The coronavirus outbreak is expected to have the worst impact on the black and Hispanic populations. Donald Trump has enforced a travel ban and declared COVID-19 a national pandemic, banning gathering of more than 500 people and leading to the cancellations of major events, as more than 3,000 cases of have been confirmed in the US. With self-quarantining actions in place, low-wage workers in the industries that rely on tips or have zero-hour contracts, are being forced to decide between immediately cutting their income by missing shifts without sick leave, or showing up to work and risking infection. The travel and leisure and hospitality industries are suffering due to the outbreak,

This crap is spectacularly unhelpful!! And to be blunt, there is nothing standing in the way of minorities lifting themselves out of the menial job market except attitude. It means staying in school, applying one's self to one's studies and majoring in something that doesn't have the word "Studies" in its title, preferably something in the growing and thriving STEM field.

Sounds like an opportune time for illegals to self-deport. Hurry, before Mexico decides they don't want you back. We might have to rename this the "Safe Streets Virus."

They can thank the national media for losing their jobs due to this hysterical, agenda driven "crisis!" I have a thought. Maybe we should revive a custom from Vaudeville days. When the media show up to peddle their "wares" the crowds should pelt them with rotten fruit and vegetables.

Yup. I believe this result is at the very center of their target goal for the deliberate sabotage of our economy. They have been getting progressively more terrified about the success of Trump's efforts to help blacks and Latinos find jobs. And the stats showing both demographics showing more support for Trump. This definitely could impact that escape from the Democrat plantation.

The particular jobs that a lot of Black and Hispanics hire into have nothing to do with President Trump or his administration. It’s up to individual employees to work out their employment contracts, including their pay and benefits, with their employers. The Democrats have run most of the areas politically where most Black and Hispanic people live and work for many decades. The question should be to those Democrats is didn’t they, the Democrats, do a better job in representing their Black and Hispanic constituents during all their years in office? The answer to that is that the Democrats wanted to keep their Black and Hispanic constitutents dependent upon the Democrats by keeping them on welfare and other government benefits and services. Since being elected Trump has tried to change that with a roaring economy that has brought more jobs to Black and Hispanic communities then there are workers looking for work.

Fact Check: Biden Claims Trump Tax Cuts

Claim: Joe Biden said Sunday night that the Trump tax cuts of 2017 and Fed rate cuts of 2019 have left the U.S. unable to afford measures needed to stabilize the American economy during the coronavirus crisis. “The problem is the policies of this administration. Economically have we eaten a lot of our seed corn here,” Biden said during the Democrat presidential debate. “The ability of us to use leverages that were available before have been used up by this god-awful tax cut of $1.9 trillion and the fact that we have used, the fed will be of little consequence now. They’ve already used what leverage they have.” Verdict: False.

The coronavirus is only partly about a killer illness that's taking down too many people. It's also about the disruption of life - from the missing toilet paper on store shelves to the painful ending of church masses and services, to the cancellations of weddings and travel, to the fears for the economy. Most of all, it's about the isolation, the forced 'social distancing' that's exactly the opposite of our human desire to gather and be together in times of crisis. It's the right thing to do to protect each other (since none of us knows if we are carriers) and the aim is right, too -

Economic forecaster Lakshman Achuthan is seeing an encouraging market pattern that indicates the economy may avoid a recession. He boils it down in a chart of how commodity prices are doing. [Graphic] The red line shows easy to speculate commodities, which includes oil and copper. The blue line follows hard to speculate groups such as rubber, benzene and some textiles. Achuthan, who’s co-founder of the Economic Cycle Research Institute, contends both groups would be falling simultaneously during an economic downturn. However, the only drop he’s seeing is in very speculative commodities. It suggests, according to Achuthan,
