AG Barr destroys Jerry Nadler in another
House Democrat testimony disaster

He came, he saw, he ate their lunch. Bill Barr, denied a meal break, feasted instead on a gaggle of Democratic amateurs.
Another congressional hearing, another Dem disaster. They planned a public hanging of the attorney general and spent weeks constructing their scaffold. He is corrupt, a liar, a toady, they and their media handmaidens assured us, and the House Judiciary Committee will reveal all.
Two obstacles quickly became apparent. The first is that the Dems were led by Rep. Jerry Nadler, whose rabidness is exceeded only by his haplessness.
Oliver Hardy without the charm.

While I commend AG Barr on his patience and superior intellect but most of all his integrity, I still want to urge him to finalize the Durham and Bash investigations as quickly as possible. Clearly, the man is measured and thorough. He is calm and is not rattled by the braying jackals in the democrat party. Their behavior yesterday was appalling. They simply have zero self-awareness and do not understand how they came across to the American people. They were as unhinged as the rioters we see on the news with the exceptIon of their attire, lack of profanity and violence, but they were just as out there. The entire democrat party has gone to the dark side and Americans are intently watching them devolve into madness.
I agree with the author that had William Barr been attorney general, things would be very different in this country and the democrats know it. They fear him. They fear his resolve. For the good of the country, I pray that we finally will see justice done. It is the only way to emerge from this nightmare. Let justice prevail regardless of status or party. Get even the stench of corruption out of government. The conspiracy to interfere in a Presidential election and then attempt to unseat a duly elected President cannot go unpunished. The government must be able to apply the law equally regardless of status or position. The country must know that we have equal justice under the law. It is AG Barr’s responsibility to make sure that happens, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Why do they call it a hearing?
Barr was not allowed to speak. It was one 5 minute campaign speech after another, with every response gaveled down. I was waiting for the crown of thorns and the flogging.
Probably the best collection of campaign clips ever recorded.

During the run-up to impeachment, an interviewer asked Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy why Adam Schiff was the sole face of the PR push given that he and Nadler were ostensibly co-captains as named by Nancy Pelosi.
McCarthy's answer was notably brief for a politician and had the ring of unavoidable truth: 'Nancy Pelosi knows that Jerry Nadler is inept.'
Is the usual elevation of all things New York that the media and Dem Congress members place Nadler on high perches from which he inevitably falls?
Is it merely seniority? On that subject, it should be noted that the Dems will place Clyburn, Waters & Jackson-Lee in loudmouthed coatholder roles but never in the top jobs.
Nadler's shambling off-script disaster as impeachment manager, which appalled even his craven partner Schiff, should have been the excuse Pelosi needed to move Nadler into the sidings. But the 80 year old Pelosi has always been wildly overhyped as a political chessmaster. Age and ego produce boiling anger in her and angry people make frequent mistakes.

Not to mention Jim Jordan eloquently and systematically cleared the deck for Barr!
Kudos to both!

I think the key here is "what if a tree falls in the forrest and nobody hears it"? I am positive the networks did not play anything BARR said, just the ready for campaign ads by the Sheliah Jackson Lee's et al. And then we come to Twitter etc., who will not allow anything pro Barr on THEIR platform, and people like our own Mike Lee do nothing! I wonder who is paying HIM off poe the side?

And please bear in mind that the people of NYC etc, just like the people in Portland, voted this disaster in and continue to support him, and then want US, the taxpayers to come in and pay off the mess!

Not to quibble, but Gerrold Nadler is the PRINCE of shameless fools. No one...not even Nancy and Chuck outshine him in the combination of power matched with malicious ignorance.

Maybe it sounds like nitpicking, but Barr referred to the "Democratic" party. It's "Democrat". There is nothing democratic about them. National Socialist party would fit them much more appropriately.

I didn't think I could see worse behavior by the Democrats than what they exhibited at Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings. I was dead wrong. How Barr kept from having an aneurysm is beyond me. I hope in the end their hysterical public abuse of the attorney general lights a fire under Barr to have the last word...in John Durham's report. And soon. Like, yesterday.

Nadler's eloquence is exceeded by his flatulence. He is a sad sack, as the old folks would say, who is a bitter loser. He will always be a loser, and his bitterness grows every day. The fact that he can't even hold a hearing with due respect to people illustrates his incompetence. How he could allow the other democrats to make a mockery of the hearing, on television, in front of millions of Americans, shows how democrats would treat American citizens if they had the power.

