The Chinese government is mocking US efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in a new video that stars the Statue of Liberty made of Legos. A video titled “Once Upon a Virus” was posted this week to the official Twitter accounts of both the Chinese embassy in France and the state-run China Daily newspaper. The animated short depicts what the Chinese describe as the US’ botched response to fighting the coronavirus. The video shows a Chinese warrior from 2,000 years ago, also made of Legos, and the Statue of Liberty arguing about the deadly infection — with a Scott Joplin-esque piano rag

China has been at war with us for 30 years or more. And our corrupt politicians prior to Trump were busy taking money under the table while moving our factories to China.
We need to increase pressures to stop purchasing ANYTHING from China. The ChiComs are evil.

Calling Doctor Biden. No not you Jill. Doctor Biden, what do you suggest we do about this China thing ? Did you ask your son the Chinese hedge fund "manager" ?
I have begun checking labels and anything that says "Made in China" stays on the shelf.

So that's China's answer, is it? Totally distort the record, ignore their own public statements in writing, create an entirely fake fantasy of the events in December and after? Ignore their cancelling flights from Wuhan to other cities in China, but continuing international flights?

A nuke from us will wipe out that virus for them. Not just the Corona Virus but the Communist virus as well. The latter is the most dangerous to all mankind and its here year after year.

I just figure that anything about China, as seen in any US media is put there BY CHINA primarily for the benefit of stupid English speakers. The CBSsholes have plenty to do to get it all out there, just in time to hop over to the local Shinto temple for worship and cha.

Nothing like being raked over the coals by the outfit that cocked up the whole thing from the beginning...too bad we didn't have some 'eyes' in the Wuhan lab...I still think it got released by some peasant floor mopper in the Lab that screwed up.

China State media, in other words: ABC NBC CBS CNN MSLSD and various other press organs that fall under the moniker of Fifth Colum...I mean the Fourth Estate here in this country.

China is like a mangy dog nipping at the tail of a rattlesnake. They are the ones truly hurting, between the loss of manufacturing and delivering goods to the United States, as well as not being able to have their students/workers/spies running around our country with impunity. They only thrive by stealing ideas. They must be going through withdrawal like a bunch of crack addicts. They are being insulting as a means of pretending to be strong. Sadly, our press outlets seem to be on the side of the Chinese, since they hate Trump more than they love our country.

We might be able to help with their overpopulation. It might require turning large swaths of China into a green, glowing wasteland, but, whatever it takes.

It seems that the Chinese state media, the US leftist and liberal Democrats who are home hiding in their basements, along their US liberal media cohorts, are all on the same track blaming President Trump for a supposed incompetent and unequal US response to the COVID-19 pandemic. No doubt those entities want the US economy to stay shutdown for an indefinite period, until medical science can come up with a proven effective vaccine which could take years, thus destroying the US economy, by running a huge number of US businesses into bankruptcy and creating massive unemployment across the USA. It’s evident the motives for that attitude is to drive Trump from office and to transform the USA into an eventual leftist and liberal Democrat run socialist utopia.

I think the best response would be "Yeah. They're right. What the heck ARE we thinking? This shouldn't make us give up everything. It shouldn't be used to make our commissa... I mean, Governors the little tyrants that so many have become. And, instead of helping, you have one (ahem) particular party that contributes nothing but whining from the back seat.

Chicoms wanna mock the US for publishing a diversity of information while figuring out their disaster?
Know what we don't do in the US? We don't kill people for speaking outside of the official party narrative.

President Trump needs to go to the Theme Park and flip Winnie the Pooh the finger.
Chinese mock their dictator as looking like the cartoon character. It's so bad that China has banned the image of the critter.
That photo would go "viral" in China, assuming it could survive in their massive censor labyrinth.

Besides the obviously preposterous content, the production values are comically amateurish.
A thoroughly hackneyed effort by the ChiComms. It's like a homemade TikTok video.
