Andrew McCarthy, writing in the National Review, outlined the case that the FBI, under the direction of James Comey, working through Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Andrew McCabe, and others, set up General Michael Flynn for a perjury trap. (snip) Comey must be prosecuted. He violated the constitutional rights of General Flynn and tried to remove a duly elected U.S. president. He prosecuted and persecuted an innocent man, General Flynn, for political purposes because he believes he knows better than the American voters who elected President Trump.
A prosecution is necessary to get to the truth of whether Comey acted independently or was following explicit or implicit orders.

No one will ever give up Obama or HiIlary. Being murdered would be almost certain. None of these people will ever confess or plead guilty to anything that carries significant penalty - they do not believe that any DC jury will convict. But we must try nonetheless.

Pre-dawn raid of his residence. Alert the media ahead of time so the world can see the loser led out of his house in his fear-stained boxers by the glare of tv cameras, crying like the little girl he is. Confiscate all his personal property as illegal gains from criminal enterprises. Pile charge upon charge until every penny he has or will ever have is handed over to greasy DC lawyers trying to keep his scrawny bum out of jail.

It looks like a duck and quacks like one but proof beyond a reasonable doubt is a tough row to hoe. Especially given that some on a jury would be affected with TDS.
The best move is to keep the pressure up until the rats crack and they normally do. I know many here are bitting at the bit but we need to see the big picture and give it time, there are many real patriots working on this.

Let’s be honest, there will not be any prosecutions of the numerous lawbreakers in the Obama regime. For the DoJ, FBI, CIA and the rest of the Federal bureaucracy are run for the benefit of the Democrat party, not the country. These officials know better than to expose themselves and their former colleagues to prosecution, especially by a Republican President they despise. We’re in the 4th year of Trump’s presidency and not one Obama regime person has been prosecuted even as more and more damning evidence is revealed. To believe otherwise only leads to frustration.
I don’t understand this enormous double standard, but it exists.

Forgive 2nd post. If Trump is defeafed in November, Comey will be reappointed FBI by Biden, Mooch or Hillary. Loretta Lynch will be back as AG while Susan Rice becomes senior WH National Security Advisor. All of the coup plotters will be rewarded for remaining incredibly loyal to both Obama and the Party for 4 long years. Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg will retire to allow a 38 year old leftist to replace her.
Either Trump wins and we hope for prosecutions of these people or we will hear “We’re back.”.

So far, he has been "tickled to death" with the money he has made on book deals and the adulation he has received from the media and adoring Democrat/Progressives. He wares the revelations of his deplorable behavior as a badge of honor. At the rate things are progressing, I will die of old age without seeing any of this vermin getting their just do.

"He prosecuted and persecuted an innocent man"
Plus, there was no crime to justify an investigation. Flynn had every right to make the phone call that he did and discuss the issues he did. Comey's FBI violated protocol, they were supposed to go through WH Council, over a counter terrorism "investigation" of a non crime. Then they doctored the "evidence" to modify the questioner's original opinion that no lies had been made by Flynn. Then they had the gall to carry this mess of corruption into court and even when the judge demanded all documents be made available to the defense, hid exculpatory material. ONLY when AG Barr demanded a review of the case did this information get shaken free.
Comey should be prosecuted but there are a LOT of assistants in this crime, included ones still in the FBI today trying to cover it up.
The FBI REQUIRES a change in upper level leadership to purge this behavior plus new laws and regulations to raise the cost of doing this. PLUS, since counter terrorism was the gateway for this abuse, the FBI should no longer house a counter terrorism group. They obviously cannot be trusted with that power.

Other than to protect Nobama and Hitlery AT ALL COSTS, there is no "PLAUSIBLE 'deniability'" other than the media covering their donkeys and attempting to ruin ANYONE who tries to prosecute them.

Never forget this, folks - -
- - none of the corrupt criminals at the FBI, DOJ, and CIA did their deeds for free. They are not altruistic. They had to be promised a payoff - - a big payoff. Like moving up to Supreme Court Justice, to Attorney General, to FBI Director, to CIA Director, to NSA Director.
Each and every criminal actor had a promise in his pocket. And who did the promising? Who were the only ones with the power to deliver on promises like those? Bingo! You guessed it - - Presidents 0bama and Klintoon. They HAD to be the leaders of the coup - - because no one else could promise the henchmen the goodies that they lusted after.
Do. Not. Ever. Forget. This.

There have been too many people involved, and in the know, for a successful cover up. The witness protection program has a number of people who faced certain death for talking. To complicate matters for Obama and his crowd is that there are many, many people who hate him for what he has done to America.
The question is: What punishment can we expect from judges? Ii think that is part of the issue with Comey, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe, and the rest. There has to be such an airtight case, with all the i's dotted and t's crossed that there can be no room for judicial activism in their prosecutions. We don't want them prosecuted for jaywalking, while they get away with murder!

It's sickeningly disgusting to see how proud Comey is/and has been of his trickery, using his position of power to bring down Trump and his associates with 'whatever it takes'. And of course General Flynn was key - as he would have discovered (in his new position) all of the slime, slop and degradation of those slime ball-demons (putting it kindly) and their sinister plot to destroy anyone and everyone who dared to 'come into their playpen' and upend their devious plans for America and expose their criminal behavior. If Comey is not prosecuted and sent to prison for all he has done, it will be a grave injustice and a slap in the face to our country - and us.

There must be a special wing added to that SuperSuperMax ADX prison in Colorado for Comey and all the other conspirators, all high security risks. Or, we could build one on the D.C. Mall for them.

Comey prosecuted? What???!!! Are you crazy? NO! There needs to be more articles written about it, more Trey Gowdy and Ms Graham saying how concerned they are on Hannity, more radio shows going over and over and over and over all the details thousands of more times; more Andrew McCarthy and his ilk articles written to detail how incredibly difficult and complex the legal issues are to understand because we're all just a bunch of "boneheads" like Andy called Carter Page, and Andy's a lawyer like his best friend and colleague James Comey. Geez, it's WAY to soon to be talking about Comey's prosecution or anyone else in the deep state's prosecution. It's only been three years since Mark Levin detailed out ALL the crimes committed by ALL the players, and forget about all the ZeroHedge articles starting in October, 2016 about the hoax that was the Steele dossier. How in the world could the DOJ possibly do it in less than five or even ten years? I mean, slow down there kimosabe, let's not go full frontal turtle speed. This all takes time. Besides, Carter Page may still have a pot to urinate in and that needs to be taken away from him just like Flynn, Papadopoulos, Roger Stone, et al have been robbed (legally robbed of course) by the deep state. And, what if George's wife is pregnant again? The FBI might need to force her to have another miscarriage by an all day inquisition. Plus, we need to hear and read about how unbelievably honest and integrity filled Barr, and shoot, pick anyone in the DOJ are and how they are just working their tails off to get to the bottom of all this. So, phew; let's all take about a billion deep breaths so that more stuff can be written and talked about before stepping on the gas and going full snail throttle and prosecute Comey.

Absolutely. If Comey is NOT prosecuted, no American can have ANY confidence that his government cannot be corrupted and leveraged for political purposes. (And that there will be any consequence for doing so.)

#20--I love the idea of a super-max prison for these creeps on the National Mall--but could it be constructed with one-way observation windows, so we can watch them pick the fleas off of each other like monkeys and eat them? That would be entertaining.
