Before NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace appeared on CNN with Don Lémon to discuss his now disproven racial “noose” targeting, he had a decision to make. Wallace could accept the FBI/NASCAR finding and admit an honest mistake was made by an overly sensitive Richard Petty racing team; or he could make racism his new identity in NASCAR as Colin Kaepernick did with football in the NFL. Bubba Wallace chose the latter.
As a result of Wallace’s new identity, and his announced career goals, NASCAR will now fragment in the same way as the National Football League. Social justice will now define Mr. Wallace professional effort; driving with NASCAR becomes a

Considering his win total in NASCAR is ZERO, with a handful of 10th places he should stop acting like a loser. And maybe take some driving lessons.

I noticed the name of the grounds where Nascars go is called a RACE track. That is blatantly racist. And in same vein, how come a in a Horse Race, none of the horses are white? Reverse racism?

Any sane person would have been relieved that this was nothing, and would just be thankful for the support he was given and the good work that the FBI did. Humility and gratitude are much more appealing than hate, evil, and insanity!!!
But nobody supporting the BLM movement can be accused of being the least bit sane!!! They just feed on anger and hate!!!

Bye-bye, NOOSECAR.
You just lost your audience.
You won't need the ropes any more, because there will be no drivers in the pits.
There. Problem solved.
Shut down the tracks. Forget the TV ad money.
It is done and over.

Anyone who's spent any time at all in industrial areas, to include automotive garages, has seen overhead door pulls just like that countless times. Because we believe the programming beamed into our minds from the television, we do not question why "Bubba" here (cultural appropriation of redneck names is OK when done by a bLACK person) or any number of mechanics or NASCAL officials entertained this fool notion for even a second, or wonder why the FBI bothered to dispatch agents to investigate when a single photo of the same rope on other bay doors would have closed the issue.

I sent NASCAR a polite email to let them know how I felt, and that I was one more fan they have lost over a false issue. They may not care that I am lost to them, but if enough people leave, it will hurt them. If you want to let them know how you feel, here is the address. Keep it polite and factual, and they can't write you off as a racist or wacko:

What sponsor will touch him? AirJordans? Le Bron Enterprises? Not that I've seen.
Back in the day, Bill Cosby (say what you will) stepped up to sponsor Willy T. Ribbs at the Indianapolis 500, where in 1991 he became the first black to qualify. According to Ribbs, "(Cosby) said he did not like racing but he liked what I was doing and what I represented and wanted to know if he could get involved with my career.”
So where are all those woke race conscious men and women now? Step up!

NASCAR has utterly humiliated itself. First, allowing political/racial sloganeering on their cars then the stupid garage pull loop affair. These guys are an embarrassment to the sport, to fans, to fair play and even to the racial harmony they say they are trying to achieve. The fans they deride are far more intelligent and have a greater sense of justice and fair play than Mr. Wallace who is grand standing race for his own personal gain.
If he doesn't succeed in NASCAR no doubt who he will blame. Don't worry, he'll still make it to the NASCAR hall of fame as the first driver who didn't like the fans.

In a vein similar to #1: was the knot a slip-knot or a non-slip knot? I don't see a close-up picture of the "noose" anywhere.
A hanging noose is a slip-knot; it tightens when pulled. A non-slip knot does not tighten. You wouldn't want a slip-knot on a garage-pull rope - it would crush your hand as you pulled the door down.
Maybe a knucklehead racist wouldn't know the difference...

Not a wise move by Bubba. He could have really gained a national fan base by accepting the finding of the FBI and treating it with good humor. But looks like he loves the sudden attention as a woke black driver just a bit too much and he can't back off the crash he's headed for.
Too bad. "Affirmative racing" is NOT going to be a sport that very many race fans will support.

What a complete drama queen. Watched part of his pathetic interview on CNN with the homo Don Lemmon. This "Bubba" had his panties twisted over this hand loop tied probably when the little ball, that's usually is at the end of such ropes, had fallen off. We like to think of these NASCAR drivers and crew as being pretty macho guys, but this guy whines like a little girl over a hand loop. Not too many people know how to make a noose and that was definitely NOT a noose!

Everyone was so nice to Bubba on Monday, and he showed his appreciation by pretty much accusing the rest of the drivers as racists, after being told the rope was just a rope. Evidently he’s not much of a driver, having never won a race, but he’s now got the race thing going for him. The other drivers should feel like fools. Way to go NASCAR and Bubba.
