It’s increasingly clear that one-party polities are corrupt, badly managed and serve the interests only of those at the top and their courtiers. I think that if Biden and Harris win, the entire country will devolve to a kingdom of state and regional duchies composed of often semi-hereditary rulers in the pay of the rich, donor class, the clerisy (media scribblers, complaisant judicial appointees and academic rent seekers who promote favored policies and shut out the dissenters), an impoverished, smaller, and powerless middle class and a vast layer of muzzled, docile poor serfs. They will rule by fiat

I think that if Biden wins, a civil war is more likely to break out if what Clarice says comes to pass. We have fought here for our rights more than once, and will do it again before we knuckle down to any type of overlord. Our British masters learned that almost 250 years ago.

Doing what Feldman does best! There is nothing that can improve on her last sentence: ''In any event, November will have us in the fight of our lives. Be prepared.''

Every large metropolitan city has No-Go areas that are too dangerous to travel through after dark. These are the areas were criminal activity thrives and police (often hobbled by courts and Democrats) can have little impact. In many cities, those areas are/have been gentrified and the criminal activity and element migrate somewhere else.
What appears to be happening is the Criminal Element is re-homing into the Central Business District. Homeless gather there. Drug gangs are moving there. Down towns are becoming unlivable.
In an $800 dollar a night hotel in Downtown San Francisco - they have added a boot scraper out front. And, the doorman reminds guests to scrap the human feces and drug needles off the soles of there shoes before entering.

FTA: ''...an impoverished, smaller, and powerless middle class and a vast layer of muzzled, docile poor serfs.''
I think that Clarice underestimates us middle class people. Maybe because she lives in the city and we are some kind of concept, instead of real people.
It may be that the big cities become democrat strongholds, with two classes of people: The ruling class and the serfs. It's pretty much that way now. Whatever middle-class people that can afford NY City rents are vastly outnumbered. Those people are already leaving in droves.
Out here, in ''flyover country'' things are a lot different. We don't live in a bubble and our lives are lived accordingly. We have not been conditioned to live under the rule of elites or lawless politicians.

Many of us here at L.com are of the opinion that when things get bad enough the righteous will fight back. You know:' Sleeping Giant' stuff. Our circle is rather small compared to the number of people who barely understand what's happening. While there are small skirmishes in Portland, Kenosha and other cities, a majority of people are staying home and watching on TV.

Right on target. I've long thought the Marxist form of government most closely resembles the governmental structure in the Middle Ages. The king owns everything and doles out goodies to his nobility, who dole it out, if they feel like it, to the powerless peasants.

I suspect and would love to see Slow-Mo-Joe go down in flames and crash into Nancy's house. I suspect that will happen. If it doesn't all you California Ldots will be welcome in the Republic of Texas.

Fekdman's opening statement will only happen if Americans give up their guns and surrender.
That won't happen.
What is more likely is that We the People, will finally be fed up with these people, and remove them from existence; Pols, bureaucrats, donors and all. All of them. And we will discover new safeguards to ensure these types of people never have power again. It's a REPUBLIC. And we WILL keep it.

Even Clarice says "Be prepared".
What that means is different for different people. Let's hope that all preparations will not be needed at all.
But you had better be capable of defending and protecting your loved ones and your home, as a most important first principle.
Fire extinguishers (plural) seem like a good investment right now if you live in an urban area. These folks seem to prefer arson, so being able to stop a fire quickly seems important.
Nonlethal self defense products seem reasonable, like a pepper spray device, and not just one, they have a very short useful life if used, maybe 5 seconds or 10. Getting someone to leave you alone without really hurting them is a good first response to an assault. State laws vary on their legality, but sometimes staying alive has it's own urgency.
Let's hope we don't get to shooting, but the guy shot in Portland for no reason gives pause. Perhaps they won't leave us alone.
If you don't have any guns or any shooting skills....time is short, supplies are very limited, gun and ammo sales have been at record levels for 4 months. The handgun ammo aisles of all big outdoors stores around here have been EMPTY, literally not one box on the shelves, for several months. Talk to a level headed friend, preferably an NRA certified instructor, and get some real training, with range time.
