John Roberts proves he's

Of all the cop-outs in Supreme Court jurisprudence, Chief Justice John Roberts’s concurrence in June Medical Services v. Russo has to be one of the worst. The case was brought by abortion providers in Louisiana who bristled at having health and safety rules imposed upon them that made it harder to do business. They arguably lacked standing to represent the class supposedly aggrieved in this case — the very patients those rules were designed to protect from quack abortionists. Yet, they succeeded both in establishing their standing and in upholding the controversial standard that such requirements cannot stand, being overly burdensome to women who might seek abortions —

John Roberts is an anti-Christ. The same as are Ginsburg, Kagan, Sotomayor, Breyer. Then, on JUNE 28, 1787, 81-year-old Benjamin Franklin spoke and shortly after, the U.S. Constitution became a reality. Franklin stated: “Groping as it were in the dark to find political truth, and scarce able to distinguish it when presented to us, how has it happened, Sir, that we have not hitherto once thought of humbly applying to the Father of lights ...In the beginning of the Contest with Great Britain, when we were sensible of danger, we had daily prayer in this room for Divine protection. Our prayers, Sir, were heard and they were graciously answered. All of us who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances of a Superintending Providence in our favor … And have we now forgotten that powerful Friend? or do we imagine we no longer need His assistance? …" "We have been assured, Sir, in the Sacred Writings, that 'except the Lord build the House, they labor in vain that build it' … I also believe that without his concurring aid we shall succeed ... no better than the Builders of Babel."

chief Judas John Roberts did not surprise me with this latest goofy decision - his drug addled brain, I believe, causesa him to do goofy things. Roberts has epilepsy, not well controlled - he has had at least one public seizure. Why am I so tough on the issue of epilepsy? Because i was prescribed just one of the multiple medications Roberts probably takes, for neuropathy caused by multiple spine surgeries. and that medication is intolerable. But forget the Chief Judas - don't become angry with him. direct your disdain towards Sandra Day O'Connor, who came up with the 'undue burden,' by holding a cookout for her fellow associate justices, to decide Casey v. Planned Parenthood. undue burden is so malleable, anything required for an abortion can be called an undue burden.

Get rid of the federal judiciary, The idea that it can be reformed by squeezing a few Scalias past the murderous gauntlet of Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris is ludicrous - because you can never tell if they are the real deal or another slimy snake like Souter, Kennedy, Sandra Day O'Screwball, David Souter, Stevens, or Earl Warren. He isn't being blackmailed. He is simply acting on what he truly believes. 21 of the last 28 Supreme Court justices (this is from Eisenhower to today) have been Republican appointees. Just look at how the court has ruled over the past 70 years and where the USA is today compared to 1950. Then ask yourself why we should trust the GOP on judges or anything else. The only reason to vote GOP is in the hope that with them in office the ongoing decline and inevitable collapse will take place as a gradual glide into 3rd world conditions rather than a nose dive.

In New York City, shootings have skyrocketed over the past few weeks to levels not seen since what we refer to as “the bad old days.” Teenagers are being senselessly killed in our streets. What is the Democratic Party’s answer to this? They are stripping a billion dollars from the $6 billion budget of the New York Police Department in a display of virtue signaling that will lead to bullet holes in black and brown bodies. As Democrats across the country plot to defund the police and tear down statues of great Americans, as they cower to mobs that set up “autonomous zones” where people are raped and murdered,

On Wednesday, the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) released a powerful new ad warning about vandals and rioters destroying a key monument in American culture — the presidents on Mount Rushmore. While the vandals are not likely to actually deface Mount Rushmore anytime soon, their iconoclastic movement has already targeted each of the four presidents on the monument — George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Theodore Roosevelt. The ad, “Erasing History,” shows the presidents on Mount Rushmore disappearing, one by one, as vandals tarnish monuments to each of those presidents, and as “America the Beautiful” plays somberly in the background. With a 52-48 Senate vote to confirm Cory Wilson to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, President Trump has now placed 200 federal judges on the bench — a legacy that will outlast the Trump administration for generations to come. No modern president has had a greater impact on the federal court system than Trump. The president, with the support of Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and a Republican Senate, has fundamentally shifted the balance of judicial power into the hands of conservative judges. The lasting impact of these appointments to the federal court cannot be overstated. Some 108 of these vacancies were inherited from the Obama-Biden administration.

According to the make-believe world of the left, we are experiencing a great moment in American racial history. For the first time, the story goes, more whites than ever are coming to realize how racist America is, how racist cops are and how systemically racist everything in America is. Only now do many Americans understand just how racist Uncle Ben, Aunt Jemima, Ulysses Grant, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, "whitening" agents, meritocracy, Western culture, Christianity, jailing blacks and the NFL are.
