Florida’s Bay County Sheriff’s Office (BSCO) indicates a husband in his 70s intervened to stop an attack on his wife Tuesday by shooting and killing an intrusion suspect. Fox New reported that the incident occurred in Panama City just after 6 a.m. The BCSO used a Facebook post to explain that the husband was outside when the man allegedly approached the home. The man, 31-year-old Nathan Jerrell Edwards, “was screaming and swearing, and, according to witnesses, acting very aggressively and erratically.” BCSO noted that Edwards “walked down the husband’s driveway and approached the husband in a threatening manner.” The husband went inside to avoid Edwards, but Edwards allegedly followed

The former moron had to be high on something to break the door like he did. Thank goodness the man of the house was armed and ready!!

Well done, sir. A friend, a former cop who retired from the FBI, said a while back, "I'm too old to do much fighting, my bad hips won't let me run very well, these days, I'll just have to shoot 'em." Yeah, don't attack us old guys, not all of us are incapable of defending ourselves and our loved ones, and we can't do much but shoot you.

This reminds me of what happened with me last week, My neighbor rents out his extra rooms to younger 30 year old thugs that have threatened me twice now by two of them! Just last week one of them threatened me. He said was going to come after me and was beating on my front door over an unregistered 62 Corvair he parked in front of my house over 3 weeks ago because I asked him what his plans where with the car. I called the police and they never even came out to investigate. Only got a phone call from the police. The car is still there and the property owner who's age is around 50 is now flipping me off when he goes by. I'm in my middle 60's.with health issues. Thugs win and I'm the loser! Nice world we live in now!

This story gets even better-another news story has the cops arresting 4 other people as well. Seems the perp and 4 of his friends were visiting from Georgia: PANAMA CITY — Bay County Sheriff’s deputies arrested four people on drug and child neglect charges while investigating a man shot and killed after he allegedly invaded a Panama City home on Tuesday. According to a sheriff’s office press release, arrested were Ellecia Bryant, 42, Ashayla Lewis, 19, Ourania Moore, 26 and Khary Johnson, 35. All four were arrested for child neglect and various drug charges. The four were part of a group from Georgia visiting Bay County with Nathan Jerrell Edwards, 31, who was allegedly responsible for a home invasion that happened just a block away from where they were all staying.

There is just no figuring out stupidity! Apparently, this guy wasn't smart enough to read or he would have noticed the articles in the newspaper (or heard on TV) announcing FLORIDA leads the Nation in conceal and carry permits. Nearly TWO million! So if you go crashing in to some Senior's home, you can expect you just might not come out alive! Seniors are somewhat defenseless, but give them a gun and they have a chance to come out the winner! Not only do they own the gun, they go to the Range and practice so they do know how to handle their weapon! Just sayin....

I hate that he messed up a beautiful glass door. Good shot though. It you can find the arrests for the last 30 days in your local area, it's sickening. Addicts need drug money. My neighborhood is small, very nice, and I hate to tell you, but there are more crazies in this zip code than you can imagine. Sad that seniors can't live in peace. Practice, practice, practice.

As the world grapples with the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, ongoing turmoil in the Middle East and Beijing’s brutal interventions in Hong Kong, the organization once charged with offering solutions to such problems is sidelined with nobody listening to its calls for “peace, harmony and global unity.” U.N. I'm already seeing it on Twitter: "Thank goodness we have Bill Barr." Which makes sense. Here's his plan of action on the beasts overtaking our cities under color of civil rights protests, according to the New York Post: Attorney General Bill Barr will go after violent demonstrators with a 1968 law meant to quell rioting. “We must have law and order on our streets and in our communities,” Barr said Saturday at DOJ headquarters in Washington, DC. “It is a federal crime to cross state lines or to use interstate facilities to incite or participate in violent rioting,” he said. “We will enforce these laws.” Barr accused “anarchistic and far-left extremists, using Antifa-like tactics”

The death by cop of George Floyd in Minneapolis was grotesque, a clearer example of police brutality that has otherwise rarely been filmed for all to see. Even if, as has been reported, Floyd did not die of asphyxiation or strangulation as it appeared, his death was without a doubt caused by that officer’s cruel and unnecessary action and the inaction of his fellow officers who stood by and watched. That officer has been charged with third degree murder and the other officers have been fired. Judicial due process will ensue, both state and federal.

Although I live in a red state, I live in a blue county and, more specifically, in a suburb that’s within twenty minutes of a blue city. I spent a pleasant day today running errands, surrounded by congenial people of all races. After my errands were done, I dedicated myself to domestic tasks. I avoided the news. When news is your job, it’s nice to take a little time off. At 9 p.m., as always, I finally turned on my computer to see what was going on in the world. I was surprised to learn that there were riots and looting in that nearby blue city. People were marching,

Let's see if you remember this story: the policeman is accused of killing someone, the incidents sparks so-called protests, the mayor cracks and lets the demonstrators get it out of their system, property and businesses burn down, and then the city is never the same. That was Baltimore 2014. It sure felt as though I was watching a documentary of that story six years ago. Why are so many of our cities run by such weak and incompetent leaders? Former mayor Rudi Giuliani, who did a pretty good job of running New York City, was right on target: "Progressive Democrats are incapable of keeping their people safe," he said,

On May 27, the American coronavirus death toll rose to six figures: 100,000 lives lost. That’s a very sad number, made sadder when we ponder that the virus prevents loved ones from saying goodbye in person and makes any funeral an extremely small event. America’s largest national newspapers have all made dramatic front pages out of the number. The New York Times came first on Sunday, filling its entire front page and three more pages with names of the victims. USA Today followed on Wednesday with an entire front page in black and white and photos of the dead. The Washington Post waited until we reached the horrible number

The idea that minorities vote Democrat is an ingrained assumption of American politics. But Mike Garcia — the son of a Mexican immigrant — is proof that Hispanic Republicans are alive and well in Donald Trump’s GOP. Earlier this month, Garcia flipped a Democratic congressional district in California — the seat formerly held by scandal-scarred “throuple” Rep. Katie Hill — into the Republican column for the first time in 22 years. Garcia, a 44-year-old former Navy fighter pilot, is now a newly sworn-in member of Congress, representing a district where more than half the population is nonwhite, 35 percent of it Hispanic —

Joe Biden refers often to his roots in middle and working-class America. Speaking in his birthplace of Scranton, Pa., last year, Biden stated: “We were raised to believe family, loyalty, treating everyone with dignity is what we should do, because a lot of us knew what it was like not to be treated with dignity by people with wealth.” However sincere his personal narrative may be, Biden’s actual politics tell a different story. Somewhere along the way, Biden chose to embrace globalism and the priorities of global wealth over the interests of the American worker. Comfortable in the highest reaches of government,

President Donald Trump tweeted that he was designating Antifa as a terrorist organization. That followed Trump and Attorney General William Barr earlier pointing to anti-fascist organizers and anarchists as culprits behind the mayhem following the death of a 46-year-old black man, George Floyd, at the hands of Minneapolis police. Others said right-wing extremists such as Boogaloo followers, who hope to bring about a second Civil War, were pushing for such uprising in the protests.
