The Democrat Party decided in February to kill the campaign of Bernie Sanders once and for all. Everyone else dropped out except Biden and Warren. (Snip)It worked like a charm until they realized they were stuck with a dementia case as their candidate
Democrats aren't worried. They are hoping for a repeat of 1972.
Oh sure, Dick Nixon murdered George McGovern's presidential ambitions. Nixon was the first president to carry 49 states.
But Democrats held on to the House and the Senate, even gaining two Senate seats. And that was what mattered to them. It allowed them to work with the deep state to force Nixon out of office in

FTA:
Buried in the Times piece was this: "The current cash gap at the presidential level is especially striking because down-ballot Democrats in key House and Senate races have been out-raising their Republican rivals. From competitive Senate races in Maine and Arizona to longer-shot contests in Kentucky and South Carolina, Democratic candidates out-raised their rivals in numerous Republican-held seats across the country in the first quarter of 2020."
That is one huge red flag for Republicans. Money is TV ads, and TV ads elect people to the House and Senate. With President Trump's big campaign rallies unlikely to be held in the fall, Republicans are at a big disadvantage.
And we know who runs the media…
Surber lays out a rather troubling case for what could be the Dems’ strategy this time around...

It certainly seems plausible. The communists are making no serious efforts whatsoever to take the White House.
No matter what, if it involves politicians it will be sneaky, underhanded and probably criminal.

I would point out that most folks are truly burned out with the msm and the daily bludgeoning people receive when glued to the television news programs. Disgust with the dims and their behavior has to be off the scale at this stage. To be conditioned to think that voting dim this fall is a good idea seems like a stretch but, the dims and msm aren't interested in your viewing preferences. They are only interested to influence you to think what they think and vote accordingly. There is a group of weak-minded sheep out there who can be relied on to vote dim and they rely on the tv ads to become "educated".
It is concerning though that the pubbies are being out-spent in some house and senate races. We MUST NOT allow them to retain control of the house or gain control of the senate under any circumstances. If we lose senate control, count on the dims to press ahead and find another way to remove the President. Contributing to Trump's campaign is, of course, vital. But, don't lose view of the financial support your pubbie senator and representative candidates also need desperately. There are a number of dim incumbents who could easily be removed. Just required time, effort, and money.
The Wild Card - AG Barr and Durham have yet to play their hand. Let's hope that they do it bigly between now and November.

A republican house and senate with a democrat president? Republicans would work with him and dems would still run the congress. It's what republicans do.

Can say this. President vote is too easy. Senate vote is easy too. Somehow I was gerrymandered into a district where my congressperson is Sheila Dumbass Lee. Hell, I'd run against her if I had the money. Thinking about the strategy of contributing to out of district R candidates who are in a close race. On one hand it's a good strategy but then in all honesty is it my place to interfere with the election in a district I'm not part of. Constitution says vote and by all means run against Sheila.

It's not about Dopey Joe,...It's about his/their VP pick of a black woman who will be the POTUS after severely addled Dopey Joe resigns a few months after his inauguration.
It's about the first black woman to ever be POTUS. All the women and "progressive"/"liberal" women/idiots/America hating commies/traitors and moronic youth will vote for that. Adios America.

I don't know. Perhaps the truly insane behavior of many rat governors will sink into the thick skulls of all the 'independents' out there who think any rat is looking out for the average citizen. Normally the mega brainwash machine of the media would be able to slide even an invalid like biden into the WH. I hope the media is once again pummeled by the one man who actually seems to enjoy slugging it out with one aggressive media moron after another.

The dems' may be taking in the money but at the same time they are driving many former supporters out of the party due to their politicians' lack of integrity, their slide into socialism/communism and their flagrant pro-abortion, pro-illegal alien and pro-bono borders, anti-Constiutional policies. ...In short, what's to like about the current nuevo-dem party? Instead, many voters seem to have observed how far off-track the dems now are, so have already determined to vote a straight Republican ticket. We do want out country back!
