What The Hell Is Wrong

Every single day, as if trying to out-stupid each other, some left-winger says or does something so ridiculous it sets a new standard for crazy. Whether elected or under the banner of “journalism,” these people seem incapable of wishing their fellow Americans or the country anything good. They are actively, either consciously or not, working against the United States for reasons ranging from incompetence to the hatred of President Donald Trump. None of the options are good, but no other conclusion can be drawn.

American Liberalism is a manifestation of mental illness. Today's Democrat Party is the collection point of those who should be institutionalized. President Trump's daily press conferences exposes their irrational behavior to the American public. He is succeeding brilliantly.

It is difficult for many of us to try and reconcile the words and actions of democrats today because they are so far removed from basic decency. I don’t recognize this party anymore. They have taken a sharp left turn on the way to crazy town. If I had to put a time it began in earnest it would be during the Obama years. The reaction then was knee jerk hate, racism and discrimination and has only gotten worse during the Trump administration. Reason is beyond their comprehension. Debate is shut down. Only their thoughts and ideas are permitted. Democrats have embraced a radical totalitarian mindset. The media is supporting and enabling them which has made them irrelevant to those of us who value truth. They are bullies with zero self-awareness. They can not comprehend that the majority of Americans believe they are damaging the country and cannot be trusted. It is people like the radical left that have enabled tyrants to enslave entire populations. Thankfully, Americans are not falling for their lies, obfuscation and omissions. We are woke to use their vernacular and we will not submit to their dangerous ideology. The article ends with this powerhouse of truth: “Because if this is how they behave out of power, imagine what they’d do with it.”

#5, I think it goes back farther than the 0bama years and I would peg the beginning during the Clinton years when Illary invented “the politics of personal destruction”. Of course, when she came up with that phrase, she was accusing Republicans of doing it, but, as we know, she has a lifetime history of accusing others of exactly what she’s doing herself. And she continues it to this day with her blazing hatred of President Trump.

If you want to tract the roots of all this idiocy, start in the 60s when Alinsky and his cohort arrived on the shores of America with one goal in mind - destroy America. Read about the Frankfurt School in Austria and their plan to overthrow the pillars of American Society - the Arts, Education, Religion and Politics. You don't have to be an artist to draw a straight line through Obama, Hillary, and friends to these masters of the universe. Our destruction is secure if we don't make a stand in the election. To turn America around, the enemy cannot grab the reins of power in the US. Trump started a revolution against the Progressives and liberalism. But it was only a beginning.

It's not just being democrats that make these people look like idiots. From a psychiatric point of view These misfits are of low self-esteem, racist, low intelligence, easily offended and outraged, and overly critical of anyone unlike themselves. They wake up in the morning looking for something to hate and the guy who beat their first female presidential candidate is just the ticket. By extension of that hatred they hate all of us deplorables. Just wait until November when their dreams of a socialist welfare state are delayed by another four years.

The dims are politically, morally, and spiritually bankrupt. As the saying goes, "desperate people do desperate things". The government for the people schtick has been repeated over and over and over by the dims for decades. Folks are tired of this and the hate-speech. I agree with #6 that the dim party started to lose view of who it was during the Clinton years. #5 correctly notes that Obama finished hollowing out the party like a roach and the party seemed to slip into a moral vacuum. And meanwhile, academia spent all of these years churning out lost and misguided young people who think it is America's fault for being the last best hope for a free world. The globalists have expressed strong unhappiness to the dims and the msm for their inability to re-capture the nation. Hence, the anything goes behaviors we now witness among the dim candidates running for office and the news reporters who have reduced themselves to no more than extensions of the social media. "Truth and words mean what we say they mean." The dims know a political disaster looms for them in November and they desire to hold onto what base they have left. This explains their weaponization of the coronavirus outbreak as a last-ditch attempt to keep the election results close. But, it won't end in November. We need to start gearing up for 2024.

Democrats seem to have an irrational need to be offended all the time. They react defensively, even to kindness and courtesy. It's as though they cannot emotionally tolerate happiness, or people who are not as miserable as themselves. I think that's a big reason they have such a hatred for President Trump. He is optimistic, happy in his own skin, and refuses to be miserable in spite of their attempts to destroy him. Democrats want an angry, bitter, unhappy person for their President. One who will punish the happy people. That's why they are not enthusiastic about Biden. His mental state is making him benign and he must be irritated by something to get a rise out of him. Democrats would much prefer someone like Hillary, who is a real sad sack, but she is unelectable and her health is fading too.

The danger of having a protected class is that they are protected from harsh truths as well. Many people have tried to point out to African Americans how their lifestyle choices are damaging them individually and as a race. It is undeniably true. Yet dem leaders and media immediately attack anyone who points out the obvious truth. Dems and media also create the boogeyman of a racist America that is actively working to keep Blacks down. They then promote fear, anger, and hate against those who, mostly, do not exist. The normal consequences of life, that things don't always work in our favor, are attributed to deliberate actions taken by racists against Blacks. Why? Because the truth requires personal responsibility instead of power and money flowing from Washington into the hands of dem leaders. Further, the problems that Blacks face are more useful as continual problems. Solving the problems removes the need for money and power. What dems and media have done is make Blacks distrust those who come to them with the truth, real solutions, or the simple fact that ALL of us are impacted by occasional adverse situations and no one is "doing it" to us.

it is basic human nature to beleve you are better than or superior to others - Physically, morally, wealth, status, however. We witness it in religion, sports, education, profession...even preference of automobiles and booze and "you can't be a man if you don't smoke the same cigarettes as me!" . Beginning with Andrew Jackson the dim party has relied on diminishing by race to divide and further their goals of a strong central government and ultimate power. They are no more egalitarian today than they were antebellum. I will agree that Ted Kennedy " the lyin' of the Senate" Carville, Hillary... amplified the divisiveness.

