When he is acquitted, we can anticipate more rioting. I hate to say it, but Im not surprised at the coverage. Ive been saying for awhile that once the right has been provoked to action, the right will be blamed.

This is their narrative: All the riots are being caused by 'White Supremacists' who are hiding behind the 'peaceful' protesters. Though this poor kid is the first one that 'got caught'? He probably should not have been there - but he was - as likely he responded to the injustice fomented by the government allowing destruction of life & property to go unchecked. Shame on the press - but then they no longer have a sense of shame.

Interesting that none of the news media EVER mention the fact that Antifa and BLM cross state lines all the time to riot and burn and loot and cause the death in these "chosen" cities. They never mention the weapons like guns, bricks, etc. across state lines. I hope they get nailed again by Lin Wood. He's my hero.

Guy goes into a liquor store and brandishes a handgun...the owner pulls a gun from under the counter and chases him...gunman turns and fires, killing store owner...self-defense? After the shooting passers-by chase gunman, he falls, and, fearing for his life, fires, killing two armed pursuers...self-defense? This is going to be the game played with Rittenhouse.

Meanwhile the Jacob Baker family whines that his ankle is cuffed to his hospital bed. Their ambulance-chasing lawyer Ben Crump should tell them that Jacob had an outstanding warrant so is effectively under arrest. He could be in the hospital ward at the jail, under guard (where he might also be shackled to his bed) or in this private hospital where he is receiving specialized care. They must shackle him to the bed.

He did not interact with any "persons of color" that I am aware of. How is this all white event judged as any sort of a racial thing? Mr. Rittenhouse should have had a team with him, not out alone, but when attacked with a molotov cocktail, a skateboard as a bludgeon and a handgun.....I'd be shooting too.

The prosecutor should lay off the crack pipe for 24 hours before issuing charges. "First degree intentional murder" - pure lunacy, unhinged from any of the facts in the case.

It is stunning how many recent riots over purported racial injustice have been based on phony stories. (snip) what should the officers have done, confronted with Blake, armed with a deadly weapon and attempting to drive away the vehicle with 3 young children in it? The fact that he was able shrug off 2 tasers suggests he may have been on some mind-altering substance like methamphetamine, PCP, or angel dust. The children reasonably could be believed to be at risk in a vehicle fleeing arrest.

In recent weeks, not only have we seen some very large holes punched in the narrative of what happened to George Floyd, but we’ve also seen the very thin veil come off, as the “peaceful protests” by Black Lives Matter and Antifa rapidly devolved into perhaps the worst string of violent riots the country has ever seen. What planet does Joe Biden live on? In his campaign for president, he's promised more lockdowns if the "experts" tell him to do it, maybe permanent lockdown, lockdown as a lifestyle, which means shutting down the entire country. It's bizarre stuff given that it's already been done, with plenty of unintended consequences. It's a supposed leadership redo of President Trump's supposedly bad leadership on COVID.
