Disorder in the courts:
Federal judge blasts Chief

A federal judge leveled harsh accusations against Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and the rest of the conservative majority, claiming that they are “actively participating in undermining American democracy.” Judge Lynn Adelman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin blasted the Roberts-led court in an article titled “The Roberts Court’s Assault on Democracy,” set to be published in the Harvard Law & Policy Review. “[T]he Roberts Court has been anything but passive,” wrote Adelman, who was appointed to the bench by President Bill Clinton. “Rather, the Court’s hard-right majority is actively participating in undermining American democracy. Indeed, the Roberts Court has contributed to

Comments:

Notice that in his rant, this judge never mentions, even ONCE, the US Constitution, which is supposed to be the rule book that the judges base their decisions on, not whether that may increase or decrease the power of wealthy or ordinary people. The Constitution is entirely irrelevant to them, they consider ONLY their political goals. And not his slightly veiled threat to use all power to reverse the proper progress we have made. This judge is a dangerous person.
And, yet, Silly Justice Roberts tells us, with a straight face, that "there are no Obama justices, no Trump justices...."
Does Roberts think we are stupid, or is he stupid?

And, of course, this ignorant, anti-constutional judge keeps calling our form of government a democracy, which shows further massive lack of understanding of our founding, our Founders and our Constitution. I am sure that he finds all that stuff entirely irrelevant.

Oooh! Oooh! Oooh! Lefties just hate to lose. Lefties just hate it when you fight back. Lefties really loved the Supremes when they were all far left activists. But now that there are a few Constitution lovers on the bench - - the lefties are all choked up. Hey. lefties - - if you think it's bad now - - just wait. Amy Coney is warming up in the bullpen - - just waiting for Ruth Buzzi to assume room temperature. You're really going to go nuts after that! Schadenfreude!

Lynn Aldeman appears to be your typical activist judge that feels it is his place to make law, not adhere to the law and/or Constitution. As an example, in 2011 the State of Wisconsin passed a law requiring voters to show a government issued ID at the polls to cast a ballot. Adelman ruled, in 2014, that this law violated the fourteenth amendment and thus the law was unconstitutional. Adelman made this ruling because in the trial he saw no evidence of voter fraud and concluded that the law was unfair to minority voters because "Blacks and Latinos are more likely than whites to lack an ID" It should be no surprise that Adelman is a Democrat!

This judge's rant shows very clearly that he is not capable of hearing any case involving Trump, the government or a republican without inserting his strong political bias. He should be impeached and removed from his judgeship. President Trump is causing all these corrupt Democrats and Rhino's to expose themselves. They are no longer capable of deceitfully hiding their real selves.

President Trump on Thursday warned he could veto the newly House-passed Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act bill until the origins of the Russia probe, which he called an “attempted coup,” are investigated. “Many Republican Senators want me to Veto the FISA Bill until we find out what led to, and happened with, the illegal attempted ‘coup’ of the duly elected President of the United States, and others!” Trump tweeted Thursday. The comments come after the House passed legislation with broad bipartisan support to reauthorize FBI crime-fighting tools that are set to expire on March 15. If you listened to Chinese state-run media, you'd think President Trump went to China and released vials of COVID-19 on groups of unsuspecting men, women and children. Beijing has been bending over backward trying to convince the world that the United States is the real culprit behind the quickly spreading virus that's already claimed more than 4,600 lives across the globe. It's a high-stakes strategy for the Asian nation fighting to keep its superpower status amid a national lockdown and palpable anger over claims that Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the coronavirus, at first covered it up, triggering a worldwide health and economic crisis.

Normally, when an incumbent who is popular with his party is running unopposed in a primary — or when the opponents are fairly marginal figures most voters have forgotten actually exist — there's very low turnout for the incumbent. That was not the case with Donald Trump last week, on Super Tuesday. He had a blowout primary, with people turning out in unexpected droves to vote for him. Trump voters knew that their vote wouldn't matter in terms of Trump gaining the delegates for their state. They turned out to make a point: Trump's voters are wildly enthusiastic. They don't just talk the talk on social media;

MSNBC and math haven't had a good week. A few days ago, talking heads made a third-grade mistake when hypothetically divvying up Bloomberg's advertising budget among Americans. And on Monday, a guest virologist announced that 20% of Americans are going to die from the coronavirus, which is an embarrassing miscalculation. It was just a few days ago that Brian Williams and Mara Gay mindlessly repeated a meme saying that, instead of spending $500 million on advertising, Bloomberg should just have given all 327 million Americans a million dollars each. The correct answer is that Bloomberg spent $1.52 per American.

For those who seek to panic the public into handing control of all economic activity to the state, the prospect of rising sea levels inundating coastal cities has been the most useful tool. By propagating the theory that your SUV, air-conditioning, and jet travel will drown New York and Miami, and submerge Pacific islands out of existence, the warmists plan to extract trillions of dollars from advanced economies and distribute them to cronies making solar cells, electric cars, windmills, and other expensive substitutes, and to the rulers of third-world countries alleged to be devastated (with "administrative costs" sticking to the fingers of the bureaucrats, of course).

Throughout the years, American homeschooling and online K-12 education has become far more popular and realistic than ‘brick and mortar’ public schools want to admit.

In recent years, discussion about homelessness has been circumscribed around a set of premises acceptable to progressive opinion. The homeless were thrown onto the streets, we’re told, because of rising rents, heartless landlords, and a lack of economic opportunity. Activists, journalists, and political leaders have perpetuated this line of reasoning and, following it to its conclusion, have proposed investing billions in subsidized housing to solve homelessness. But new data are undermining this narrative. As residents of West Coast cities witness the disorder associated with homeless encampments, they have found it harder to accept the progressive consensus—especially in the context of the coronavirus epidemic, which has all Americans worried about contagion.
