I'm sure they'd like us to believe it's a 'loose organization without a clear structure'. And it's 'public leaders' prefer to remain non-public and hide in the shadows so they can't be directly targeted, as they would be if discovered. This smells like disinformation. Or the writer is a gullible ignorant fool.

Ummmmmm Im gonna take issue with the mob description. SOMEONE is organizing these clowns. SOMEONE is funding, supplying and pre-positioning their riot gear. SOMEONE is making sure that sufficient numbers of out-of-staters show up at a designated location, just in time for the rioting, destruction and violence to begin. There is an organizing power structure behind the scenes. We just dont know who the players are. They may not, technically, be facists, but they sure do act like Hitler's Brownshirts. Who were rounded up once the Nazis came to power. Their usefulness had expired.

This is a well organized, well financed bunch of thugs guilty of an insurrection and should be treated as such. It is time to single them out from the rest of the slugs who are rioting, looting, burning and generally making a nuisance of themselves. They should be treated the same as if they were invading this country. That means no rubber bullets, no pepper spray or other non-lethal items. It is time to take them out like we took out the Isis bunch overseas. Now is the time if it isn't too late already.

Good article and one that finally fits what I've seen with these people. The Red Guard description is most apt as these are disaffected students/youth who want to stifle free speech and opposition to their (mostly socialist) world view. They are derivative of the Occupy movement and have some fellow travelers but unlike them or other leftist groups, they don't have a goal or an overarching ideology other than maybe socialism. That's why they've glommed onto the BLM message - it's approved by the political and woke "elite" and it gives them the pretext to destroy. They operate more like terrorist cells with very little organization, most of which is handled through social media (especially Twitter). They live on the deep Web using Tor browsers and anonymous sites. I suspect that initial funding came from Soros or the Tides Foundation but with the influx of billions of corporate protection dollars into ActBlue for BLM, I'm thinking that there's a skim that makes its way to the various cells to pay for supplies, food, weapons and gear, and travel expenses. I mean, c'mon - you really don't think that a soy-boy wimp like "Commander Red" is really in charge of anything? He and the others are puppets and empty vessels looking for a purpose. greyseal

Yes, because under normal circumstances they would be arrested and prosecuted. They are being protected by the usual suspects, i.e. media, Hollywood and The Swamp.

We do know they are heartless thugs who seem to enjoy the suffering and destruction they cause when their mob gets going, usually in the dark of night. They will apparently continue their barbarism until they are stopped. Their black masks are so convenient for them but their individual mug shots when arrested reveal their true individual identities & realities. Each of them has made a horrible personal choice to join this mob and each must be held accountable. Away from the mob, even their leaders cry like a baby when arrested. Many of them seem to be sheeple following the crowd, yet they too are accountable.

This is idiocy that is going on and on. In reality 'антифа' is a Russian word. There are 1000s of links in google search for period between 2000 and 2010 (well before it happen here). BTW Russian antifa and V.Putin are allies against common enemy of ethnic Russian nationalism. Don't be so nice. They are homegrown terrorist who are paid to destroy our country. If foreigners came across our borders in uniforms, the military would take care of the situation. No, instead Dem governors and mayors support them because they are on the dole too.