The question answers itself. There's something wrong with them. Eric Hoffer said that people join mass movements in order to feel a part of something. It arises from a personal flaw or wound that keeps them from having a normal life. They are sad and unsuccessful people who hope to receive power and attention by joining a movement. This is 'unnatural' in the sense that most of us hope to achieve success by working hard in our job, by having a happy, loving family and trusting in a loving and all-powerful God. They fundamentally hate America because they have been unsuccessful in America and blame others rather than themselves. They fundamentally hate western history because they have not become a successful part of it. They grasp at political straws and wallow in contradiction after contradiction because they are desperate and insecure. Remember the old statement that profanity is the attempt by the feeble mind to express itself forcefully. Well, leftist politics is the attempt by the radically sad and insecure to gain attention and prominence.

This is an excellent question but not a new one. I also find it disturbing how many democrat governors, mayors and political operatives took so readily to the task of restricting our rights under the guise of dealing with the Corona virus. They were particularly authoritarian against churches, the arch enemy of the Communist-Democrats. It seems that inside every democrat there's a dictator just waiting to be released and the pandemic gave them the excuse.

The problem with the “elite” liberals is that they only associate and talk with other “elite” liberals, along with the fact that almost all liberals believe that their thinking is “elite” and is politically infallible. in Acosta’s case, he is just a jerk who has gotten beat up daily by a Queens, NY, junkyard dog and does not realize that fact. What is really interesting is that while President Trump, Vice-President Trump, and their COVID-19 task force are at the White House and other locations in DC addressing the virus pandemic 24/7; Nancy Pelosi and the other House Democrats are back in their homes around the country, with Pelosi and other Democrats claiming that they don’t know when the House of Representatives will come back in session because it is too dangerous for those congressional Democrats to return to DC. Until those congressional Democrats find the courage to return to DC and do their duty, there is no way that any updated legislation can be passed to assist the nation suffering from the virus and economically. While at the same time those Democrats continue taking cheap shots at Trump by complaining and Monday morning quarterbacking past decisions made by Trump, Pence, and the Task Force based upon their decisions made months and weeks ago, based upon constantly changing data and information that was known to them then and not today, it’s easy to do that when you have little of no responsibility on the line. Then you have Joseph Biden, the presumptive Democrat nominee for President safe in his basement, claiming that Trump is not acting like a President, while plagiarizing and poaching federal task force plans and programs by claiming that they are informed by his experienced thoughts, based upon his over forty years as a DC UniParty lawyer-politician, advising the nation to kick Trump out of office and to elect him, a big part of past DC corruption and incompetence, so that DC politics can get back to “normal”. Give us a break!

Actually we know all too well what "they will do when in power"! Look no further than Randy Andy Cuomo of New York who squandered $1.2 TRILLION in budgetary tax revenues since becoming governor just 9 years ago. He's in charge of the 4th most populous state in the union that has already experienced two terrorist attacks and an anthrax scare ... and he didn't bother to stockpile masks, gloves, gowns, etc. However --- he turned into a dictator real quick! He closed all houses of worship in any capacity, banned walking on the beach, closed gun shops because too many people might show up, etc. We need to take the House, hold the Senate and re-elect Trump or life as we know it will end.

Here we are in the midst of a once-in-a-half-century pandemic, with the economy flattened, millions of people unemployed, and unrest on the streets of our cities. And President-elect Joe Biden says that one of his highest priorities as president will be to reenter the Paris climate accord. President Trump kept his "put America first" promise and pulled the United States out of this Obama-era treaty. Biden wants us back in. Why? Paris is an unmitigated failure. You don't have to take my word for it. National Geographic, a supporter of climate change action, recently ran the numbers and admitted in its recent headline: "Most countries aren't hitting 2030 climate goals."

A set of demands from teachers unions in July, which addressed how to safely reopen schools amid a pandemic, was criticized by The Wall Street Journal editorial board as “political extortion.” The board argued that unions were taking advantage of a health crisis to advance their own ideological agendas and to eliminate competition from charter schools.

President Trump granted a pardon to Michael Flynn, his former national-security adviser, today. Flynn had pled guilty to lying to FBI agents about conversations, during the 2016 transition, with the Russian ambassador about sanctions. Flynn’s pardon should bring to an end one gross violation of the Constitution’s separation of powers, even as it gives rise to groundless accusations of another. Although Flynn had pled guilty, the circumstances of the case had raised serious concerns about whether the government had proceeded properly. The FBI, for example, questioned Flynn even though it did not appear he had violated any law. In May, Attorney General William Barr ordered the case dropped.
