Stealing the Election in Plain Sight

If you were still harboring naïve notions of free and fair elections when Democrats are involved, perhaps this will help disabuse you of those fantasies. From a Fox News report a few days ago: A prominent Democratic lawyer who represented Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign [Marc Elias] is threatening to sue the state of Nevada unless it immediately suspends prosecutions for ballot harvesting before the June 9 primary, among a slew of other demands, according to a letter obtained by Fox News on Tuesday. Writing on April 10 to Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske, a Republican, Elias first took aim at Nevada Revised Statutes section 293.330(4), which prohibits ballot harvesting

The democrats know that without cheating they are in for an embarrassing landslide and defeat. They will try every trick there is with the election process and will make up another impeachment circus act, like collusion with China or racist treatment of the AA victims of COVID-19 to attempt to bog down Donald Trump in another swamp. What have they got to lose? We must fight back and get down 'n dirty with them.

This article is frightening in that it lays out exactly how the democrats intend to steal the election in November. The last three paragraphs or so are especially disturbing. This shameful attempt to undermine the election in plain sight is on one hand hard to believe but on the other totally expected. While most people would never think of doing something so underhanded and illegal, the democrats revel in any scheme they can come up with to gain an upper hand. The end always justifies the means for them which tells me they feel motivated to do whatever it takes to win, except put forth a qualified candidate with policies the American people will vote for. They cannot win without cheating. They are well funded and determined to push for mail in voting and vote harvesting. If they succeed we can kiss this country goodbye because they will have handed the levers of power to whatever democrat is running. We cannot allow this to happen. It is an existential threat to the Republic. Read and share the article. Most people aren’t even aware of what this is. The media will couch it in terms of “helping everyone that wants to vote, able to vote”. One thing mentioned in the article was exiting polling which I believe should be banned because it is this information that helps the democrats, know just how many votes they need to add to their count in order to win.

Voting is an important right. But is it so important that you have to drag people to the polls, many of whom have no intention of voting, do not know the candidates, or the issues? If voting is so important, then the bastardizing of it by cheating should result in major punishment. Prison. The democrats don't want voter ID, want same day registration, want extended early voting, wide spread mail-in ballots, etc. This is all to make stealing elections easier. People like Elias, and those people scavenging for voters, are the scum of the earth, imo.

GREAT pull quotes from the article say it all: (emphasis mine) "Ballot-harvesting is a crime, forbidden due to the inherent opportunities for fraud, intimidation, and outright manufacture of votes. The Democrats tried TRIED TO LEGALIZE ballot-harvesting in the last stimulus go-round, but thankfully, they were caught and prevented from doing so". "Worse still, Elias's threats also seek to force Nevada to send a ballot to all registered voters, regardless of whether a voter requested a ballot or not. As you'll see, Nevada is merely the target du jour. The same WILL BE EXPECTED of all 50 states before November 3, 2020". "This is the greatest danger we face in 2020 — not the virus, not North Korea, not even the economic effects of the virus, but rather THE CLEAR INTENTION of one party to steal an election BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY". We simply CANNOT allow this to happen by having our focus taken away by all the MULTITUDE of "shiny objects' being thrown at us daily by media saturation to take our minds off of this issue. The demonrat socialists and their friends in the propaganda media are all in on this-- look how they rooked us on slipping in all that PORK to fight the Corona Virus!

The leftists forget the adage, "What laws you pass for yourself, you also pass for me!" If they get away with this crap, Conservatives nationwide must be prepared to beat them at their own game. Hit the nursing homes, homeless camps, hospitals, prisons and other leftist vote harvesting targets early, BEFORE the leftists can gather the ballots. And make a show of sending busses out to escort elderly and shut ins, not only to vote, but to get their free ID's and register beforehand. Be the visible party of voter integrity, and make sure with videos and photos that you hit social media if the leftist press won't cover it. I'm not saying cheat, like the leftists are trying, but be better at gathering the legal votes of those that the leftists would exploit.

