Former Vice President Joe Biden urged Americans to commit to ripping “out the roots of systemic racism” on Saturday when delivering his Fourth of July message to the nation. Biden, the presumptive Democrat nominee, began his remarks by quoting the Declaration of Independence’s assertion that “all men are created equal.” “Our country was founded on an idea,” the former vice president said, invoking the quote. “We never lived up to it. [Thomas] Jefferson himself didn’t. He held slaves. Women were excluded. But once proposed, it was an idea that couldn’t be contained.” Arguing that the notion of universal equality had survived the Civil War,

Let's start with the Democrat party and it's racist heritage, shall we?
And about all of those facilities in West Virginia dedicated to Democrat Senator Robert KKK Byrd...

Systemic racism is reflected in Democrat policies. Destroy the family, create dependency, support failing inner city schools, throttle small business through regulation and numerous other "government knows best" policies. Treating people as individuals not special interest groups has the best outcome.

Joseph Biden can’t slam the “peaceful protestors” who became a pretext for rioting, burning down, looting, and generally destroying both personal and public property in the Democrat run inner cities, because that criminal activity amounts to covert leftist and liberal Democrat rallies carried out by their ANTIFA and BLM anarchist allies.

There is no definition of systemic racism. If you Google it, it's all gibberish. Show me the law or procedure or practice or policy that perpetuates racism and I'll join in combatting it. But unless and until Biden starts understanding what he's talking about, there is no discussion.

I am strongly in favor of rooting out systemic racism.
NO MORE affirmative action.
No more racial quotas...gotta hire X number of blacks, Y number of Hispanics, and Z number of women.
No more lowering of admission standards for blacks and Hispanics.
Equal, merit based advancement in all things.
Yes, END SYSTEMIC RACISM.....which ALL runs against whites and especially white men.

I’m glad he was able to get this message out. By next Fourth of July he’ll be sitting in some assisted living facility eating cereal out of his bedroom slippers.

Such violent language for a senile old man. Can he give me ONE example of this "racism" in any existing "system?"

Biden appears to blame a lack of equal outcomes on some mythical "systemic racism."
The promise was equal opportunity, not equal results.
Progress toward equal opportunity is exemplified by:
* the end of slavery through a horrible Civil War
* assassination of Abraham Lincoln
* granting women the right to vote
* passing Civil Rights legislation in the 1960's
* ending "separate but equal" segregated schools
* integrating the US military
* etc.
Was Joe sleeping during his American History classes?

There is no such thing as systemic racism in America. America is perhaps the least racist country in the world. This is just another hate America nonsense from Biden.

Sounds serious. Sounds like it's been around for a long while. What actions has Biden taken in his 40 years of government paychecks to address this problem?

Oh please, folks: none of this is about Biden, or Biden's philosophy, or Biden's outlook on the world. It was all written for him by some woke campaign staffer for him to read off a prompter. He's already forgotten what he said. What's the point of him talking about anything besides Corn Pop and licking his wife's fingers?

Biden is PART of the "systemic racism" if it exists. He has been a key operative in the system for virtually all of his adult life.

How about systemic affluence. In May sometime, I received an email from the CEO of Kohl's in her support of social justice and equality and was astounded because I am not an employee. She used my personal email and I thought that was used for account advertising. As far as I am concerned, she had no business using my personal email to further her social agenda. I did a little research and, in 2017, she made a salary of 12.6 million dollars. I don't know what it is today but I was flabbergasted. This figure may be on the low or medium end of CEO salaries but it really points me in the direction of systemic affluence and elitism. I have to wonder if these people are worried about Donald Trump making inroads with the middle class and wage earners.
