The news is suddenly awash in reports that, on May 6, Netflix and the Barack and Michelle Obama production company will premiere a documentary about the book tour Michelle Obama did in connection with her memoir. Both the memoir and the documentary are entitled Becoming. What’s interesting is that this premiere is a surprise: Michelle Obama 'Becoming' documentary is a surprise new Netflix release [snip] "Those months I spent traveling — meeting and connecting with people in cities across the globe — drove home the idea that what we have in common is deep and real and can't be messed with," she wrote in Monday's press release announcing the documentary.

Some good reasons why she WON'T run.

The Obama's share a similar talent. The more they talk about uniting people, working together, helping others and feeling your pain the more they make you sick because you know from experience that it's all condescending Bovine excrement. She expects people to believe that she is suffering along with them in a mansion on 26 acres of prime beach property. She would not lower herself to run as VP to an old and fading white guy. If drafted to be a candidate for POTUS she would jump on it with both size twelves. I really don't like those people.

This is my greatest fear. My hope is that Michelle sees becoming POTUS as too much of a distraction detracting from the enjoyment she gets from her celebrity status. As it is she will forever be a super star in the eyes of the only people she is around and hears from. That would all change.

FTA: “...what we have in common is deep and real and can't be messed with...” The quality of rhetoric currently expected of public figures is ...low. As regards, “...can’t be messed with,” imagine such an utterance from Condoleeza Rice or the late Barbara Jordan, or Gwendolyn Brooks. “CAN’T BE MESSED WITH!” ...Sounds more characteristic if hollered in rage. “Ah ain’t no ways tard,” and similar locutions aimed at cementing some kind of bond with the low-information crowd is not a winning long-term strategy in the Information Age; real willpower is required to stay stupid these days— that, or in the case of the liberal-intellectual mandate— purblind commitment to ideology. Which is the same as simply, ‘evil.’ The Obamas and the Clintons are just so sleazy and low-rent. Sympathizing with the working- and underclass doesn’t mean patronizing them. America can do without millionaires in its political leaders, but can’t do without quality. (Ex. who proves the rule, Joe Biden).

Michelle's best idea in eight years was to force school kids to eat lunches made up of mushy fruits and vegetables while she stuffed her big mouth with buttered lobster. Hopefully those kids and their parents will remember that.

With President Obama being the genesis of the FBI and Flynn story that is ready to pop, I don't think Michele Obama will be a considered a replacement for Joe. Besides they would rather be on Martha's Vineyard for the Summer than getting involved with a political campaign. They've gotten used to the charmed lifestyle. My guess for the VP spot is Susan Rice.

The Obama's are not the Clinton's at this moment the couple has more clout in the party and might want to remain hiding in the tall weeds when the Durham investigation breaks. The Clintons at the moment are has beens but the power is what they want. The Obama's are lazy and enjoy the rich cash flow without the work. I hope this is how 'Big Mike' sees it and remains on the Oprah show and writing books for huge amounts of money.

Moochie would have to admit to some extremely uncomfortable truths that are out there, but ignored by the media. Plus it would open up too much about Obama's own record. Former Vice President Joe Biden's MSNBC interview this morning on his sexual assault allegations was brutal. It wasn't neutralized. It's yet another story that the Biden campaign has hanging around its neck, with the other being the Ukraine corruption story. Biden won't unseal his Senate records from the University of Delaware, which only adds more to the allegation that he penetrated Tara Reade with his fingers when he was a U.S. Senator; Reade was one of his aides. This incident occurred in 1993. Right now, we're seeing an explicit double-standard that is not shocking to anyone who has followed the antics of the liberal media.

When I was an 8-year-old boy, I idolized and was inspired by the FBI. I wrote a letter to the director of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover. I described my aspiration to be an FBI agent, to fight crime with him, to help him bring justice to the United States of America. A short time later, I received a short reply, signed (I have no doubt) by Director Hoover himself, in which he encouraged me to follow my ideals, to diligently study and to prepare myself, inspired for a life as an honorable American.

Back in 2016, many of us thought Gary Johnson would take votes from Donald Trump because he had been a successful GOP governor from New Mexico. In fact, a good friend of mine was so frustrated with the Trump nomination that he started working for the Johnson campaign. He did get 3.4% of the popular vote, but did it matter? Did he hurt both sides? It's not clear, frankly. My experience with Liberterians is that they find both parties appalling and can't vote for either one. Representative Justin Amash is exploring a run for president, and once again, we are talking about the impact on now-president Trump.

As you can see in the video, Brody apparently knocked over Dellegatto’s computer, which disabled the weather graphics, but resulted in the meteorologist being forced to welcome the large golden retriever on his lap for the remainder of the segment. Yeah, yeah, yeah, rain showers, high temps, blah blah blah. Show us more of that dog! The entire clip is near perfect TV. Kamala Harris of California was preferred by 18 percent of respondents. Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota and failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams both had 10 percent support. The poll did not ask respondents about any male options. The other women offered as choices, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Nevada Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, had support in the low single digits.

President Trump says the protesters who stormed Michigan’s Capitol on Thursday — some of them armed with rifles — are “very good people” who are angry with the state’s restrictive COVID-19 lockdown. In a tweet on Friday morning, the president weighed in on tensions roiling the state and called on Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to negotiate with demonstrators who are demanding parts of the economy be reopened amid the coronavirus pandemic. “The Governor of Michigan should give a little, and put out the fire. These are very good people, but they are angry. They want their lives back again, safely! See them, talk to them, make a deal,” he wrote.

With the latest revelation, the FBI’s “Russiagate” investigation now stands exposed as worse than amateurish — and more like a search-and-destroy mission. Destroy the Trump administration, that is — not actual US enemies. Lawyers for ex-Gen. Michael Flynn released just-unsealed documents that suggest the FBI abused its power to take out President Trump’s first national security adviser. Two FBI agents interviewed Flynn at the White House on Jan. 24, 2017, just days after the inauguration. The claim that he’d lied to those agents about his contacts with the Russian ambassador triggered a Beltway fury that forced him to quit, ending his career.
