The transcript from the body camera worn by J. Alexander Kueng shows clear evidence that George Floyd was suffering respiratory distress before police laid hands on him. He died from a Fentanyl overdose, not from being choked out by Minneapolis police. This news will not bring joy to the crazed, leftist mob screaming to lop off the heads of the Minneapolis police officers who stand accused of “murdering” George Floyd and little attention has been paid to the transcript since its release on July 7. I hope to correct that oversight.

FTA:
Once you read the transcript you will understand why the Minnesota Attorney General withheld the video evidence from the public and why the defense attorneys are trying to get the information out–it exonerates the police.

It doesn't matter. This has never been about truth or justice. Floyd's death was an excuse, a pretext, for starting a long-planned, fully orchestrated Marxist attempt to take over the country using race hatred, bigotry, and ignorance as fuel.

It will be hard for any jury to overcome the emotions of seeing Floyd with Chavin's foot on his neck. The objective will be to find at least one juror who is uncertain what "reasonable doubt" actually means.

I still don't understand kneeling on his neck, though. Especially for minutes after he'd expired. Not Murder-2, that will be hard to prove, but something. That was not a clean arrest.

I have posted on this forum - - several times - - that Floyd was experiencing Excited Delirium Syndrome - - a condition which cause almost certain heart attack - - if the person experiencing it is not kept motionless. Floyd already had serious heart disease - - and it was greatly exacerbated by his use of fentanyl and methamphetamines.
The more the person flails around - - the more certain he is to have a serious heart attack. By immobilizing Floyd - - Officer Chauvin extended Floyd's life - - until medical help could carry him away.
As I have already posted - - Office Chauvin did not kill George Floyd. He was not strangled or asphyxiated - - he died of a heart attack induced by his Excited Delirium Syndrome.
Will the truth ever come out? We know the evil leftists don't want it to - - but how about the spineless RINOs and Pubbies - - who have been screaming that Floyd was murdered from day one? Will they ever admit the truth?

I read it thoroughly
I didn’t need to
As I’ve posted before:
4 times convicted and sent to prison
5 year sentence for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon
Held a loaded gun to the stomach of a pregnant woman
Meth and fentanyl streaming thru his agitated body confirmed by toxicology report
Kept resisting arrest
Did NOT die from asphyxiation
Shades of Trayvon martin/Freddie gray
Totally political filth and lies....
What great role models! Such martyrs!
The truth wouldn’t allow their plans to loot riot and kill and blame whitey...
So the left-wing dnc made up a story and fueled the fires...literally.
Class-action lawsuits against fake news liars should begin Immediately!
You dirty evil devil bastid liars!!!

Just wow. There are going to be a lot of dumbass tempter-tantrum throwing people out there with red faces. Especially the white ones. I've been asking myself since George Floyd's death, why would a cop murder a guy on camera? Now we know, he didn't.
Cities all over the place burning, thousands of stores looted. Thousands of dollars donated by corporations taken in by unruly children to a terrorist organization. All that paint wasted on black lives matter slogans. Oh my.

#5, suggest you look at the local department protocol. You aren't putting you full body weight on the back of the neck. You're simply trapping them to immobilize them, leaving your hands free. The police recognized the altered mental state floyd was in. The police aren't medical personnel - not even EMTs have the authority to declare a person dead in most states, AFAIK. Guys hopped up on drugs have been known to get real quiet and still, then burst into violent action. When they're on drugs there's no telling what they might do.
Now the taxpayers have to foot the cost of a ridiculous trial because a soros funded commie-crat governor, mayor and AG was/are playing cutesy games. This was a nothing-burger ala rodney king. Media hyped hysteria and tons of people fell for it yet again...

These policemen have very little chance to have a fair trial. Should they be acquitted, it will be bedlam, upon bedlam. It would be a good idea to keep an eye on a couple of organizations, the Sunrise Movement, and the other is Momentum. A video link may be helpful.

