A group of protesters in Missouri who famously found themselves facing an armed husband and wife may soon be facing multiple charges. As a group of demonstrators marched toward the home of St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson’s home on Sunday night to demand that she resign, they marched through an area that was closed off to the public, where a husband-wife team stood outside with a rifle and a gun to protect their property.According to police, “The group began yelling obscenities and threats of harm to both victims. When the victims observed multiple subjects who were armed, they then armed themselves and contacted police.”That incident went viral,

Protesters do not have a right to threaten you on your own private property. Punish them to the maximum extent allowed under the law.

From the article...
"An attorney for the McCloskeys, Albert S. Watkins, said of his clients, who are both attorneys, “Their entire practice tenure as counsel (has) been addressing the needs of the downtrodden, for whom the fight for civil rights is necessary. My clients, as melanin-deficient human beings, are completely respectful of the message Black Lives Matter needs to get out, especially to whites..."
Melanin-deficient?
That's hilarious!

So may we determine from their lawyer's comments that they are woke and leftards? With firearms? Shouldn't they depend on the police to protect them? Oh, wait, that's just for everybody else, not leftards who insist you do as they say, not as they do.

The wife has bigger man parts than her husband. She was on the lawn with her pistol while he stayed on the porch with his rifle. I said man parts, not brains.

After reading their attorney's statement I have lost all respect for this melanin-deficient couple.

Book all of the riotous trespassing perps! There should not be any question about their illegalities caught on video! The property owners were forced to defend themselves and their private property!

"consider charging"
The law is on their side; the video is on their side; the evidence of the broken gate is on their side - if these thugs walk away home-free, then what chance have we?
If people want to behave as if they live in third world countries, then they should take their attitude and move to a third world country and live happily ever after.

The rioters broke down a fence and marched up a private road to his house. The homeowner was clearly in the right.
It would have been a lot better if the woman wasn't waving the gun around ridiculously.

About time they started prosecuting the culprits instead of the victims. Lets see if they do it.

#11, I would be more afraid of the woman who wasn't handling the gun properly. More likely to go off accidentley.

My take from the video of this confrontation: This is exactly why all American Patriots should have a firearm that holds at least a 30 round magazine. Should there be a video of me protecting my rather modest habitat, it would identify that I would be holding an rifle with a clearly visible banana magazine attached--and at least one more banana magazine stuck in my belt. Seeing long, extended magazines stuck to a rifle is great optics to display to a mob.

It looks like 'addressing the needs of the downtrodden' pays well. If they are such a 'woke' couple, why would they even have guns, especially an 'assault' rifle or fear those peaceful youths, who were probably taking time off from medical school, to peacefully address the mayor?

I don't know about that. A pi**ed off woman with a waving gun is far more intimidating than a policeman with not-ridiculous gun handling!

Officer Tatum said the wife looked like she was waving a water pistol. They were playing the conservative white couple; today though, they go back to being leftists.
