President Trump late Sunday accused CBS’ “60 Minutes” of putting the spotlight on another “Fake Whistleblower” who wants to inflict damage on his administration's coronavirus response in order to benefit the "Radical Left Democrats."
Dr. Rick Bright, who has a Ph.D. in virology and ran the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, reiterated earlier claims that the government was slow to respond to the unfolding pandemic and said the administration was instead worried about politics instead of science. He blamed Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar of not heeding early warning about the virus
So is he calling Fauci a liar? It was Fauci who was calling the shots and giving the warnings in the beginning and giving the President all his info to make his decisions on. Every quarterback is great on monday morning.

He's a Democrat hack. He knows nothing about medicine or medicines. Claims to be an expert. Not!

#2, is Bright calling Fauci a liar. So let me get this straight: Bright warned of a pandemic but no one listened. He objected to the order for HCQ, but signed it anyway. There was a sure fire way for him to get the warning out and, according to him, save lives—quit and call up the New York Times. But I guess his $285,000 (!) a year salary was more important to him.

Azar is saying that Bright did NOT say anything significantly different than others in the department were saying. If Bright has proof that he did, produce it or shut up. Even if he does have proof he said something that was not heeded, expert opinions were never in short supply. Most of them were wrong, some absurdly so. Even if Bright happened to get it right doesn't mean that anyone did anything wrong by not following his advice. Experts always think they KNOW. Usually they don't.
Oh, and of COURSE the administration was worried about politics. If "science" along drove decisions, most decisions would be wrong. Politics is about doing the possible, not the theoretical. They should offer Bright a job where he is free to give his opinions but the first time that he is wrong, he is fired. I'll bet he wouldn't be too comfortable with that plan.
Sounds like a sour grapes employee.

Funny how Bright looks the opposite of bright.
The new word the Dems will be using to attack president Trump is leadership. Obama has already used it at a commencement address. Something he and his hate-fest party have no knowledge or skill.

Apparently, Bright was not well liked at BARDA. Some people react by lashing out at those who don't give them ''full respect.'' It's possible that the Peter Principle applies....

Obama on day one having knowledge of a virus would have lined up ten or a dozen fake experts wearing white lab coats stood behind a podium and declared victory over the virus and gone golfing. The media would have praised him and life would have gone on. President Trump does not enjoy that kind of treatment even if he himself cured and saved us from the pandemic single handedly. Yes it is political because the left makes it so and it's pathetic.

Bright sounds like "a legend in his own mind" in his "response" to this pandemic.

Another fake "whistleblower". He was fired for being a rotten person, horrible boss. And his "whistleblowing" doesn't stand up. He claims he resisted HCQ, when in reality his signature is on documents approving it for trials.
Which is it.....liar?

What really angers me is the questions/statements/accusations and outright lies made by the fim Congressmen. Eliot Engle actually suggested Trump "sidelined our best scientists. .." and "...prescribed unproven remedies like Lysol..."
Lying in congress. I'll wager he "revised" his remarks for the record.