Floyd told the officers he had earlier been hooping - never heard that term before - which means transporting drugs in one's rectum.
There is a strong possibility that the drug container leaked, and the rectal tissue absorbed it into Floyd's system. That is extremely dangerous.

I reviewed the Hennepin County Coroner's report. It does document therapeutic levels of fentanyl, and levels of meth that are toxic. The autopsy is silent with regards the rectum. Implies rectal contents (if any) not examined. "Hooping" does not appear to have been evaluated.

I read the entire transcript, and it was an exhausting read. Those four police officers should be vindicated for their heroic job during this prolonged arrest of George Floyd. I've said from the very beginning when "everyone" seemed to jump on the bandwagon of, "Cop murdered George Floyd." Oh contraire, mon ami, George Floyd was a walking drugged time-bomb. It was a protracted form of suicide. I can't believe that these cops were not injured during his arrest.

The doubters can’t have read this transcript. I did earlier and it paints quite a different picture than the spectator videos and media articles have laid on these officers.
The knee was not pressing on Mr. Floyd’s neck. It was there to keep him from thrashing with his head and upper body. It was there to keep him alive.
Doubters need to read more than CNN and MSNBC and find out about Excited Delirium (tip: important to keep person from thrashing about)
As for his constantly saying he could not breathe, he was able to speak and yell continually from the time he was stopped and arrested;. He was not asphyxiated. He killed himself with drugs.

Mentioned in the transcript: He had foam around his mouth when arrested. He said it was because he’d been “hooping”… The Urban Dictionary tells us that that is administering psychoactive drugs by enema.

Does anyone think the looters were going to read the transcript and determine they shouldn't go Christmas shopping and looting liquor stores thinking maybe next time. It was shopping season for big screen TVs and death of ole George Floyd was just the ticket. Do you believe the rioting looting arsonist are going to say "ooops my bad" when they find this out?

And why don't we have the video? Probably because it shows more clearly that the officers were NOT killing Mr. Floyd and more clearly that he was whacked out, and into Excited Delirium.
Not releasing the videos is corrupt, trying to distort the facts. The words without the pictures are valuable, but less easy to understand.
Release the video.
And it is pretty clear that he died of a heart attack from drugs. And somebody, apparently one of Floyd's friends said a couple of times, early on something like "hey, man, you're going to give yourself a heart attack." Did this person know that Floyd had a weak heart?

#4, Chauvin didn't have "his foot on Floyd's neck". He had one knee at the base of his neck, at the neck - shoulder intersection, and one high on the back of his neck. Knees, in an approved, trained restraint position which apparently was scientifically verified by research at the University of Minneapolis to not interfere with breathing.

He refused to get in the car. He resisted the officer over and over again. He asked if they would crack the window for him if he got in the car. The officer said yes and even said he would put the AC on! He still refulsed. Then Floyd said he wanted to lay down on the ground. The officers had called for medical before he passed out. The transcript looks the officers did everything right. It will be a travesty if any of them get convicted. I hope their cases can be moved out of Minneapolis.

#10, and he ASKED the officers to put him on the ground. Floyd specifically requested that.
They are not going to be able to convict the officers of anything.
And they were concerned, order EMS, and verified that EMS was "code 3", which is lights and sirens, fastest way that is safely possible. The officers were trying to save his life, clearly.

Wonder if George took that lethal cocktail knowingly, or was this a set-up from beginning to end, to have a Black man die in police custody and all these BLM/AntiFa waiting for their cue?

Re #33, shooting hoops doesn’t cause one to have froth or foam around the mouth. Floyd said the foam around his mouth was due to his “hooping" a while before. (paraphrased) His explanation to the police officers.

Virtually every news report refers to Floyd as having been murdered. How often do we hear, under every other "normal" circumstance, that a perp is accused or suspected, even those that appear cut-and-dried, that the perp is "alleged" to have committed a crime. They say over and over that Floyd was murdered by Chauvin.

George Floyd also admitted to having COVID. That could have also contributed to a weakened respiratory system with the drugs he was using.
