The European Union’s top court has ruled that the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland broke EU law by refusing to comply with a refugee quota programme launched after well over a million people entered the bloc, most fleeing war in Syria and Iraq. In an emergency move in 2015, EU nations agreed to relocate up to 160,000 refugees from Italy and Greece. (snip) The European court of justice said that “by refusing to comply with the temporary mechanism for the relocation of applicants for international protection, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic have failed to fulfill their obligations under European Union law”.

The desire of an ethnic people to control their own destiny is stronger than the desire of Euro-Communists to run a continent.
Euro-Communism can't kill a country that fought off Communism.

The EU is crumbling-how many Italians are wondering how their beautiful country was RUINED by the EU and its authoritarian immigration policies? Bravo to Great Britain in showing the rest they DONT NEED THE EU. And also bravo to Poland , Hungary, and Czechoslovakia for putting their national interests ahead of everything else.

Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic had enough of the EU by the f-ing Nazis before EU was given a name. The death of the EU was for certain a mercy killing. Mercy for the rest of us.

Borders matter. Hats off to the good folks in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland. Please excuse them if they aren't as interested in serving their Brussels masters as they had to serve their Moscow masters a generation or so back.

Waiting for NATO, i.e. U.S. troops, to be asked to enforce this ruling. Not than anyone else can do it in this day of a withered Euro military.

the filthy islamofascist terorist pig hordes tried, several times, to take over Europe, by capturing Vienna, the most recent attempt In 1683, The hordes of Ottoman Enpire army pigs surrounded Vienna, and it was the arrival of King John Sobieski of Poland, on 9/11/83, a warrior-king, that led to the defeat of the Ottoman pigs.
Note the date - 9/11!
Ever since then, the islamofascists have plotted to conquer Europe.
and the European Union is trying to give it to the Islamofascists, without a shot being fired.

If you want a good description of the Siege of Vienna, read The Enemy at the Gate. It was a close thing saved only by the timely arrival of the Polish cavalry which drove the Ottoman's besieging Vienna into retreat.

Refugees are one thing, terrorists and Christian-killing barbarians are quite another. These countries should have questioned early on why their refugees were all military-age young men. Explanation 1, they were planning the invasion of Europe and took advantage when they could get in. Explanation 2, they are cowards and left their wives and children behind so they could save their own bacon.

And Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary will extend their collective middle fingers to EU, and either stay in EU, but not conform, or exit EU.
The rush for the exits will be getting pretty heavy, here soon, it would seem.

This is also what is killing the UK, and why people have had enough. Enough to vote Brexit by overwhelming numbers. The EU leaders are drunk with power, and this article shows it. Let them cut more nations loose. Those nations will be better off for it once they reclaim their sovereignty.

There are at least 6 or more nations that are trying to set up their own Brexit. The UK led the way, and Trump encouraged them.
