Victory: Missouri AG Intervenes to Drop
Charges Against St. Louis Couple Who
Fended off Mob With AR-15

In June, St. Louis couple Mark and Patricia McCloskey defended their home when a roving band of leftist rioters broke down the gate to their home and ventured onto their property. Both are lawyers. They defended themselves with their legally acquired firearms. Of course, this set off a firestorm among liberal media types. It’s as if they just ignored the weeks of riots, arson, looting, and violence against police in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis in May. (Tweets/Videos) The police have been unable to truly bring order to the situation. The McCloskey response was not illegal. It was not out of control. It was right.

Is the local Soros-installed elected attorney dropping charges? If I were the McCloskeys, I think I'd keep my attorney on retainer. You know, like Gen. Flynn still hasn't had his name cleared yet, either.

Good for them. Now they should sue the pants off the City of St. Louis to recover their legal expenses and punitive damages. A civil suit lodged against Kim Gardner would also be appropriate. Make her pay bigly.

Gardner should be fired and disbarred. Tampering evidence is illegal. Return the couple’s firearms immediately with an apology. Yes, keep their attorney on retainer and charge his fees to Gardner.

Reported elsewhere... the handgun the woman 'brandished' had been used by the couple in a court case... and for that case the firing pin and firing pin spring had been removed and replaced in reverse order. The gun was unfireable. It didn't qualify for the 'brandishing' charge. The 'prosecutors' found that out when examining the gun, took it apart and re-assembled it so that it was functioning again. Yeah. TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE. Criminal. If this is just dismissed, the prosecutors themselves escape being charged with that crime.

Well, it may be time to deploy the military to Seattle after all because what local lawmakers are doing is nothing short of allowing the city to be engulfed in violence and anarchy. They’re moving to abolish the police. It’s not defunding. It’s a total dissolution. Non-profit programs and “community-led activities” will replace policing. Why? Well, according to the resolution, the Seattle Police Department perpetuates racism and violence. Oh, yes, and it’s a vehicle of white supremacy. It's typical 'woke' nonsense, and it's a cancer that's killing America.

Admiration for George W. Bush doesn’t win you much praise in today’s Republican Party, but I don’t care. On Thursday former President George W. Bush attended and delivered a speech at the late Congressman John Lewis’s funeral. George W. Bush had every reason not to attend Lewis’s funeral, let alone eulogize him. Lewis may have been a famed civil rights leader, but he was also a bitter partisan Democrat congressman, who boycotted both of Bush’s inaugurations. Bush barely mentioned the political division between him and Lewis. “John and I had our disagreements of course,” Bush said.
