It is widely known that our betters say it’s OK to protest in massive groups despite the risk of coronavirus transmission, but small gatherings not in support of Black Lives Matter are still unacceptable. Now we’re told that it’s also fine for protests to turn violent as long as it happens for the “right” reason. Imagine, though, the howling that would have pierced our ears had there been a whiff of violence started by the protesters whose only demand was to be set free of the pandemic lockdowns. This Seattle occupation might be just the example that makes the rioters and anarchists look as foolish as they sound. In most cities the violence stopped when everybody had his big screen to carry home and the fires were extinguished. In CHAZ, the puppets are still performing and it's getting uglier for them.

Once the antifa CHAZ area is thoroughly raped and pillaged, antifa will be forced to leave- if the residents don't run them out first. I suspect there are some armed residents who will not tolerate those thugs much longer.

George Papadopoulos, the low-level Trump campaign aide who was railroaded in the Mueller investigation, had a creepy series of events at his home near Los Angeles, just yesterday: (Snip for tweets) It certainly sounds like something was going on. There's some sort of explanation for it, and it's not the realm of coincidences and pranksters. It sounds like someone affilated with either a government or an organization contracting with a government, such as Fusion GPS. It's redolent of the break-ins and buggings described by former CBS correspondent Sharyl Attkisson in her book 'Stonewalled,' which she has finally gathered enough evidence about to sue the government, notably

With looting black-owned stores starting to become a public relations problem for leftist anti-police protesters, they've returned to their old standby: statue-toppling. As if directed by some Mighty Integral, statues of Christopher Columbus, Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson, Jefferson Davis, Mohandas Gandhi, Matthias Baldwin (a Philadelphiaabolitionist), Abraham Lincoln, Boy Scouts founder Robert Baden-Powell, father of modern policing Robert Peel, Captain James Cook, and Sir Francis Drake were all targeted for vandalism, removal, or destruction across the U.S., the U.K., and Australia. Cecil Rhodes apparently escaped only because the protesters didn't know who he was. The suddenness of this collective madness,

Democrats have met the enemy, and it is the police. Well, not all police. They love the heavily armed federal police at agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency. Just days after George Floyd died in the custody of the Minneapolis Police Department, Democrats managed to compile a sweeping police reform bill that would, among other things, limit “qualified immunity” of police officers, lower the limits on what constitutes excessive force, create a national registry of police misconduct, bar the use of “no-knock” arrest warrants, and limit the transfer of military equipment to police departments. Meanwhile, Democrats around the country

A Los Angeles city councilwoman was exposed as a hypocrite for introducing a bill to cut $150 million from the Los Angeles Police Department budget, while maintaining an LAPD private detail at her home for herself. Security for me, but not for thee, see, the leftist political elites always gets their takings first. Guess who else is just as hypocritical? Sure enough, Kamala Harris, Democratic vice presidential frontrunner, who's loudly endorsed these $150 million police defundings, supporting the idea, along with her political ally, Mayor Eric Garcetti, who was last seen calling the LAPD 'killers.'

The mainstream media would have you think the riots and looting that have erupted across the country are just spontaneous explosions of pent-up anger over the callous killing of a black suspect, at the hands of a blue-city Minneapolis police officer. Well, I've covered a lot of riots - from Indonesia, to Argentina, to Russia, to East Timor, to Thailand, to Venezuela, plus domestic ones in Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Francisco - as a journalist. The one thing that's always come out in the aftermath is that none of these mass rioting and looting events were ever simple

Dismantling the police, a measure already proposed in Minneapolis, makes about as much sense as eliminating doctors or farmers, and would likewise lead to pain and death. But if there is method to the madness, and I suspect there is in some Machiavellian quarters, it’s perhaps this: Certain leftists want to eliminate the police because they want to become the police. Or, at least, they want their foot soldiers to fill that role. Oh, there are other motivations, too, ranging from raw, misguided passion to formulaic devotion to a perverse leftist creed to wider efforts to destabilize the country.

Paul Krugman is going bonkers. Again. After making a nutty statement about President Trump somehow cooking the books on job creation, he was forced to apologize for it, not because it was utterly invented out of whole cloth, the product of a fevered mind steeped in Trump Derangement Syndrome, but because it made him look stupid. According to Fox News: New York Times columnist Paul Krugman apologized Friday after he was roasted for floating a "conspiracy theory" that President Trump could have influenced the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The U.S. unemployment rate unexpectedly dropped to 13.3 percent in May,

President Trump was happy as heck at the news that Michael Pack, his choice for new director at the Voice of America, finally got confirmed by the Senate. It came as a sort of miracle, given the dirty, protracted battle from deep state's Obama holdovers to keep him out. It was so underhanded it involved a last-ditch Kavanaugh-style bid to smear Pack as corrupt if for nothing else to delay his Senate confirmation to eternity. It was deep state at its worst and it failed. Now, what's probably the last solid Obama bastion of deep-state government has toppled. (Snip for tweets) But if you want to know who's howlingly happy

Radicalized district attorneys in cities across America are putting violent rioters and looters back on the streets, and letting other hardened criminals walk. More than anyone, one man is responsible for this outrage: Billionaire socialist George Soros. St. Louis is a case in point. There, prosecutor Kim Gardner let 36 people arrested for looting and rioting go scot-free, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Gardner’s office used the pathetic excuse that it needed “essential evidence” from the police, implying it had none. One wonders how people caught in flagrante delicto could simply be released. The answer is, Gardner is a

A man died tragically after being held in a savage knee-to-neck hold by a policeman. What was the officer thinking? Protests have turned to riots in several of our big cities. Why does this happen? History is a teacher but we ignore its lessons. The “we” above, however, is more of a “they.” In a nation of about 330 million, those who refuse to learn number only a few thousand: the few law enforcement officers who abuse rather than protect and serve; the elected officials who don’t police the police nor police the riotous, and even tacitly encourage violence; and
