Sen. Elizabeth Warren wasted over $89 million on her failed presidential campaign, federal election records reveal.
The campaign finance report filed on January 31, showed Warren spent $89.69 million on her campaign, according to Open Secrets.
Millions more were likely spent as Warren continued campaigning through March, spending heavily on staff and advertising until realizing there was no path to victory after the Super Tuesday contests on March 3. Warren called campaign staff Thursday to inform them of her decision to exit the race, according to several reports.
Warren never won a single state and exits the race with only 65 delegates. It is unclear whether she will endorse her rivals

I think they mean her donors wasted their money. Liz is still holding a grudge against Bernie, so I don't expect to see her endorse him or anyone else.

Wasted, no. She along with such luminaries like Cory Booker and De Blasio can put presidential candidate on their resumes. And , there's always left over money to disappear.

Not wasted. This money could have been used in the general election but now it has be spent on Warren’s failed effort to become Great White Mother, also known as Dances with Arms. Will hopefully have the US hating donors not contribute to Biden.

Don't kid yourself: Warren is vying for either a VP or big time slot with either Berbie or Joe, whoever offers first and/or better.

Not a wise use of money. If she wanted to flap her arms for six months she could have signed up for a cheerleading class.

People are paid an honest wage for honest work even though the clients are horrible beyond hope.
Yes; professional ass-suckers and criminal political money-grubbers snarf a lot of it, but much -- maybe most -- goes into the pockets of printers, silk-screeners, part-time canvassers, phone people...
I was in the printing/publishing business for a long time [longer than I was working in the music business] and I serviced political campaigns during my printing career. One of the smartest printing owners who employed me was a truly cool guy in Des Moines.
Iowa is a hotbed of bullcrap political shenanigans and this guy's terms of service were cash only for campaign printing services.
Why? Because the losers don't pay, that's why. They split.
They evaporate like farts in a corn silo.
I hope the printers and all the rest get their well-deserved campaign dough but I'm not counting on it. Not with this clot of liars.

Amen #11. I was a newspaper ad salesman and we had one ironclad rule: Cash in advance for any campaign ad. No exceptions.

How many vendors were stuck by her campaign? Democrats are notorious for stiffing them. I read a while back that the DNC still hadn't paid a lot of bills from 2016.

She should be appreciated for using the same black (? something) under a variety of sweaters during the entire endless campaign. It should be retired to a museum of some kind.

I keep seeing articles exclaiming how candidates like Bloomberg, Warren, and others blew millions on a failed campaign. I think it's great. It spurs the economy and it's that much less they have to spend to take away our rights.
