In a remote interview earlier today on MSNBC, Democratic presidential nominee-apparent Joe Biden had a sad anecdote to tell about the impact of the Wuhan-virus pandemic on one American dad. I'm pretty sure, anyway. [Tweet] In case you don't have all day to make sense of Biden's story, I made the effort to transcribe it for you. It was a time-consuming process, but I've done my best to make it error-free. Still, any mistakes in the transcription are my own. Lapses of logic, coherence, cogency, grammar, and the like all belong to Biden. One last thing before you read on. Biden was making odd slurping noises during his appearance,

Plugs gives plenty of evidence on a near-daily basis that he is heading towards a memory support home soon, and probably already needs one. But it's a stretch to use this as evidence. (At least the transcript -- I didn't listen to the audio.) Using "sitting with" to refer to talking on the phone reflects a figure of speech I've only encountered in the mid-Atlantic area (which is where Delaware is) -- where "sitting with" somebody refers to spending time with them, often by talking over the phone. Not DOING anything, but just sharing time together. (Living in Virginia for 10 years inured me to that among other regional oddities, like hearing people use "y'all" to refer to individuals OR groups interchangeably.)

At this point the democrats must be wondering if they can invoke the 25th amendment to remove a presidential candidate. Watch who they choose as his running mate because that's the person the libs really want in the white house. If he somehow won the libs would dump Biden in a heartbeat.

Old Joe sounds like he is auditioning for a community social worker position. Remember Joe recently told a crowd on the campaign trail that China is not a legitimate competitor for the US economy or a threat to the USA. You would have to be a moron to put such a person with obvious declining cognitive abilities in command of the US strategic nuclear arsenal. Old Joe’s obvious declining mental and physical condition certainly does not say much for the intelligence level of Rep. Jim Clyburn and his South Carolina constituents whose votes put old Joe in the Democrat primary lead.

It reminds me when my mother used to sit me next to an old family friend named Dan on Thanksgiving. He had once been a patent attorney, but had long since lost his fast ball, followed by his curve ball, followed by his slider. Mom knew she could count on me to be polite, but after 10 minutes of Dan I really felt the family needed to take turns humoring him. He was harmless and well intentioned, but no longer able to keep up with the topic, from which he would stray into irrelevant recollections and partial recollections from the past. The longer he would talk, the more painful it was to listen and smile. Dan, of course, died in an assisted living home a few years later. Joe is Dan. No point in hating him. He means well, just but doesn't have much of a clue. Hate the Democrats for doing this to him and to us. He is fortunate to be able to campaign from his basement.

I guess Joe Biden isn’t the only part of his campaign that can devolve into incoherence on a live stream, but I’d think this example isn’t a result of dementia. Rather, she’s just choosing to outright lie. Symone Sanders, who once worked for Bernie Sanders, is a senior adviser for the Biden campaign now. She “interviewed” Tony Goldwyn via one of their streaming hits and then went to Twitter to make a rather ridiculous assertion. She actually attempted to blame Republicans for the PPP money running out for small businesses.

Veteran investigative journalist Carl Bernstein said President Trump's son-in-law and adviser, Jared Kushner, played a key role in convincing the commander in chief to take more serious steps in combating the coronavirus. The Watergate sleuth told CNN colleague Chris Cuomo on Friday that Kushner, who is leading a coronavirus task force, helped sway the president in March to get serious about the pandemic, along with Drs. Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx, as the number of cases and deaths shot up. Citing people in the White House, Bernstein said he was told Kushner "had to convince" Trump "to stop being delusional and in denial."

It has become conventional "wisdom" on the left that Russia wanted Trump to win in 2016, and therefore they helped his campaign. The latter belief was debunked by the Mueller report—though many on the left still believe it. The theory that Russia wanted Trump to win has also persisted, but newly declassified evidence suggesting that Russia was spreading false information about Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign "is calling into question the Obama administration’s intelligence assessment that Moscow was trying to help the Republican win the 2016 election," according to a report from Just The News's John Solomon.

The protests have been spreading around the nation by Americans concerned the cure is worse than the disease and is killing the country and that the orders by governments go far beyond what is necessary to control the spread of the virus and are more about controlling citizens. CNN’s Oliver Darcy and Donie O’Sullivan posted Monday about Facebook and the state’s conspiring to suspend the First Amendment rights of Americans. “Anti-quarantine protests being organized through Facebook in California, New Jersey, and Nebraska,

If you weren’t convinced until now that Democrats are crazy, insane and a danger to us all, I now have clear and irrefutable proof. It’s spelled Hydroxychloroquine. As the ongoing Chinese coronavirus pandemic turns out to be far less deadly than previously feared, certain segments of the population are itching to get America’s economy rolling again. Except, although we were initially told to hunker down for a few weeks to “flatten the curve,” the goalposts were moved as soon as the original goal was met. Now, a significant chunk of people seemingly want the lockdowns to last forever or until a vaccine is developed, whichever comes sooner. Interestingly, the politics behind who wants to get back to work and who wants to keep their PJs on and continue their weeks-long slumber party ad infinitum are blatantly obvious.