Nevada and Secretary of State Cegavske, don't cave under any circumstances to this scam. Any other states being threatened by Elias, don't cave. Stand tall and fight this evil. The country and its survival depend on you. Soros must be beaten...for good. Elias is not your friend. Or anybody's friend. Legal and judicial activism is growing everywhere and this is troubling. Thanks to our college indoctrination centers, new crops of activist lawyers and judge continue to infiltrate our legal system. Too many judges now believe they are supposed to be independent policy makers on behalf of us commoners instead of the interpreters of the law that they are supposed to be. The President must continue to treat the virus outbreak with high respect while speaking much more now to the country's other challenges such as the dangers of judicial activism, ballot harvesting, voting fraud, and obviously to the economic turmoil that China's coronavirus has brought us. He must be clear about the judicial misbehaviors and rally the American people and state governments to resist and defeat these threats...for good. I think the President is on to their game, but, he must be very forceful in making sure everyone with any sense understand the left's new game and that it must be defeated strongly

There is a legal antidote to Democrats' ongoing and intensifying efforts to steal elections and empower themselves illegally. Eleven days ago an anonymous author disseminated a letter to President Trump calling for enforcement of IIRIRA aka The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, signed into law by President Clinton, which states that voting in any national elections (President, VP, US senators, US Representatives, DC Delegate or Resident Commissioners) is unlawful for aliens. This provision has never been implemented. Thus, the author writes, at the president's direction the Secretary of Homeland Security "has unlimited authority to require 'federal identification' for whatever is deemed 'an official purpose'. Such as voting in a federal election--from which non-US citizens are prohibited per the IIRIRA. With voting in a federal election as an official purpose under Real ID law, all those driver's licenses for illegals that Blue states are issuing as end runs around Real ID would be invalid for voting in November 2020. All the ballot harvesting and mail-in fraud ends. "Preserving the honesty and integrity of our elections is clear matter of national security.... In sum, Mr. President, as a matter of national security, please reimplement the October 1, 2020 Real ID Enforcement Deadline, and specify that voting in a federal election is an official purpose of the Real ID Act, in compliance with the IIRIRA." Per the so-called Motor Voter Act, also signed into law by Clinton, literally tens of millions of illegals have been registered to vote. Many of them vote. Everyone knows it, especially Democrats, who know that they are the recipients of the lion's share--I'd bet 98+%--of this illegal voting. That's why they fight Real ID. They know they benefit from cheating. Democrats vote like refugees, anyway. When I last renewed my Florida driver's license four years ago I had to bring proof of citizenship, including birth certificate and Social Security card or an income tax return showing same. Thus, my Florida driver's license is proof of citizenship, one I can present to the registrar at my local precinct on Election Day before she hands me the ballot. Punishment for voter fraud should be draconian And reliable.

Speaking of rayciss, why can't such charges be countered by pointing out that it's the Democrats who are claiming that black people and Latinos are too stupid and too lazy to use IDs and/or to actually vote in person, but even the dumbest cracker rednecks can somehow manage to do it? Am I missing something? We conservatives are the ones who give everyone credit for being smart enough and committed enough to exercise their privilege as citizens to vote. Who's really rayciss? In 2020, there are things worth fighting for and by the word, "fighting," I don't mean verbal jousting in its many forms, actual and virtual. Ensuring that our Republic lives on under our Constitution, which explicitly involves the right of citizens - and only citizens - to select our local, state, and national representatives, is as worthy of a reason to fight as my father had fighting in WWII and and Korea and a far better, less ambiguous reason than the fighting by the post-WWII generation in Vet Nam and the Middle East. Whether an election is stolen by Progressives, Conservatives, or our modern day media matters not; allowing the outcome of a stolen election is the ultimate in cowardice by or complicity of the People in the death of our Republic. I have no answers as to the when, how, and where but it's increasingly clear that we're approaching a dangerous crossroads.
