Journalism Is Dead

The question of why, when dems do provably bad things, the media rushes to defend them or bury the story and when Republicans are attacked by stories with no credibility or plausible witnesses the media attacks like rabid wolves, has been going on for decades. Notice also that the wolves are VERY well coordinated in their attacks. The obvious and true reason is bias. Yet, the media denied it. At some points their denials became absurd. Their actions with BJ Clintoon were too blatant. Under the spotlight of #MeToo, many of the actors admitted it was a mistake to give BJ a pass. Harry Reid admitted he lied about Rummey not paying his taxes. But, "It worked", and the media slavered all over it. That is now the media standard, do ANYTHING to find something that works. Nor do they apologize or withdraw a story when it explodes in their faces. They just let it fade away and put it back on the shelf. Why? So they can go dumpster diving later on and reuse it, just like they have with this previously discredited cemetery visit story. Releasing a story at a different time might get better attention. Maybe you can roll it out with support from others, like a senile Presidential candidate. And maybe if you throw a whirlwind of such stories out, the weight of the lies will break through even if none of them are true. That's what they did and still do with "Russia, Russia, Russia". It has been completely discredited as a Hillary Clintoon and Deep State smear and yet it still walks around like a Zombie, it's rotting flesh falling off it, and the media still trying to sell it. Journalism died when BO was elected. BO was "their guy", a symbol that progressives had won and that they could come out of the closet. Full throated support for anything BO did allowed the poison to enter their veins and they died. Trump has dared to shine a spotlight on the fact that the undead are still stumbling around among us. They hate him and the light he has brought with him. While the media has decided to say and do anything to win, we simply need to remember that the media is now a dying propaganda organism and EVERYTHING they do is corrupt and rotted. Hopefully after Trump is reelected, the putrefaction process of the media will complete itself and new, reliable and trustworthy information sources will emerge.

I’ll go you one farther back, #1. Journalism did die when BJ Clinton ran for office in 1992. The media even ignored the fact that he was cheating on Illary right down the hall in hotels on the campaign trail with the press in tow. By 1998 they were so in the tank that they tried to completely ignore the Lewinski story. There were even discussions on pundit shows where they debated whether or not Slick should lie in his grand jury testimony. Seriously. I remember. Three years later they started their 8 year span of treating Bush almost as badly as they treat Trump.

There are still people who believe the Watergate myth and think there really was a Deep Throat.

Jounalism died in the 60's. I'm an Vietnam vet. Much of what was written about that war was slanted or plain lies. A good bit of it was written by "reporters" from Saigon hotels and not from the field. News papers and TV stations knew it but didn't care. They have been pumping out propaganda ever since. Americans have awakened to the frauds and the media now ranks in the basement as far as trust is concerned. Small wonder newspapers are failing in unpresidented numbers.

I think it is perfect Karma that Hillary “saved” sleezy Bill’s political career many times but has totally tarnished his legacy with her bizarre behavior since her brutal loss in 2016. Schadenfreude, indeed!
