An Obama-appointed federal judge blocked a Trump administration rule that would have tightened work requirements for food stamps, citing the coronavirus pandemic as the reason she made her decision. D.C. District Court Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell granted a preliminary injunction blocking the recent Trump administration rule on food stamps, which the USDA estimates would have reduced federal spending by $7.9 billion over five years and gradually weaned 755,000 people off the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the government program in charge of food stamps. “Especially now, as a global pandemic poses widespread health risks,

Ignore him and implement the rule. We didn't elect a judge to make laws or rules. A conservative judge should cancel all tax extractions from the paychecks of working people, if this can stand.

This is Mueller's rogue Impeachemnt team's hand picked Grand Jury judge. Yes, she is the one that ran the Mueller investigation's Grand Jury. And we sure know whose judicprudence was handled by this Obambi judge. So she believes that dead beats living off the taxpayers' money are protected from work while taxpayers, that fund her and her cherished dead beat parasites, are not. Two rules of law, one for precious Democrats and their voters and one for the rest of us.

The Judiciary has beclowned itself when these activist judges make these pronouncements based upon political bias instead of the law. Our so called vaunted Judicial System is a joke and everyone is aware of it. It is a vipers nest of political activists who flaunt their authority above the Constitution of the United States. They care nothing about the rule of law but instead impose their political beliefs when making decisions. Regardless what CJ Roberts said, there are Obama judges and they are extremely active in their pursuit of their leftist agenda. Only a fool denies the reality of what we see everyday that a ruling like this is announced. It weakens the judiciary and has devastated the trust of the American people in a fair Judicial system.

The supreme Court is going to get tired of having to referee all these decisions by Judges who have no Constitutional right to legislate from their court. Rater than having to throw each of these cases individually, SCOTUS should pass a ruling stating that all these attempts to circumvent laws passed by the Executive Branch and Congress to be null and void, and repeated attempts shall be grounds for impeachment.

Judge, your job is to interpret the law, not deal with the administration of the government. The simple question is, does the president/administration have the power to make the proposed rule changes? Your role in this case is superfluous because we know the answer is yes. It is up to the Executive branch to deal with the issue you have expressed concern about.

No doubt the US Supreme Court in no uncertain terms must stop the politically adversarial Clinton and Obama liberal Judges from interfering with, nitpicking, and delaying the President’s emergency orders during the coronavirus pandemic. Only in the USA these days could that happen, if such judges tried that in China it would not be long before they ended up as major organ donors. This pandemic should be treated like a war would be treated, as authoritative experts are now claiming that more US citizens could be killed during the ongoing pandemic then the USA lost during the Second World War. It’s up to Congress to pass the food stamp laws or to modify those laws as Congress believes necessary, and individual judges should not be inserting themselves in such congressional and executive constitutional prerogatives.

So the fact that Ovomit made the nomination should have immediately signalled her utter worthlessness, as we see here. Since there is panic and danger from roving infected or starving people we need protection. All gun waiting periods need to be immediately suspended. Indefinitely. And Daylight Savings Time needs to be suspended because of the coronovirus. It's just obvious. And the penny. It needs to be removed from our coinage. And the nickle and dimes as well. And change it to just eights and quarters. And PBS and NPR need to be immediately shutdown because of the coronovirus and anyone that can't see why is obviously a racist and a fascist. And since we expect many people to die and we will need population replacement, abortion needs to be immediately suspended. And government workers unions need to be abolished as FDR would have wanted because of the coronovirus.

Claim: Joe Biden said Sunday night that the Trump tax cuts of 2017 and Fed rate cuts of 2019 have left the U.S. unable to afford measures needed to stabilize the American economy during the coronavirus crisis. “The problem is the policies of this administration. Economically have we eaten a lot of our seed corn here,” Biden said during the Democrat presidential debate. “The ability of us to use leverages that were available before have been used up by this god-awful tax cut of $1.9 trillion and the fact that we have used, the fed will be of little consequence now. They’ve already used what leverage they have.” Verdict: False.

The coronavirus is only partly about a killer illness that's taking down too many people. It's also about the disruption of life - from the missing toilet paper on store shelves to the painful ending of church masses and services, to the cancellations of weddings and travel, to the fears for the economy. Most of all, it's about the isolation, the forced 'social distancing' that's exactly the opposite of our human desire to gather and be together in times of crisis. It's the right thing to do to protect each other (since none of us knows if we are carriers) and the aim is right, too -

[Graphic] The red line shows easy to speculate commodities, which includes oil and copper. The blue line follows hard to speculate groups such as rubber, benzene and some textiles. Achuthan, who’s co-founder of the Economic Cycle Research Institute, contends both groups would be falling simultaneously during an economic downturn. However, the only drop he’s seeing is in very speculative commodities. It suggests, according to Achuthan,
