Lindsey Graham put out a statement earlier regarding the open Supreme Court seat the Republicans are currently looking to fill. He cited the treatment of Justice Brett Kavanaugh back in 2018 while also confirming that he supports moving forward this time around. But it was later in the evening on Sean Hannity’s show that he really made news.
Graham announced not only that hearings will be held, but that the GOP already has the votes lined up to confirm whoever the nominee is. This is big news which was largely confirmed by commitments made by Corey Gardner and Chuck Grassley

If he's depending on Romney, he should remember impeachment. Romney can't be relied on to deliver.

I don't disagree with #1 but in a case like this I very much doubt that he would have made the announcement if the situation wasn't rock solid.

The left has Christine Blasey Ford warming up in the bullpen. She'll claim Barrett grabbed her boob once at an Ohio State game or she's even prepared to say Lagoa stuck her tongue down her throat while she gave her CPR.

Sotomayor, Breyer, and Thomas will be the next to leave the Court. I'm not saying it'll happen soon, but Sotomayor is sick, Breyer is old, and Thomas is a stud who wants to enjoy his retirement (or he should be!).
Trump greatest achievement as President will be properly staffing SCOTUS for the next several decades.

Rush says they should skip the nomination hearings and go straight to a floor vote. THAT ought to tick off the dems. They won't even get to make their hate filled statements. Ya know I do not EVER remember the Repubs being so vicious. We did not like the dems picks but they still voted them in if they were qualified. Maybe Laura Ingram's guest is right. Repubs are playing croquette and they are burning down the civilization.

If the votes are there, have the nomination and confirm ASAP. Congress has already vetted and approved both Barrett and Lagoa for their current positions. Let the Dems whine all they want but get it over with quickly. There is no need to give them a month to drag this through the mud and draw media attention away from Biden's dementia and demented policies.

Well the dems allowed Trump to be impeached during an election year so Trump should have his Supreme Court selection during an election year toooooooo!!.

If you listen to Fox you would think Biden already won??? On Fox yesterday they took credit for Trump 2016 win , sooooo now we know why they stopped airing Trumps rallies. Just because Biden won’t hold rallies shouldn’t be a reason not to show Trumps rallies. Fox ....there is other ways to view the rallies we don’t need you.

I'm with Rush. Skip hearings and go straight to a vote. Dems have recently proved that for them Supreme Court nominee hearings are no more than an opportunity for grandstanding, mudslinging, and flat-out lying.

I'm also with Rush on no hearings, but GOP Senators want the hearings so they get to be on live TV, and be seen by the voters back home. Hearings are free political advertising.
