Re: Your Failure to Find Precedent for Flynn Dismissal
Regarding the decision of the Department of Justice to dismiss charges against General Flynn, in your recent call with your alumni, you expressed great concern: “there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic — not just institutional norms — but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk.”
Here is some help—if truth and precedent represent your true concern. Your statement is entirely false.

Perhaps Eric "Wingman" Holder or Peter "Smirk-Face" Stzork can read this to the Halfrican Halfwit and explain it to him. Otherwise, 44 ain't gonna comprende nothin'!
I see that Ms. Powell shoots down several other people, including Barr, in this letter, too.

Oh, how I wish that ex-preRESIDENT Obamba, could be gone after and prosecuted. After this mess any unscrupulous heathen could be elected by the socialstist-commies and he/she could ride roughshod on our country and not be able to be prosecuted after he/she leaves office.

#2, what Barr did with McCabe (did not charge) is what Barr is recommending for Flynn. This demonstrates consistent behavior by Barr, not Barr taking some politically motivated action on behalf of Flynn. At least, that is how I read it.

Wow, just an amazing recap.
Sure wish the likes of Hannity, in particular, would allow her to simply read all of this instead of constantly interrupting his many guests to ensure he inserts his own comments, usually disrupting the flow of the interview segment.
I would not doubt Sydney Powell has another best seller on the way.

Sidney Powell restores any credibility the law might ever have had. I never see integrity mentioned in front of her name, that because she possesses so much of it, that it is not required, as opposed to the "integrity" of Mueller, Weissman, Obama, Comey, Brennan, McCabe, Blasey Ford, the Dept of State bureaucrats testifying for impeaching Trump, the Clintons & Co., Pelosi, Schumer-----all scoundrels.

I agree with #1 and will add that in this case only microsurgery was required.
You see Barry, this is the kind of stuff the kids who do their homework can learn in law school. Had you spent a litle less time hanging with the choom gang you might have been better off.

The problem here is, no matter how correct Ms. Powell is, (and I believe she is 99.44% correct), for everyone who reads and understands this rebuttal, there will be 1000 people who will only hear what Obama said. The media will never confront him on his falsities. And he knows this, so he knows he can say anything and for most people what ever he says will be the record.

When Obama made his remarks that he knew would be leaked to the liberal media, who knows he could have been hiding under his bed. If he has anything to say he should come out and be interviewed face to face with a non politicized talking head on national TV so that the American people can judge his words.

Sorry, friends - - it's impossible to embarrass or humiliate a leftist.
Can anyone believe that a soulless, witless, empty suit like Little 0bie would actually be able to read and understand this brilliant legal analysis? Can anyone believe that Little 0bie would sit still - - while someone else read it - - and explained it to him?
All of us here are very heartened to know that Sidney Powell is on the case - - but nothing she writes, says, or does will have the least effect on Little 0bie.

Don't you just love Sidney Powell!!! The community punk won't be able to get up for a few days. If only we had more Republicans like her in elected office instead of wimpy nobodies. She ought to be taking Barr's job and Flynn should be heading the FBI and it's clean up! Sidney would get done in a few months what 12 men could not get taken care of in 30 years!!

Not mentioned is the biggest snake who got off on a perjury charge for lying to a grand jury - Bill Clinton. Maybe someone should remind Smidgen of that fact.

If Barry had really gone to law school at Harvard and undergrad at Columbia, instead of his grades being added via computer hocus-pokus....he would not have to be schooled on Constitutional Law, and would probably even know there are not 57 states.

How do you plead? Guilty or innocent? The answer to that question has nothing to do with perjury. Was he lying when he said “I plead guilty” ? (What, the judge thought he meant to say “innocent”? )
Maybe the judge thought he was innocent, and was lying to him by pleading guilty.
How you plead is a decision based on many factors. Who hasn’t heard, in traffic court,
“If you plead guilty, we will reduce the sentence to a mere parking violation”?
“If you plead guilty Mr. Flynn, we won’t harass your son and send him to jail.“
Mr. Flynn made an honest, conscious decision to plead guilty in order to help his son under the circumstances. He was not lying when he said “I plead guilty.”
He honestly meant it.

Open Memorandum To Republican General Officer Jackwagons
To: Republican General Officer Jackwagons
From: Republican Voter and Retired Senior Noncommissioned Officer
Re: Hiring Legal Counsel
Instead of trusting a law firm that employs Obama’s wingman, use a few basic leadership skills (principals every noncommissioned officer knows) before choosing a defense team:
Know your people
Build a team
Employ that team within its capabilities
If you’re someone who’s incapable of identifying enemies at point-blank range but have sent young men and women to their deaths in a combat zone, you’re undeserving of any pity or sympathy. If you’ve dealt harsh nonjudicial punishment to young Soldiers for over 20 years for minor infractions but will plead guilty to something you didn’t do, you’re deserving of your fate. If you choose to dishonestly lie to the court, your employer, the President of the United States, and the American people because you’re running from a fight, you are a disgraceful man, Soldier, Officer and American. It’s a damn good thing this nation has strong, intelligent, courageous and professional women. Find one (or more) such as Sidney Powell. She’ll pull your sorry butt out of the fire you started by running your mouth and telegraphing your intention to expose the corruption and illegality occurring at the highest levels of the Executive Branch.
Hiring legal counsel to present an honest and honorable defense should not so difficult if you are an honest and honorable man. Maybe that was the problem all along.

Here she praises judge sullivan for dismissing the fake case against ted Stevens, and I also had read of another lawyer describing how Sullivan had clearly indicated his understanding to Flynn that Flynn was being railroaded and gave him every opportunity to change his plea, wake him up — So I just can’t understand his behavior now, going rogue with the replacement prosecutor and amicus briefs from hostile political enemies of Flynn Trump. Surely simply his ego being insulted wouldnt lead him to go haywire like this.
