynch, Marc Elias (high-priced Dem lawyer), Sally Yates, Samantha Power, and Susan Rice, where NONE would state under oath they found ANY Russian collusion despite what many stated on CNN and MSNBC.

This man should’ve been disbarred years ago.
And the fact that he’s still out and about running his mouth makes me question what Mr. Durham doing?

What a snake - they knew pretty quickly that there was nothing there, but persisted to trap people in process crimes to make it look like something was going on. The ultimate goal was to trap PDJT and/or his children in one. Lavrentiy Beria, Stalin's sidekick would have been proud of them. They epitomized "show me the man, I'll find you the crime."

Weissman titles his book, "Where the law ends."
What a bizarre title. Is he trying to tell us this really was just Democrat agitprop? It sure sounds like.

Weissman's "we could have done more" probably goes back to his days of prosecuting Alaska Senator Ted Stevens, Merrill Lynch, Arthur Andersen... All high profile cases which resulted in the courts reversing, vacating or reversing judgements based on prosecutorial lies, omissions, and withholding evidence. Does this sound familiar? This is Weissman's MO which he has gotten away with for years, sheilded by his government position. Funny the Atlantic forgot to ask him about this.

Internal differences? The only differences Herr Mueller and his Swamp Gestapo had was if they wanted to boil Trump in oil or just really hot water.

We now know for certain that there was never a legal predicate for a Mueller investigation in the first place. So Weissman, it was all a witch hunt, and you knew that from the start.

You got shut down because you spent two wasted years and had ZERO evidence to back up your investigation. You were in protect Obama mode from the start, intent on a soft coup. If Barr has any spine at all, a whole bunch of you will be given indictments.

This used prophylactic needs to do time for his MANY crimes -prosecutorial overreach, Arthur Anderson malicious prosecution and his work for Mueller, IF there is any justice he needs to end up behind bars.

Ditto #16.
That Arthur Andersen case had to be really messed up for the Supreme Court to overturn the results on a 9-0 vote.

There is as yet no law preventing the demonstrably mentally ill from obtaining a license to practice law.
So Weissmann is free to harm society to satisfy his demons.

He could have done more? Like what? Commit more crimes and malfeasance like he always does and gets away with it. Weissman belongs in jail.

Weissman is so corrupt all 7 on the Supreme Court rules against him on a case. Rosenstein knew what he hiring.Mueller was like Biden, he has no clue where he is or what he’s doing. 35 million, 500 warrants, 1800 subpoenas, 18 prosecutors & he blames Mueller??? Gee Weissmann be honest the only corruption that came to light was in the Obama WH & JD . Trump should be furious & sue Weissman. The dems must be worried , they are confessing to the 100000% left wing Atlantic !
