More Than 1,600 New Jersey Primary Ballots
Found In ‘Mislabeled’ Bin 2 Months Later

County officials in New Jersey tallied more than 1,600 uncounted ballots from the state’s July primary after finding them in a bin last Thursday. The votes were reportedly placed in a “mislabeled” bin in a “secure area” of the county election office, according to the New Jersey Herald. Sussex County Board of Elections Administrator Marge McCabe maintained that the 1,666 extra votes did not change the outcome of the July 7 primary race. “The Board of Elections is confident that all ballots received have been processed and the security of all the ballots has remained in place,” she said. The Trump campaign has been tussling in court with New Jersey since August

They are just lucky. Bins in New Jersey contain everything from dead bodies, families of rats to one or more homeless people. You won't find any trash because it's usually on the streets.

If the ballots all had tracking numbers, and it was a requirement for the election officials to ensure ALL ballots are accounted for, this sort of thing would happen less. And, when finger print technology is employed to ensure only those eligible vote, since the search would be able to cross state lines, and access death records, prison records, and other government data bases. Lastly, if you need to wait 1 year until you're eligible for in-state tuition, then how can you be eligible to vote in a much shorter time? Again, if you've left one state, or county, the finger print technology would detect anyone who voted in more than one location.

Eric Trump can’t use the presidential election to postpone testifying in the New York attorney general’s probe into the financial dealings of the Trump Organization, a judge ruled Wednesday. “Neither petitioner [NY AG] nor this court is bound by timelines of the national election,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron said after oral arguments held by video Wednesday in the case, ordering Eric Trump to appear for deposition by Oct. 7. AG Letitia James last month claimed Eric Trump — the executive vice president of the Trump Organization — refused to be interviewed by her office as part of seven subpoenas that were issued for documents

The witness protection of Joe Biden by the media is starting to look like election interference. Exhibit A: The Senate interim report released Wednesday detailing millions of dollars Joe Biden’s son Hunter received from corrupt foreign oligarchs and companies while his father was vice president. Despite its obvious news value, the report immediately was pilloried by influential media outlets such as The New York Times and The Washington Post as “inconclusive” partisan echoing of Russian propaganda. “Republican Inquiry Finds No Evidence of Wrongdoing by Biden,” was the Times’ headline. “GOP’s Hunter Biden report doesn’t back up Trump’s actual conspiracy theory — or anything close to it,” said The Washington Post.

Palmetto Cheese, a regional pimento cheese brand based in South Carolina, is getting grilled by shoppers and social media alike after publicly comparing the Black Lives Matter movement to a “terrorist organization.” Now, Costco is pulling the popular cheese spread from its stores’ shelves, USA Today reports. Palmetto Cheese founder Brian Henry, who also happens to be mayor of Pawleys Island, spurred outrage last month when he took a controversial stand against BLM. “I am sickened by the senseless killings in Georgetown,” he wrote in a now-deleted Facebook post on Aug. 25, following the death of Charles Nicholas Wall and Wall’s stepdaughter, Laura Anderson, on Aug. 24.

Friends don’t let their friends drive while suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome. Unfortunately for the woman in this video, she must not have any friends willing to speak sanity into her life. Upon seeing a Trump rally on the side of a road, she decided it’d be a great idea to let her foot off the brake, hang out the window, and frantically throw up the bird at people. That didn’t go well. Be sure and watch to the end because it gets even better.

There’s a definite difference between Republicans and Democrats and it’s not just a policy-based difference. The attitudes the parties have about this country, its people, and the situation we’re in couldn’t be more night and day. As a video by the Daily Wire highlights, Republicans seem to have a firm grasp on things. The image President Donald Trump and the rest of the Republicans present is one of unflinching resolve, competence, and most importantly, hope. There’s an optimism in the air around Republicans, not just about their reelection chances, about the state of America. Though it’s undeniable that we’re going through hard times, Republicans seem to have their eye on the prize.

Rep. Jerrold Nadler got snubbed by the Department of Justice, which refused his request for top officials to testify in upcoming hearings. The request by the New York Democrat and House Judiciary Committee chairman was met with a stinging rebuke and refusal by Assistant Attorney General Stephen E. Nadler called for appearances by Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband, Bureau of Prisons Director Michael Carvajal and U.S. Marshals Service Director Donald Washington.

Sen. Mitt Romney, infamous for his long-running feud with President Donald Trump, said Tuesday he is not opposed to potentially voting on a successor to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg before the November election, eliciting tremendous pushback on social media. The Utah Republican’s assurance comes amid questions over whether his opposition to Trump — he was the only GOP senator to vote to impeach the president — was going to lead him to come out in support of Democrats who are demanding the successor be named by the next president. In an interview with reporters posted at The Hill, Romney pushed back on claims by some that the GOP-controlled Senate’s decision

One of the big questions on my mind has been, “Why in hell did the Democrats pick Biden?” It has been obvious for some time that Biden’s cognitive state is on a level with the spider monkey. He can’t remember where he is or what he is running for. He can’t put together a coherent sentence. His condition has become a running joke. At his age, he would at best be a one-term president. So why would a major party pin its hopes on such a man? To appreciate the Democratic Party’s election strategy it is necessary to recognize the migration of the party in the direction of Marxism.

His goal is to prevent Florida communities from suffering as Minneapolis and Kenosha have. DeSantis was backed by a phalanx of sheriffs and police officers as he told a small number of socially-distanced journalists about the proposed law:

California Governor Gavin Newsom announced Wednesday that the state will ban sales of gas-powered vehicles, effective in 2035. Newsom said that the “audacious” goal was necessary to achieve the state’s goal of 100% renewable energy by 2045. Newsom said that his new executive order would “eliminate” the sales of “internal combustion engines” and move to electric vehicles — a move that he said would create jobs and allow California to “dominate” the market, and address climate change. Those who currently own gas-powered vehicles would still be allowed to operate them and to sell them on the used market.

As the Senate prepares for yet another brutal Supreme Court nomination fight, one particularly sensitive issue is creating apprehension among Democrats: what to do with 87-year-old Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee. Feinstein, the oldest member of the Senate, is widely respected by senators in both parties, but she has noticeably slowed in recent years. Interviews with more than a dozen Democratic senators and aides show widespread concern over whether the California Democrat is capable of leading the aggressive effort Democrats need against whoever President Donald Trump picks to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