The democrats are petty and catty. Trump speaks a lot extemporaneously, which is fodder for the dems to make themselves look ridiculous. Swalwell still believes that Trump is hooked up with Russia because Trump asked Russia to find Hillary's missing emails.. The dems strategy yesterday was to be on offense because they didn't want to talk about the destruction of the democrat cities and the fecklessness and gross ineptness of the local dem politicians in those cities and states. To the dems,,,,,crime is rising so the obvious solution is to get rid of law enforcement. They are all idiots..

Not ONE, and I mean NOT ONE of Barr's comments were broadcast in context on ANY MSM news. They ONLY saw Nadler and others accuse and the media liars, lied about Barr;s response, so unless a Dem voter fidiot watched the entire hearings, he or she (or pick their idiotic preferred personal pronoun) saw nothing of Barr's actual testimony in context. The MSM made Barr look like a fool.

Did you notice how - - as usual - - all the crazed demonrats all used the same technique - - followed the same script?
They would ask a question - - and before Barr could answer - - they screamed, "Reclaiming my time! Reclaiming my time!" Then Nadler would chime in - - "The time has expired." Over and over again - - the same thing. A running stream of polemics - - with no chance for rebuttal.
As if we're all too dumb to notice.

The funniest thing to happen yesterday was Jerry Nadler telling Jim Jordon and a few others that they should have their mask on at all times bla, bla, bla. Then we see him with HIS mask hanging either under his triple chin, or stuck on his forehead! You can't make this stuff up!! Love the Cartoon today!!

FTA - "If only Barr had been Trump’s first attorney general, the last four years would have been dramatically different....The entire episode, starring Jim Comey, James Clapper, John Brennan, Hillary Clinton and other unindicted co-conspirators of the Obama-Biden administration, was the dirtiest dirty trick in American political history."
AG Barr made it look easy yesterday. By cutting off Jabba's various appendages during the hearing, Barr preserved the notion of truth. Indeed, Sessions owes the nation for his traitorous recusal that opened the flood gates for Muellie's "investigation".
Barr and Durham really need to giddy up and publish their report, empanel the grand juries, and issue the indictments. Now I hear it will be released in September. Ugh. For now, I'd suggest that Barr move to revoke the passports of Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Billary, Strzok, and Lisa Page now to make sure they don't stray far.

What is rarely pointed out and quickly forgotten is that A.G. Barr was asked to appear! He was invited, not subpoenaed. This was so there would be courtesy all around. Congress asks you to show up and, being a good and faithful civil servant, you show up. Nadler and his equally corrupt cronies thank Barr for coming over by lying to his face, insulting him and then refusing to give him a lousy 5 minute break when he politely asked for one! Suppose he has an unknown medical condition and needy to take a pit stop? Nadler is scum.
What I saw was beyond disgusting! In the immortal words of Scarlett O'Hara that I now plagiarizer and change somewhat:
"As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never vote Democrat again. No, nor any of my folk. If I have to lie, steal, cheat or kill. As God is my witness, I'll never vote Democrat again."

AG Barr has more class and intelligence than almost anyone in DC. He is ethical and knows the law. By contrast Jerry Nadler is a POS little man with a phony Napoleon complex who is not fit to clean Bill Barr’s shoes. Nancy should really stop punishing her Party by putting him and Schiff in public view. Nadler and his fellow boot lickers on the Judiciary Committee were working from talking points and were too dumb to abandon them when it all started going sideways. Their last ditch effort to discredit him before the Durham investigation is complete was an epoch fail.

If any independent voter could sit through this circus and not come away angry with Jerry the Hutt and his merry band of power-hungry traitors, we are lost. The AG was the adult in the room. That should have been apparent to anyone with a reasonably well-functioning central nervous system. Now let us pray that the demons' antics translate into votes for the president and his party.

So Jerry the "round mound" went from a car accident to a train wreck. It was pathetic and typical of an amateur who - by this time - should know better. Must be too stupid to learn anything.

Beyond the verbal abuse there was also the physical appointments in the room. I had no idea that the House hearing rooms had such small witness tables. I have never seen a congressional witness sit behind such a small table. On the long shot you see a large man seated behind a table that looks the size of a grade school desk opposed by the high bank of his prejudiced judges. It looked like a parody of a Stalinist show trial. If they thought they were psyching out AG Barr with this pathetic display of power positioning, they were sorely mistaken. The worst SOB boss I ever had sat behind a big mahogany desk in an oversized leather executive chair, while his "guests" sat in canvas director's chairs. I wasn't intimidated by that two-bit poser and I doubt neither was Bill Barr by Humpty Dumpty.
MAGA-KAG: Bring out the indictments!
