Joe Biden says "The Breakfast Club" host Charlamagne tha God was "baiting" him leading up to his controversial "you ain't black" remark during their interview last week. The presumptive Democratic nominee was pressed Friday by CNN anchor Don Lemon on what kind of "leader" he would be as president for black Americans in the wake of his May 22 comment and, this week, his sentimental response to the tragic death of Minneapolis man George Floyd. "The leader I've always been," Biden told Lemon.

Have you read in the Bible that what comes out of your lips comes from your heart? Joe Biden, you have excuse after excuse ready for use when you say something disgusting like this. I look at your actions from previous years and you were not baited in anything. This is your lack of character.

It's another example of Joe not being able to handle even the slightest critique. The Breakfast Club is Democrat-friendly but does ask some decent questions of its guests. Crazy Joe had no idea how to turn these questions to his advantage. Dems better keep him locked in the basement until Nov. 3.

Sociopathic narcissists never accept responsibility for their actions. They are blameless, always. Biden is a repulsive man, a pathological liar, a typical democrat, and I believe “Dr.” Jill Biden wants to be First Lady more than she cares about this travesty of putting a man with obvious onset dementia on public display for all to watch his obvious cognitive decline. To my mind, she is cruel. Or maybe as the brilliant Whoopi Goldberg suggested, she wants to be Surgeon General.

I get it that it is great sport to hold Old Quid Pro Quo Joe up to ridicule. And I agree he deserves all of it to some extent. However, some of us who have dealt with relatives in the beginning throes of Parkinsons, Alzheimers or just plain old age senility and we recognize these symptoms. A confused thought process, rising & then lowering of emotions that don't warrant it, snapping at innocent parties, and yes ... even meanness and name calling. Then, following chastisement, the oldster gets sullen and sulky, has hurt feelings and complains out loud they are misunderstood and now unloved. It never gets better, it only gets slowly (sometimes quickly) much worse. His family should be ashamed. But guess what? Blacks will still vote in droves for Joe and other Dems despite everything Trump has done for them.

Really doubt Charlamagne is a Biden supporter so he may have been baiting him. That doesn't given Biden any justification for his remark however. Biden screwed up, and now refuses to take responsibility. Typical politician. Charlamagne won the round because he got Biden to come out of his shell and show the real Joe Biden which isn't pretty, and now everybody knows the real Joe Biden.

Here we are in the midst of a once-in-a-half-century pandemic, with the economy flattened, millions of people unemployed, and unrest on the streets of our cities. And President-elect Joe Biden says that one of his highest priorities as president will be to reenter the Paris climate accord. President Trump kept his "put America first" promise and pulled the United States out of this Obama-era treaty. Biden wants us back in. Why? Paris is an unmitigated failure. You don't have to take my word for it. National Geographic, a supporter of climate change action, recently ran the numbers and admitted in its recent headline: "Most countries aren't hitting 2030 climate goals."

Teachers unions have been instrumental in keeping American schools online during the pandemic. But some have escalated their positions on reopening to include an array of social justice demands. A set of demands from teachers unions in July, which addressed how to safely reopen schools amid a pandemic, was criticized by The Wall Street Journal editorial board as “political extortion.” The board argued that unions were taking advantage of a health crisis to advance their own ideological agendas and to eliminate competition from charter schools.

It reminds me of that old saying which I think was from Einstein, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.” Polling, at least the old-school style, is over. Done. I don’t need to go through a long list of reasons why nobody should take pollsters seriously anymore, but a few data points are instructive.
Implications of the Flynn Pardon 11 replies

President Trump granted a pardon to Michael Flynn, his former national-security adviser, today. Flynn had pled guilty to lying to FBI agents about conversations, during the 2016 transition, with the Russian ambassador about sanctions. Flynn’s pardon should bring to an end one gross violation of the Constitution’s separation of powers, even as it gives rise to groundless accusations of another. Although Flynn had pled guilty, the circumstances of the case had raised serious concerns about whether the government had proceeded properly. The FBI, for example, questioned Flynn even though it did not appear he had violated any law. In May, Attorney General William Barr ordered the case dropped.

Minnesota is one of a number of states that are living under what amounts to martial law. Our proto-fascist dictator Tim Walz, in his latest edict, purports to ban traditional Thanksgiving get-togethers: Saturday, Nov. 21 through Friday, Dec. 18, Executive Order 20-99 requires all Minnesotans to: * Limit social gatherings to one household. * Not gather outside of your household. * Postpone all celebrations, events, receptions, and parties, including any social gatherings for weddings and funerals. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.
