Joe Biden Says He ‘Became A Professor’
After Leaving White House — He Never

Biden made the claim Wednesday at a campaign event in Georgetown, South Carolina, saying he “became a teacher, became a professor” rather than “taking a Wall Street job” before his book about his son, Beau, released. The University of Pennsylvania did indeed make Biden the “Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor” in 2017, but neither the school nor Biden expected him to teach any classes,(Snip) One article at The Daily Pennsylvanian featured the headline “No One Is Really Sure What Joe Biden Will Be Doing At Penn.” UPenn announced Biden’s hiring on February 7, just a week after he left office, and by the end of February Biden’s role was “still uncertain”

FTA:Biden appeared on the UPenn campus four times to make speeches in 2017 and made another four speeches in 2018. Penn paid him $776,527 for his trouble, nearly double the average salary for everyday professors Students will be happy to know their sky-high tuition paid Crazy Old Joe over 3/4 of a million dollars for a handful of (rambling, incoherent) speeches.

This sort of marginal scam is not unusual. when Daniel Patrick moynihan vacated his senate seat to make room for Hillary, he was hired by Syracuse University. i don't know if he taught any courses, but I doubt it. and I did attend a conference run by Syracuse University, where Moynihan was supposed to be a speaker, but he didn't show up - he had a backache, we were told. Penn bought some biden insurance, if you will, just in case he became president. That was not much different than Burisma's appointing robert Biden (his first name is not hunter) to their board. leon Panetta had his 'school of public affairs' out in California. charlie Rangel had his 'school of public affairs' in NYC.

While I really believe that Biden is senile, I also think he is doing this on purpose. It has dawned on him and his advisors that there is no way that he can win in the primaries, much less the general election. Making these wild, easily disprovable statements gives people a reason NOT to vote for him. The he can exit politics and be remembered as "Poor old Joe, great public servant, brought down in the prime of his life by a terrible disease". It will mask the fact that he is a horrible candidate with no possibility of winning. Legacy is everything to these people.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg is even more thoroughly a Communist than Bernie Sanders. That this strikes the reader as nonsense testifies to the media’s laziness, and, yes, illiteracy. More likely than not, Pete’s politics follow the script of Antonio Gramsci, the centerpiece of whose teaching is how to exercise Communist hegemony more firmly than Lenin and Stalin. KYIV —A court ruling in Ukraine has forced state investigators to open a probe into alleged pressure by then-vice president Joe Biden that led to the 2016 dismissal of Viktor Shokin as the country’s prosecutor general, officials said Thursday. President Trump last year pressed Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky for an investigation of this kind, leading to Trump’s impeachment by the House and his eventual acquittal in a Senate trial. Shokin’s firing, however, was not a unilateral action directed by Biden. It was prompted by a push for anti-corruption reforms developed at the State Department and coordinated with the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.
