Skepticism about the Bannon Indictment

Joe Biden’s campaign spokeswoman could barely contain her glee at the news that Steve Bannon is being indicted by the Southern District of New York on a variety of fraud allegations related to fundraising for “We Build the Wall,” telling USA Today that “no one needed an indictment to know that Steve Bannon is a fraud.” But a close reading of the indictment shows that the politicization of the DOJ by elements of the radical left has been its own long-running fraud.

Just like with a used car salesman, you should check the fine print. It isn't always in 100% agreement with what you're told orally. Even Dems took President Trump to the Supreme Court based on his oral statements as opposed to the writings of the policies. The Court agreed that contracts are the basis, not campaign statements.

Given that we have seen several Trump friends and associates railroaded by the Judicial System lately, We would be stupid not to grant Bannon the assumption of innocence.

I'm not buying any of it! Steve Bannon is a patriot, assisted Andrew Brietbart in his rise to fame, and was a staunch ally of President Trump before and after his firing. Many who have been fired by President Trump became anti-Trumpers out of revenge. Bannon did not and continued his work to support our President. This is yet another hit job by the DOJ and I'm getting damned tired of watching good men like Flynn and Bannon be dragged through the mud because of their allegiance to this country. Hey SDNY US Attorney, where are the indictments against the fraud and corruption by the Clinton Foundation? Where are the indictments against Hillary for her private server in her closet? Has Huma been indicted yet for having confidential emails on her home computer? How about Bill's activities on Pedophile Island? Hey Durham, stop sitting on your hands and start indicting the REAL criminals in this government! WTP are waiting and have been for a very, very long time!

I was skeptical from the first instant when I heard Bannon was arrested. The thugs with badges at SDNY have no credibility whatsoever. They are just political thugs, not one bit different than Comey, Brennan, Strzok, Page, Boente and the rest of the DC criminals-with-badges cabal. Huge numbers of Democrats have no ethics, and it seems that more and more are desperate, using their positions of power and trust for evil political purposes these days. Trump is disrupting their corrupt power trips and they are all just freaking out. I think history may record that Trump's greatest victory was to get massive numbers of corrupt Dems and Republicans to expose themselves for the criminals that they have always been.

The defense will bring Brian Kolfage before the jury and ask if they agree with the prosecutors that a man who lost both legs and and arm in the defense of his country, and whose patriotism inspired him to privately provide a critical section of the border wall at a time when the Democrats were blocking it was somehow doing it to enjoy a "lavish lifestyle". How much did the fat lawyers in the SDNY sacrifice to prosecute a decorated veteran using this cynical ploy to poison a jury based on resentment and envy? The "Build The Wall" website clearly states all the types of expenses that would be funded by the donations including employee salaries, educational programs, and legal expenses. This is entirely consistent with other 501c organizations. If Trump had not pledged to build a wall and Kolfage had not stepped up in support none of these "ham sandwich" indictments would have been brought.

Overall, 72% are concerned about recent reports of urban violence. Over 60% of Americans said their feelings about the protests will have an effect on their November voting.

On August 20th, President Trump’s former Chief Strategist Steve Bannon was arrested on fraud charges relating to the “We Build the Wall” construction project on the U.S.-Mexico border. The news made for splashy headlines, but story behind the charges was more mundane. Brian Kolfage, a triple amputee veteran and Purple Heart recipient, used a crowdfunding website as part of a political gag aimed at raising $1 billion dollars to construct a U.S.-Mexico border wall. After unexpectedly raising $17 million dollars within the first week, Kolfage decided to hand off the suddenly real and ambitious initiative to someone with more experience, connections, and resources. Steve Bannon stepped up to help

One of the most revolting things about Joe Biden’s candidacy is his dishonest insistence that Donald Trump called white supremacists “fine people.” Democrats have successfully used this hoax to brainwash large parts of the American public into believing that Trump and his supporters are racists and anti-Semites. One wonders, therefore, how much consternation there is in Biden campaign headquarters now that Richard Spencer, one of America’s best-known neo-Nazis, is all in for Biden. To fully appreciate what should be one of the biggest stories in the presidential campaign, there are two things you need to know

Michelle Obama famously said, “When they go low, we go high.” She should have reminded her husband before he gave his speech for the online Democrat convention. Standing in a room in Philadelphia, with the words “Writing the Constitution” over his right shoulder, Obama gave a speech that almost wholly ignored Biden, whom he’d ostensibly come to praise. Instead, Obama viciously attacked Trump and did a constitutional rewrite that allowed him to cast Trump as a constitutional threat. From the start, Obama was up to his old tricks. Even while he wanted to use the Constitution to challenge Trump, he couldn’t praise it.
