More than two dozen Twin Cities Targets
closed again because of unrest

Target again on Friday closed more than two dozen stores in the Twin Cities. The Minneapolis-based retailer had closed them early on Thursday because of growing unrest and violence in the aftermath of George Floyd's death in police custody. It reopened all but six in Minneapolis and St. Paul on Friday morning. Those six stores included its Lake Street store, which suffered extensive damage from looting in recent days. By 1 p.m., it had closed at least 20 more, said spokesman Joshua Thomas. "We are heartbroken by the death of George Floyd and the pain it is causing our community," Target said

Comments:

Where are Transgender-Americans supposed to go now if they need to use a restroom? Pandering galore, and their stores are the first to be destroyed.

Gee, all that value signalling that Target did sure didn't help them as their stores were looted and burned. And yes, it certainly looks like the cops involved in this incident that cost this man his life are in the wrong. Unless they are Democrats in good standing with the deep state, I expect justice to take care of that problem.

Why weren't there vicious riots and uncontrollable looting in Minneapolis when a Black police officer savagely murdered a White woman in 2017?

I don't like Target anymore than the next person and haven't shopped there.. actually I can't remember it has been so many years.. but I feel for the hard working folks who are out of jobs because of this mindless greed and unquenchable hatred fueled by Liberal Progressives and funded by Soros. The activist criminals like Antifa may give lip service to not attacking local businesses but attacking big corporations is fine and dandy like those same corporations don't provide jobs, tax dollars, support, and necessary goods to and for their communities. Illogical, irrational thinking from juvenile delinquent communists. There is a reason for urban drought and death... just look at Detroit.

George Floyd died Monday from a combination of preexisting health conditions exacerbated by being held down by Minneapolis officers, not from strangulation or asphyxiation, based on the medical examiner’s initial report. Preliminary findings from a Tuesday autopsy conducted by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner found “no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxiation or strangulation,” according to the criminal complaint filed Friday against former officer Derek Michael Chauvin. “Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease,” said the complaint from the Hennepin County Attorney. “The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by police,
