Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) discussed the allegations in the new book by former national security adviser John Bolton and the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump. According to the California Democrat, Trump has already been proven “guilty” by the U.S. House of Representatives. Schiff said, “I would put frankly, at the top of the list the willingness to change tariffs if only China would help him get re-elected and this is a perfect echo of his misconduct with Ukraine, but more than that, we warned during the trial that you could only count on Donald Trump to do what’s right for him

Schiff-head is STILL whining about having his arse handed to him in the Shampeachment farce!!

Saw secret meetings (Dem only) in some sub-basement somewhere. Don't know what was said there. Saw Schiff use up millions of taxpayer dollars on a snipe hunt. Did not come home with a snipe, dead or alive.

Well, we proved Hillary had an illegal email server that allowed foreign governments to steal highly confidential information, and lied about her indecision on Benghazi that killed 4 Americans there. We proved that Comey lied and was illegally wiretapping Donald Trump. And we proved that Obama violated his Oath of Office numerous times, is guilty of treasonous acts against the United States, corruptly diverted $1.6-billion to Iran terrorists, masterminded at least two plots to overthrow President Trump, and was not a natural born US citizen and was not eligible to be president

The only thing the House accomplished in their attempted impeachment and removal is that they are the most boring, repetitive, ignoramuses on the planet. The best part of the impeachment trial was watching Rep Nadler actually flat-out run to the microphone to make the "closing statement" when he wasn't supposed to.

A clever bar owner in New York City is borrowing a tactic from left-wing anarchists in an ongoing spat with the government over coronavirus lockdown restrictions. The pub, located in Staten Island, declared itself an "autonomous zone" as a new ban on indoor dining at bars and restaurants took effect on Wednesday. The New York Post reported on Saturday that a sign outside Mac's Public House in Grant City read, "!ATTENTION! We hereby declare this establishment an !!!AUTONOMOUS ZONE!!!" "We refuse to abide by any rules and regulations put forth by the Mayor of NYC and Governor of NY State," the message continued.

Since Election Day three weeks ago, we have heard from some on the Left, including the Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden, resounding calls for “unity.” Biden offered a victory speech a few days after Election Day, where he extended an olive branch to supporters of President Trump, saying "I understand the disappointment tonight. But now let's give each other a chance. It's time to put away the harsh rhetoric, lower the temperature. And to make progress, we have to stop treating our opponents as our enemies. They are not our enemies. They're Americans." Throughout the campaign, however, Biden did not act in this cordial manner,

I was eleven years old in November 1960 when my father and I watched Richard Nixon concede the presidential election to John F. Kennedy. My father, a former FBI agent, shook his head. “Another victory for Mayor Daley of Chicago,” he said. “What does that mean?” I asked. “It means Mayor Daley stole the election,” he answered. “Then why doesn’t Nixon do something about it?” I asked indignantly. “Because it would tear the country apart, and no one wants that.” “Why not?” “It doesn’t work that way,” he replied. “Nixon is being a gentleman.” Of course, it wasn’t just my dad who felt that way.

On Friday, news broke that President Trump removed several members of the Defense Department’s civilian Defense Policy Board. This follows hard on the heels of his decision to fire Defense Secretary Mark Esper. The question is why now? I’ve heard some interesting, informal theories suggesting that this has to do with those Scytl machines in Germany. On November 9, President Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper. In some ways, as Breitbart notes, it was a “long-anticipated move”: The relationship between Trump and Esper soured quickly after Esper preempted the president by declaring he did not support using active-duty forces to restore peace during a summer of violent riots.

On Friday, President Trump tweeted something important. He asserted that Biden must prove that his votes did not result from fraud. People scoffed, but as a practical matter, Trump is correct. Most people know about the different burdens of proof a plaintiff carries in court. In descending order of intensity, they are “beyond a reasonable doubt,” “clear and convincing evidence,” and “preponderance of evidence.” Practically, speaking, though what do those mean? Imagine that the plaintiff and the defendant are on opposite sides of a tennis court. The plaintiff serves first. With that first serve, the plaintiff has to get his evidence – his proof about the facts he’s alleging --

Instead, he decided to ride the coattails of the election, as though he had won another term, and capitalize on someone else’s momentum. Mission accomplished. Expeditiously so.
