Of all the cop-outs in Supreme Court jurisprudence, Chief Justice John Roberts’s concurrence in June Medical Services v. Russo has to be one of the worst.
The case was brought by abortion providers in Louisiana who bristled at having health and safety rules imposed upon them that made it harder to do business. They arguably lacked standing to represent the class supposedly aggrieved in this case — the very patients those rules were designed to protect from quack abortionists.
Yet, they succeeded both in establishing their standing and in upholding the controversial standard that such requirements cannot stand, being overly burdensome to women who might seek abortions —

The simple truth this demonstrates is that abortion is the law of the land, now and forever. By this State legislatures have been aborted.

If there was any good journalists out there, they would dig into Roberts past and dig up the dirt that the Communists have on him and make it public.

John Roberts is an anti-Christ. The same as are Ginsburg, Kagan, Sotomayor, Breyer.
Then, on JUNE 28, 1787, 81-year-old Benjamin Franklin spoke and shortly after, the U.S. Constitution became a reality.
Franklin stated:
“Groping as it were in the dark to find political truth, and scarce able to distinguish it when presented to us, how has it happened, Sir, that we have not hitherto once thought of humbly applying to the Father of lights ...In the beginning of the Contest with Great Britain, when we were sensible of danger, we had daily prayer in this room for Divine protection.
Our prayers, Sir, were heard and they were graciously answered.
All of us who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances of a Superintending Providence in our favor …
And have we now forgotten that powerful Friend? or do we imagine we no longer need His assistance? …"
"We have been assured, Sir, in the Sacred Writings, that 'except the Lord build the House, they labor in vain that build it' …
I also believe that without his concurring aid we shall succeed ... no better than the Builders of Babel."

As Groucho said " and as for me, I'm going back in the closet where men are empty overcoats."
Applies to robes, too.

chief Judas John Roberts did not surprise me with this latest goofy decision - his drug addled brain, I believe, causesa him to do goofy things. Roberts has epilepsy, not well controlled - he has had at least one public seizure.
Why am I so tough on the issue of epilepsy? Because i was prescribed just one of the multiple medications Roberts probably takes, for neuropathy caused by multiple spine surgeries. and that medication is intolerable.
But forget the Chief Judas - don't become angry with him. direct your disdain towards Sandra Day O'Connor, who came up with the 'undue burden,' by holding a cookout for her fellow associate justices, to decide Casey v. Planned Parenthood. undue burden is so malleable, anything required for an abortion can be called an undue burden.

Has anyone seen the flight records or talked to the pilots of the 'Lolita Express' to see if Roberts was ever a passenger? Epstein was a wealthy, money and favor dispensing man and he was deep into DCs movers and shakers. That's my conspiracy theory for today

I can't ever remember being proud of John Roberts, he has always been a little or a lot disappointing and infuriating. If in fact someone has something on him, I'd love to see him exposed and run off the stage.

Get rid of the federal judiciary, The idea that it can be reformed by squeezing a few Scalias past the murderous gauntlet of Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris is ludicrous - because you can never tell if they are the real deal or another slimy snake like Souter, Kennedy, Sandra Day O'Screwball, David Souter, Stevens, or Earl Warren.
Like the Obama KGB-Gestapo & Deep State, the entire corrupt contraption must be thrown into the incinerator. De-fund, dismantle, demolish.

The only real question that needs to be asked to explain Chief Clown Roberts' whole hearted leap to the left is whether the powers that be in the democrat communist party have a picture of him having coitus with either a goat or a donkey.
The democrat communist parties tentacles are everywhere in all branches of the government.

I never trusted him because he was treated so kindly by Demonrats Senators during his confirmation. It went too easy compared to the true conservative candidates.

Disappointment doesn't begin to cover what Roberts is. All that vetting Dubya's people did back in the day was mostly smoke and mirrors. (Go here for the right word to suit your need: https://www.wordhippo.com/what-is/another-word-for/disappointment.html )

I firmly believe that Roberts is being blackmailed or threatened. After being publicly humiliated by Obama, on TV, in front of all congress and TV viewers across the world, Roberts still sucks up to the radical left.
The man has no spine.

He isn't being blackmailed. He is simply acting on what he truly believes. 21 of the last 28 Supreme Court justices (this is from Eisenhower to today) have been Republican appointees. Just look at how the court has ruled over the past 70 years and where the USA is today compared to 1950. Then ask yourself why we should trust the GOP on judges or anything else. The only reason to vote GOP is in the hope that with them in office the ongoing decline and inevitable collapse will take place as a gradual glide into 3rd world conditions rather than a nose dive.

Roberts is like most Supreme Judges, he lied to get into power. Once he got the power, we found out what he really is.
