Does Trump have a secret well
of unreported support?

In Alabama, the Republican party nomination for senator provided a surprisingly large victory (over 25% points with 50% of the vote counted) for Jeff Sessions's opponent, Tommy Tuberville, the former Auburn football coach. This likely ends the long political career of Sessions after Donald Trump supported Tuberville. It appears that the Trump faithful have determined that the former attorney general's recusal over the Russian investigation cannot be forgiven. Alabamans have decided that a political novice such as Tuberville is preferable

So, I think we can expect to see the "Tell All" Book by Sessions to be on the Shelves before the Election!

I refused to answer a pollster's questions. I suspect there are many others like me.

How do the pollsters find people to poll? They never asked me or was I at work when they were doing the asking?

Does he ever!
A personal story - I belong to several guilds which are involved in a specific type of art/craft. We’re largely a bunch of little old ladies who indulge in a very old art involving needles, thread and fabric. We have not officially met since March but yesterday we had a get together to indulge in our passion and about 8 women attended. We have never discussed politics before but somehow the conversation got around to what is happening in our city streets and I quickly discovered that everyone in the room was a conservative.
I’m sure that is the case in many more areas of our lives than we realize.

I don't respond to pollsters, exit or otherwise. My voting preferences are private, and have kept my car unscratched and my windows unbroken because I have kept them so. As we all know, certain factions of voters tend to "cancel" people who don't subscribe to their political views. Knowledge is usually power. In this case, lack of knowledge is even MORE powerful!!

Yep, I'm one of MILLIONS. When the polsters call I hang up...I'm sure lots of us do the same.
With that and oversampling of Democraps and calling illegals etc. etc. the polls are Hitlery Trash! (Empty Scotch bottles, one quart/day)

There are 16 people who work with me. 15 of them will vote for Trump. If they have to crawl through broken glass, they will vote for Trump. The 16th I'm not entirely sure who she'll vote for. Not one of us has been polled.

Trump supporters are quiet. We have learned that reason and logic only anger so called “liberals” (actually illiberals), and any dissent, in the past called discussion, from their unreasoned seemingly inborn hatred will only strengthen their conviction and unhappiness.

The title of this article poses a really stupid question. Didn’t we just go through this in the last election? Even conservative writers, who you would assume are reasonably intelligent, are taken in by the ‘poll’ game and report these numbers like they must be true. Trump’s support is not a secret. It’s just hidden.

As a law abiding citizen, the only voice I have is at the ballot box. I am ignored by the media, my opinion is not amplified on late night TV, and I am not going to go throw bricks into the windows of businesses and get sympathetic coverage. I was going to go to a "Back The Blue" demonstration in my city, but the Democrat mayor refused a permit because of fear of "counter-demonstrations", so that was that. On Sundays this fall the NFL is not going to recognize me at all...BUT on November 4 I have a belief that me and other law abiding citizens LIKE me are going to be heard...LOUD and CLEAR.

You betchya Trump’s army of steadfast supporters is unreported and remember, when it is noticed by media, it is even quickly glossed over and ignored.
In pre-Trump days, Sessions’ campaign strategy of name recognition, all the NRSC money and establishment Senators shilling for him all would have worked. How many times did ya’ll have Mitch, Ted and the fellas begging us for money to get Sessions back in on your Facebook? We saw Mitch more than we have in nearly four years!! It was all about getting their pal back in their club for life. It was not about the country.
Jeff has a very very nice pension. He is coming on 74 years old. He just isn’t a fighter for conservative values and we can no longer afford that. He was part of the old guard in Senate who sat back for decades letting Democrats win too many battles. We need younger, vigorous and steadfast conservative fighters in our Senate. He was so out of touch not recognizing what Trump represents to the American people.
I wish him a good retirement although I suspect #1 is right and of course, big money lobbying jobs await.

While pledging broken glass support to PDT's re-election, let's not underestimate the same broken glass support on the opposite side. Not for Biden, but for the disposal of Trump in 2020. Let's also recognize it is bi-partisan.
Sessions is old news, a has-been. He lost his cred as AG. He acted the part of a loser...and he lost in his comeback attempt. Lonesome George Gobel showed more energy in his prime than Sessions as AG.

Sessions was the worst Attorney General in American history. Winston Churchill could have been describing him when Churchill said of one of his rivals: "I could carve a better man out of a banana."

With multiple dozens of solicitation phone calls per day, by the time a pollster calls I am already fed up with answering the phone not willing to have any kind of conversation let alone polling questions.
