After first lying about her
corrupt bill, Pelosi has finally

On Sunday, the news was that Democrats in the Senate, having worked to draft a bipartisan bill to help Americans through the coronavirus crisis, received orders from Rep. Nancy Pelosi to reject it. On Monday, the Democrats doubled down on that rejection. (snip) What might have tipped Nancy Pelosi off to the fact that her proposed legislation wasn’t a winner was the pushback she got from Dana Bash on CNN. Bash sits there stone-faced as Pelosi explains that everything in her proposed bill will only address issues associated with coronavirus. When Bash politely expressed some mild concerns, Pelosi got so flustered

We need to stop this now. I am afraid of any bill being signed into law. it will make things worse. Remember the fable about how to cook a frog? You put it in a pot of cold water, by the time water comes to a boil it is to late for the frog to jump out. I am old and I am fat with diabetes. My husband has cancer. I do not like living the way we have been forced to live the last couple weeks. We now know what to do to not get sick. Give us back our choice of how we want to live. Let each individual choose, don’t take that choice from us. How is it that we have let all our rights been taken from us without a peep. The stimulus will not help. We will run out of other peoples money in a very short time. How many people are paying just to live with their credit cards?. How soon before no money left to send out government checks? I beg you. Please let us go back to work , give us back our freedom.

It remains to be seen whether she has indeed abandoned their extortionist tricks. It ain't over till the skinny lady signs. In the meantime, silence!, all you tax slaves. The government knows what's best (for them, who not coincidentally keep getting paid no matter what). Cower in place.

Nasty Piglosi told us ten years ago about NobamaCare: "We have to pass it to see what's in it" They passed it on CHRISTMAS EVE because they were about to lose their majority of the House and Senate after the 2010 mid-term upheaval. The current situation is MUCH WORSE and they are trying to sell us ANOTHER BILL OF GOODS to sell us down the river. They are going to try to get this passed WITHOUT ANYONE READING IT and ferreting out the BAD PARTS that can never be eliminated. President Trump DOES NOT HAVE a line-item veto to remove the offending parts, so we will be giving up control by default to get SOMETHING PASSED. Contact your people in DC and warn them about this scheme, before we lose the country because our Reps are beholden to the lobbyists and money interests-- Let them hear the ROAR of We The People!

I have an alternative view of the stimulus package: I see it as a refund of taxes to the American taxpayer. Of course, some will go to the non-taxpayers too, but the American people will spend the money in much better ways than Congress or the Washington bureaucrats would! The money will go to products we need, instead of crony think-tanks, union funds, abortions, conferences at resort destinations, and all the other wasteful things that are the norm. The money will be spent on business and working people.

Pelosi is out to support the Party, Power, Self Interest, and advancing the Socialist Democrat agenda. She is not for the sick and dying. Her 1,500 page bill is ridiculous. This is why the President should have line item veto in emergency bills or bills should be limited to 15 pages.

As America teeters on the brink of a planned catastrophic economic collapse, it is time to rethink our response to the deadly coronavirus that is afflicting us. There has to be an exit strategy out of this national suicide attempt that is being accomplished through lockdowns and the imposition of quasi-martial law. Responsible, enlightened governance requires tradeoffs that don’t look like one-size-fits-all collective punishment imposed from above. We got to this place because wildly overstated projections by monomaniacally focused experts stampeded policymakers into ordering draconian crackdowns on the general population, instead of focusing on the most vulnerable

The COVID-19 pandemic can be used to illustrate two problems that are both more destructive than the virus. The problems relate to how Americans view the role of government in their lives and to the belief that government money can always fix problems. Let's look at the money issue first. The immediate reaction of our government to the virus threat was to spend massive amounts of money. (snip) Has self-reliance been replaced by acceptance of dependence?
