I know that a lot of people are skeptical that justice ever will be done in Spygate, the attempted sabotage of a presidential campaign and presidency by a leadership cabal within the intelligence apparatus of the United States. But the wheels of justice grind slowly (snip) Last night, Laura Ingraham broadcast the second part of an interview with Attorney General Barr in which he made some very significant points about what is ahead for that cabal, in very general terms, of course. Sometimes, he is so economical and subtle that the significance of his remarks is not immediately obvious to all.

If we want to end the China Virus meltdown from the media, just have Durham start issuing indictments for all the scandalous and criminal behavior of the deep state.
That will get everybody back to work and we won't hear anything else about the China Bug.

Repubs need to follow some of the Dems actions. Look how fast they acted to impeach Trump, and see how fast they went after Flynn and others to set Trump up. I’m skeptical anything will come of Durham’s investigations.

Everyone at the beloved Conservative Treehouse is commenting - - usually skeptically - - about what Barr said in his Laura interview.
But here's the thing - - no one is asking why Barr agreed to the interview at this particular time. And why did he go on with Laura - - who is an attorney - - and not Hannity, Tucker, or Dobbs - - who are not?
Something is brewing - - percolating to the top - - something like conspiracy indictments. Let's hope and pray this is true - - and that the conspirators - - from Little 0bie on up - - are made to pay - - big time!

I will say a prayer that all these evil, traitorous men and women will be prosecuted, convicted, and spend substantial time in prison.
I hope that some of the prosecutions happen well before the election, too.

It would to be a memorable Gods Friday if the first round of indictments would drop at close of business today. Fantasy-off.

Skepticism. Cynicism. Coin of the realm on the internet.
Having read all of Sundance’s reports on what he and his team found on the coup to bring down Donald J. Trump’s campaign and then President Donald J. Trump’s candidacy, I am not ready to throw in the towel on Barr and Durham. Barr is not a grandstander and I’d say neither he nor Durham is apt to want to blow prosecutions by making themselves look good to the doubters by sharing details with the media. I read the CTH reports from the beginning. Those “too long”, “too confusing”, etc., etc., reports. I am patient.

PS. I gave up reading the commenters - except for the very few who identified themselves as lawyers - long ago. Too many laptop commandos for me. They do not necessarily read Sundance’s articles either.

I hope that the ones behind this coup will be thrown in jail and put in solitary confinement just like they did to Manafort. I hope they send the FBI to raid their homes in the middle of the night to look for more evidence. I hope that they are forced to pay for defense lawyers out of their own pockets and end up in bankruptcy just like Gen. Flynn. I hope they are spied on night and day for years. I want to see them all suffer. They make me sick to my stomach.

I will believe it when they start doing pre-dawn televised SWAT raids of the homes of Obama administration officials like Mueller did with Roger Stone and Paul Manafort.

One thing on this, if following the investigation, if they still intend to successfully criminally prosecute and have a 50/50 chance of getting convictions on any of the “Deep State” conspiracy perpetrators, they had better get a change of Court venue out of “Deep State” and “UniParty” centric Washington, D.C., to some federal district court located in some very less political region of the country.

I'll believe it when I see it. Hillary is still walking along with Adam etc. Looks like we have a 2 - tiered justice system. If some charges actually came out of this, everyone would back off. But something has to happen soon. The American people are getting really tired of this.

I can't imagine someone coming out of retirement or semi-retirement/cush law partner gig, and stepping into this quagmire. I believe Barr has a calling and I think people will be arrested. Are Hillary Clinton and Valerie Jarrett going to be cell-mates? I don't think so.

Remember, much of the information was buried, or tied up, by the Democrats who were investigating Trump.
And, the FBI and DOJ, were also looking to protect information that is likely embarrassing.
So, they were only able to start this process about 1 year ago, and it's only because it took the Democrats investigating Trump so long, that leaks started coming out that highlighted things that are now being investigated.
Believe Barr and Durham know they better have the goods when they indict people like Brennan and Clapper.
It's already come out that 29 FISA warrants were so flawed, and Barr has mentioned he can't see how they continued the investigation using such flimsy rationale.

Re #24, Attorney General Barr does not bring indictments. Neither does District Court Attorney Durham. It will be up to the grand jury to bring indictments. Durham and his prosecutors present evidence they have collected - depositions, live testimony, documents, etc. - the grand jury may ask for llive testimony -n then they deliberate. Only after they have completed their deliberation will any indictments occur.
