Elizabeth Warren suspended her campaign on Thursday morning after her horrible Super Tuesday performance. The much expected move clears the way for a two-man race between former vice president Joe Biden, 77, and Democratic socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders, 78. On Wednesday, her campaign said she was assessing the future of her candidacy. “Last night, we fell short of viability goals and projections and we are disappointed in the results,” campaign manager Roger Lau said in an email to staff.

Before giving her endorsement she's assessing who will further her objectives. Translated that means she is waiting to see whether Biden or Sanders will promise her a high level position or even the veep slot in their administration. Guaranteed who ever gets the endorsement has promised something.

Democrats excel in hypocrisy. It seems like half the time they speak they’re making some bold, confident statements about events and then the other half they come out and say the opposite, equally boldly and confidently, about similar events. Here are just a handful of recent examples: They silenced the women Bill Clinton sexually assaulted but then embraced the #MeToo movement and declared that all victims must be heard; They acquitted Bill Clinton of impeachment over perjury but voted to impeach President Trump for the high crime of faithfully executing his office; They accused Attorney General William Barr of being Trump’s wingman but accepted Eric Holder’s self-designation

It’s kind of like having ‘snow days.’ However, what might be in store for these students could be far more important than a snow day, as it’s possible that the virus may herald a revolutionary shift in education. Throughout the years, American homeschooling and online K-12 education has become far more popular and realistic than ‘brick and mortar’ public schools want to admit.

In recent years, discussion about homelessness has been circumscribed around a set of premises acceptable to progressive opinion. The homeless were thrown onto the streets, we’re told, because of rising rents, heartless landlords, and a lack of economic opportunity. Activists, journalists, and political leaders have perpetuated this line of reasoning and, following it to its conclusion, have proposed investing billions in subsidized housing to solve homelessness. But new data are undermining this narrative. As residents of West Coast cities witness the disorder associated with homeless encampments, they have found it harder to accept the progressive consensus—especially in the context of the coronavirus epidemic, which has all Americans worried about contagion.
